When you call Sears for appliance sales (it is the same number), they will put you through to the repairs department. The guy works in the same store. He just works in a different area. When the stove was plugged in, there was something wrong. I could have managed to do the work myself, but the stove had warranty. Nobody lived in that apartment, yet I was getting the appliances connected. So, there was no rush to get it repaired. I had to reschedule a couple of times because of what I do. They were fine with it and worked it out with me each time. They were very attentive. I would use them again in the future if required.
