Recent Review: Colton from Sullivan Plumbing was awesome! He was here right on time, finished the job quickly and well, and even replaced the washer on the hot faucet as well, even though we were only having issues with the cold. Great job, will definitely use in the future for any plumbing needs, and would certainly recommend to others! Plus, their prices are much cheaper than any other plumbing company I contacted in Lynchburg.

Recent Review: All went well, Adam, the plumber, inspected the plumbing problems, provided a reasonable estimate, did the work in a timely fashion, and charged his quoted estimate price.

Recent Review: I needed the shower faucet leak fixed on old (1968) bathroom plumbing with no fixture shutoff valve, and to replace the original toilet with a new one. They were on time, polite, careful, respectful.  The shower faucet stem needed to be replaced, as it broke (so many old ones do) when removed.  Replaced the toilet, but first had to fix leaky supply valve (known issue - toilet was turned off for a few years before I got around to taking care of it).  Also had to replace the toilet flange because old one was cracked and not level with the floor - this we didn't know until the old toilet was removed.  They cleaned up, including spaces behind the old toilet that couldn't be reached until the toilet was removed, and all the dust and debris from chiseling out the old flange and installing the new.  The total price was a little over the estimate, but considering the need for new stems, supply valve, and toilet flange, I felt it was reasonable (they got a B because I just find it really hard to give out A's on price). I would have them back to do work again.

Our problems (drain stoppage) which overflowed into a basement sink, began on a Sunday evening in the home of our elderly mother. In an attempt to resolve the stoppage, a copper supply solder joint cracked and started to leak. The 60 year old house had no cut-off valves in this area, forcing us to turn off water at the main valve. We placed a Sunday evening call to Sullivan Plumbing and left a voice mail briefly describing our problem as urgent but not an emergency, and asked for a call back on Monday morning. Mr. Sullivan called us at 8:00 am on Monday and said he could have a man on site around 11:00. Colbert (?) called us prior to 11:00 to let us know he had completed the previous job and was on the way.  After arriving, he assessed the various problems, informed us of his plan, and corrected the copper supply problem, the stoppage problem, and a faucet washer problem we described to him. His plan included cutoffs which did not previously exist as well as an improved layout of the supply lines. Colbert was very professional, polite, and tidy. I hope I spelled his name correctly.
