Recent Review: Very well. Trying to get a company that works on Hot Springs/Tiger River hot tubs was very frustrating. Called Maryland Hot Tub, Pool and Spa Repair. Received a call back from Lynn in a timely manner. Gary Palmer and Toby came out to locate leak. He saw 3 areas that were leaking water in my 11 year old hot tub. He also located a blown gasket in the main pump that could cause bearings problems in the future. That would mean a complete pump install for around $700. He was honest about the condition of my 11 year old hot tub. He took my main Wavemaster 7000 pump back to the shop to replace wet end seals and fittings. Cheaper than a new pump! I felt very comfortable in his work ethic. Gary did not try to tell me a lot of parts were bad or try to sell me a new pump. I found Gary Palmer to be an honest businessman that just wanted to repair my spa, in the most cost effective way. I will call only him for all my hot tub needs. Note: No repairs on a hot tub, pool or spa are cheap. I rather have an honest repairman than a cheap repair that will fail.

Recent Review: SpaTech ultimately fixed many, many leaks, all under warranty - BUT I always had complaints. They couldn't remember appointment times and dates, the "assistant", Tom, was so rude and threatening that I told Mike, the owner, that I never wanted Tom to come to my house alone (!), and finally they wanted $500 to perform another repair of a leak when the tub was still under warranty. That's when I finally came to my senses and decided to contact Sundance about their poor service. Unfortunately, Sundance referred me to V&V Spa Service (see my complaint about them in Angie's List) - a company that provided even WORSE service and never completed the job.
Recent Review: Fox Services responded to our e-mail request the next day. Our hot was overheating and shutting down automatically. After a little bit of phone tag, we spoke with the receptionist who said 95% of the time the hot tub filter needs replacing and recommended turning the hot tub on without the filter which we did for a couple of days. In the end, the problem was a bad filter that required replacing that cost $50.00 at the local pool supply store. I would definitely recommend this Fox Services to anyone and will call on them again if our hot tub requires servicing.
Recent Review: Our salesperson, Roseanne, was wonderful; she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our hot tub was delivered in a timely manner and we love it! Be sure to wet test your tub first to make sure you like the seating and jets configuration.
Recent Review: They guys at Capitol hot tubs are the best. They are very friendly and genuinely helpful. We moved into a house that had a hot tub and the owners left us no information. I called up Capitol Hot Tubs and over the course of a few phone conversations they got me all the information I needed, talked me through what I needed to do, and when we hit a wall I couldn't fix on my own, they were there the next day to repair it. It was $165 for the technician to come out, and then another $200 or so for the parts needed to do the repair. In under $500 we got the hot tub from unknown and not working to up, running, and steamy. If it weren't for the super helpful team at Capitol Hot Tubs, I probably would have just called the junk truck to come and take the thing away.
Recent Review: After four tries with different Spa servicing companies, we finally found the one guy who (Dave the Spa Medic) who could make our 10 year old hot tub run like new. He's professional, friendly, and priced right. But most of all, Spa Medic knows what he's doing. We hope not be calling him anytime soon, but if we do have hot tub troubles, he is the only one we'll call. And I strongly recommend Spa Medic to anyone needing help fixing or maintaining a hot tub/spa.Two o
Recent Review: Bernardo was great. He was punctual, experienced and professional. He was able to pinpoint the location of the leak in our 8-year old spa within a few minutes. He also thoroughly explained everything and solution to us.
Recent Review: We bought a Sundance Spa, Hot Tub. The service was great and we were very happy with their attentive, helpful, and thorough service! We would definitely recommend them. We are enjoying the hot tub even more than we expected! :-)
V&V was the only company in the area who was authorized to perform warranty service on my Sundance Spa. At first Lou Vitulli was very nice and accomodating. Very quickly, however, he because completely unreasonable - he wanted to come to my house whenever his schedule suited him (not me), and started changing his mind about prices, ordering parts, etc. I complained to Sundance about him and their response was "...this company is an independent company, they are not a franchise of Jacuzzi [Jacuzzi owns Sundance], however we can accept customer complaints"! At the end of my experience with V&V, the absolute minimum was done to fulfill the most literal definition of work authorized under the warranty AND my hot tub was unusable because it was no longer safely hooked up to the electrical outlet and no longer on the concrete pad from which it had been moved. I am now searching for a competent spa service company. Lessons learned: 1. Don't buy anything from Sundance. 2. Don't use V & V Spa Service.

I have a 11+ year old Jacuzzi hot tub (z150) purchased from Home Depot and I needed to find a certified Jacuzzi repairman to troubleshoot why my spa was not running correctly - the control panel was flashing intermittently. I researched Angie's list and noticed Spa Solutions specialized in Jacuzzi tubs and they had excellent reviews. I called and spoke with Joe - the owner. Joe was very knowledgeable about Jacuzzi hot tubs and essentially told me over the phone that it sounded like a faulty pressure switch. Within 24hrs, Joe sent Alex, the spa service technician, to my house. Alex was equally knowledgeable and quickly confirmed it was a faulty pressure switch. After replacing the switch and cleaning the hot tub pump, Alex gave me instructions to test to make sure I also didn't have a faulty t-stat as the hot tub water temperature was reading really hot (prior to Alex draining the tub to replace the faulty pressure switch). Once Alex replaced the pressure switch, he left b/c he didn't want to charge me for the hour it would take to fill the hot tub. Unfortunately, when I filled the tub that afternoon, I now noticed a leak. I promptly called Joe back at Spa Solutions in Alexandria (I live in Sterling), and he rearranged his schedule and sent Alex back out the next morning. Alex then drained the tub and replaced a 11 year old gasket that was the cause of the new leak. Alex then waited around to fill the hot tub to ensure there were no additional leaks present. Even though an old gasket was the cause of the leak (it essentially lost its hold when Alex cleaned the pump), Spa Solution DID NOT charge me for the second visit or the new gasket! I was amazed and will always call Spa Solutions for any future repairs. They are highly knowledgeable and honest people who stand behind their work. I would highly recommend Spa Solutions. Mark

Our hot tub wasn't draining properly so I called Spa Solutions. They were so easy to work with - I never even met them, actually - because they could access the hot tub without us being home. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, came back and fixed it and left an invoice - and kept me posted by phone. It was seamless.

Vienna delivered the Spa on time, and the hook-up and start-up went perfectly. Since then, we continue to deal with them annually for service and supplies. The Sundance Spa continues to be a source of pleasure for us, with no maintenance or other issues. Charlie Hyink, the proprietor of Vienna is a solid source of good information about the chemistry and maintenance of the Spa, and gives advice when requested on all kinds of tips and hints on keeping the spa running well, even though the purchase was made four years ago! It is a pleasure to deal with such a high quality and supportive dealership.

My wife and I were interested in buying a hot tub for our new home. We did some research online as well as some in store shopping. We looked at several brands but narrowed our choices between HotSpring and Sundance. Vienna Hot Tubs and Patio had a large selection of Sundance models to try out and choose from. I felt a little strange putting on a swim suit and sitting in the showroom models but would recommend it for hot tub shopping. David B., the salesperson was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He answered every question I had about the hot tub and its maintenance. By contrast, we had a very bad experience with Capital Hot Tubs on Waples Mill Road in Fairfax, which specialize in HotSpring brand hot tubs. We decided upon the Sundance Cameo model at Vienna Hot Tubs and had it delivered and set up at our house. David., the salesman also recommended an electrician to set up an outside outlet suitable for the hot tub which needed to be done prior to delivery. We had some issues with the electrician's work, unrelated to the hot tub hookup work but, overall, we had a very good buying experience with Vienna Hot Tub and Patio and would easily recommend the quality products and excellent service we received.

I had a leak in a hose coming from one of the pumps in my hot tub. Paul examined the leak, cut out the bad section and made the repair. He went the extra mile to make a better fitting to the pump so that if the pump and hose ever have to be removed again the job will be much easier and faster. Overall, Paul was very professional and knowledgeable about the spa and very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a spa repair.

My hot tub ceased working suddenly for no apparent reason. I called Spa Solutions and made a service appointment. The technician was friendly and efficient. He explained what he was checking and why the hot tub was working. (In this case it was a broken heater.) He made the repair in short order and was on his way. I was very pleased with the service and would definately recommend this company to anyone needing their hot tub serviced.

They were reasonably priced. They were very prompt and professional. They did a thorough checkup. They handle multiple different brands of hot tubs and also fix pools.
