Recent Review: AS STATED BEFORE, I WAS MOVING, AND NEEDED THE FLOORING DONE OVER IN THE KITCHEN, AND BATHROOMS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE FLOORING ALSO. I WOULD RECOMMEND, AND PROBABLY USE THEM AGAIN.
Recent Review: I have had Greg do some flooring about 12 or so years ago and he did a very good job back then so when we decided to have hardwood installed in 3 bedrooms I call Greg for an estimate. It was a good very affordable estimate. His team arrived on time, did a great job. I will call again in the future.
Recent Review: We ended up hiring him to install new wood look laminate. Looks Great! Durable for dogs and kids. We really needed a professional consultant on the best type of floors for our lifestyle. These are carefree. The clean well and still look new.
Recent Review: I am in the midst of getting an entire power plant installed and was advised by a third party abatement company that though there were no signs of asbestos in the ducting that the flooring surrounding that area should be checked. The tests came back positive for the flooring as well as the mastic. Upon trying to schedule the install of the HVAC system, the company has become CONCERNED for their workers' safety. I needed an unbiased opinion as to possible harm if the company simply came as tried to remove the HVAC system without abatement of the flooring in that area. Mr. Dehghani, Akbar indicated that under normal circumstances his company would work with the HVAC company to abate after furnace was removed. Since this has appeared to be a problem setting up with HVAC company, I asked what the probably for concern would be if in fact some of the tiles were disturbed during removal. He assured me (without his company being involved at all) that there would be little danger with the removal. Hence, I am able to make a decision with some peace of mind and move on. Though this company has not been contracted for anything, I will certainly try to use them for later flooring problems in the future as I still have asbestos flooring in other parts of my basement.
Potomac flooring provided us with a large array of choices for a major update of our home. We particularly liked the high quality and variety of materials at every price point. Their installers are polite, skilled and honest as well as EXTREMELY NEAT. These people worked in my home for approximately 2 1/2 weeks - at the end of every work day they thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and swept our driveway. One of the company owners came almost every day to check on progress of the work - there is quite a bit of oversight to ensure customer satisfaction. We are completely delighted with the results and have already arranged for Potomac Carpet to renovate a condominium we own. I highly recommend Potomac Carpet's owners and their fabulous installation team,

ADj Floors LLC
In February, 2015, DJ Floors installed Mirage floating Hardwood floor in our family room over asbestos tile flooring. We are delighted with the look and feel of the finished product. From start to finish, our experience with DJ Floors was professional and friendly. At every stage, the communication was clear and cooperation with questions and timelines put us at ease. On my initial visit to the DJ office, Daniele Chiscop, who was very knowledgeable about flooring issues listened carefully to our needs and clearly explained our options for covering asbestos tile. We chose the Mirage product but were concerned with choosing the right color. Again Daniele was helpful and made sure we had the samples to bring home to make a decision. Magnus was very prompt and professional throughout the estimate and installation phase. The cost was reasonable for the high quality of the installation and the product.

ARick's Carpet & Flooring
, #The plan was to have the floors put in before my scheduled move in date. My original flooring company notified me that they could not install a floor until after 10/3. I called Rick's and they scheduled Jerry to come the next day to measure and bring samples based on my description. The quote was less then the original quote. I thought the engineered hardwood that I ordered was click-in place, but they were tongue and groove and needed to be individually hand glued. My floors were installed by a craftsman, not someone who just put the floors in. The devil is in the details and I have had more compliments on how nice the floors look and how they were finished. Dave had to work around the movers bringing my furniture in. There was little or no dust left around the condo when the job was complete.

CB & B Floor Co
We were impressed at first as they had the new product that we had read about. But although we witnessed the call to the supplier ordering our flooring and paid our deposit, we were later told that it was not available and needed to switch to a more expensive option. This may be because the owner thought that the maple flooring that we ordered was the same price as the oak flooring. We switch to a wider plank size of the maple at a higher price. The installer was a Primma Donna. When he installed a plank that was a much darker color than the others and we complained he through a "hissy fit" and threatened to walk off the job if we didn't want him to do it with the color variation. We know that natural maple wood has a variation in color but this plank is extremely different. He also installed other planks not to our choosing although none were as bad as the first one. In the end he had an entire extra box of flooring. There had been no reason due to lack of enough material to do the job correctly but the type of flooring it is in order to replace those boards would require dismantling the floor. He also did not give us a copy of the warranty and when requested a copy from the store repeatedly we were finally sent a copy of the warranty for a different type of flooring. It was already past the deadline to submit it anyway. We chose this company as it was top rated for price and quality by consumer site!

AFLOOR GALLERY INC
This was part of a kitchen remodel. I demolished the kitchen and installed the cabinetry on my own and subbed out the floor install to Floor Gallery. The estimator came out at the agree upon time and was able to provide a price quickly. He encouraged me to demolish the old tile floor (instead of paying his guys to do it) and provided very clear directions on the subfloor that I had to install under my cabinetry to allow expansion and contraction of the new floating bamboo floor. Installers were prompt and courteous and did a great job. It is now a year later and I have had no problems with the product or installation. I would definitely use them again.

AHouse To Home Solutions
Excellent. It was done at the cost and schedule specified. Everyone was professional and friendly. When our delivery by Lumber Liquidators was delayed (not House to Home's fault), Daniel worked with us to re-schedule and was extremely flexible. There were lots of variables that came into play (lumber delivery, loading dock, condo HOA approval, dog-sitting, etc) and Daniel worked thru all of it with us. We will definitely use him again.

First of all my compliments to Kevin (sales person). he was very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. His no rush discuss the options approach was appreciated. The installation crew was beyond excellent. Arrived on time their work was beyond reproach. They worked non stop and were extremely cooperative, friendly and helpful. We couldn't be more satisfied with the product and the entire experience. matter of fact we decided to do 2 additional rooms in the very near future. If you want a refreshing experience of dealing with a contractor that keeps his word then I recommend this company.

I ordered the service on 11/10 and scheduled for Designing Renovations to come to the home to perform the work on 11/14. However on 11/14, they indicated they had some unforeseen issues and rescheduled for 11/19. On 11/19 the handyman observed the partial floating floor that I had begun, indicated that it was done incorrectly and that in order for the work to be performed they would need to take up the floor, level the floor and then install. The barriers to that were that there 3 large items in the area that are unable to be removed. I indicated that I thought what they were indicating was unrealistic as they informed me that it would be a 3-4 day process, which is clearly more than what the coupon was for. Also, concerned that a floating floor would require a level surface...it's a floating floor.

ADistrict Floor Depot
Simply put, I couldn't be happier with the work done by District Floor Depot. They replaced flooring throughout the main floor of our row house due to plumbing-flood damage to the old floors. It was a tricky job, with a stair opening, installation of flooring under some semi-floating kitchen base cabinets, lots of cuts around some columns, etc. The work was carefully and beautifully done. The work done by District Floor Depot was far superior to the carpenter who originally installed the floors.
