Recent Review: Victor , the owner, and Rocco arrived shortly after 9a.m. on August 26 to begin the fence installation. They removed the old fence and will dispose of it. They laid the ground work for the new fence and began installation. Rocco was wonderful and worked hard all day, even through some light rain. My dogs can now run free without worry of them finding a place to dig under the fence. This type of fencing has opened up my property. It is nearly invisible from a distance and has been a great improvement to my back yard. I am extremely pleased with the fencing, the price, and the workmanship. They also affixed some wiring to the bottom of the stockade fence that is remaining on the right side of my property. If you have pets and want a great fence from a wonderful company, call Victor. You will not be disappointed.

Recent Review: The gentleman's name is Justin Shomo. I've interacted with him several times over the last several years. I've seen a good bit of his work and he does a great job. They use good materials and they use nice posts. They use first class type wire. He does a first class type of job at a fair price. It is not the lowest price but it is fair. I talked to him yesterday and I'm going to use him again shortly.
Recent Review: No sooner were the pool contractors done when the Blue Ridge Fencing crew showed up to start the pool fencing. They did the job quickly and beautifully! We actually put the pool in the pasture adjacent to our yard. So after fencing the pool they then replaced 300 feet of the horse fence so that the pool became part of the yard. They showed up early every day and finished the job in less than a week. After completion, I needed to modify a gate to prevent a dog escape from the new yard. They returned quickly and resolved the problem for me I have learned that often the low bidder is not very detailed in the proposal. When I confronted the other bidder with some questions it was clear he was not going to get my job done according to my needs either in terms of time or quality. Blue Ridge does quality work and does it in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. I have since had additional work done and continue to rave about the service they provide.
DECK FIASCO: I hired Kidwell Fencing to do a small deck project at my main home February 2013 and I was pleased with the quality of the work. Based on this experience I hired Kidwell Fencing again to do a larger job at my vacation home. I met with Kidwell Fencing in March 2013 and clearly told the representative that I wanted to replace my wood deck with a composite floor with vinyl railing. The representative took measurements and I picked out the color and materials. The representative also showed me pictures of finished decks with the colors I chose so I could get a good idea of what my deck would look like once finished. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE FINISHED PRODUCT. My deck did not look anything like the pictures. There was no top railing and side railing was only attached to the deck flooring with one bolt. The railing was not secure in any way. I live 2 hours away from my vacation home. I made three separate trips to the home when I was told the work was completed and each time the work was not done and the quality was terrible. The railing caps were not glued down and one was completely missing. Part of the vinyl rail was cracked to the point where there was a hole. When I contacted Kidwell there did not seem to be one person that was completely responsible for the job. I talked to multiple people and each time I was not told the truth. The workers did not show up when scheduled. There was poor coordination and execution. After entirely too many back and forth conversations with Kidwell Fencing they completed the work in July 2013. In the end I was only 80% satisfied because the deck railing is stronger but now I have to look at a make shift top railing that still does not look like the pictures. FENCE MISTAKES: In March 2013 I hired Kidwell Fencing to also tear down my wood fence in the backyard and replace it with a 5-6' vinyl fence. It is really dark in the back yard so I paid $100 each for eight lights on top of the fence. I made it clear to the representative that I need lots of light in the backyard and I do not want to see cords. I want to be able to turn on the light switch in the house and the fence lights will come on. The first red flag was when my neighbor complained so the workers completely stopped and left the site. I was told about the incident a while after the fact. The fence looked really good once the workers came to complete the work. The second big problem was the lights. I clearly ordered electric lights and Kidwell installed solar lights. Once we get this cleared up the electric lights are low voltage and do not give out the amount of light I need. There are also cords. Kidwell Fencing tells me that because these are low voltage lights, they can not connect to the house electricity. I ended up spending a lot of money on lights and not getting what I wanted. At the end of the job the fence and deck looks good. I just really did not appreciate the drama from poor coordination and execution. I really wish Kidwell Fencing was up front and honest with me. In the beginning I would have understood if the shape of the deck prevented them from making a top railing look like the pictures. I would have also understood about the lights and made different choices. Finding out at the end of the job what Kidwell Fencing could not do is not the way I like to do business. I will not hire Kidwell Fencing again and I do not recommend them after this experience.

Very professional service, did the work quickly, accurately, and neatly. Made recommendations and suggestions regarding layout and the best way to install. Stayed within budget. Started and finished as promised. Did the work on very rocky and hilly terrain. All fence posts and gates are set securely. Woven wire is nice and tight. Entire fence looks great! Dogs and horses are content and happy with this fence! Excellent job. Would definitely recommend and hire this contractor again. .

AP Saylor Fence Co
It was a great experience. Their quote was extremely reasonable (one quote was three times as expensive) and they were prompt, professional and very responsive. Paul and Risa make a great team and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They even repaired another section of our fence and hauled away all of the destroyed fencing for us, and they did their work efficiently and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend contacting P Saylor Fence Co. if you want your job done right and promptly at a great price!

ADUTCH WAY LLC
Dutch Way installed privacy fencing around my back yard, which is fairly big. Their price was competitive with a local "big chain" that installs fencing. Going with Dutch Way, I felt that my service was more personalized than if I had used the "big chain" provider. I felt that they were interested in knowing that I was pleased with the work. All of the staff were very professional, both in person and on the phone. The project went much quicker than I expected, and I love the outcome. Would definitely recommend their service.

I have contracted Wayne Bryant on numerous occasions. Initially we hired him to help us with various projects to get our house ready to go on the market. Recently we hired him again to help us with a few electrical and miscellaneous projects at our new house. He is knowledgeable about any project we want to undertake whether it be electrical or otherwise. In addition to electrical projects he has also helped us with general carpentry and even landscaping projects. As a bonus he is a joy to work with, always professional, prompt and fair!
