Recent Review: We had a great experience with Air Com's installation of our system.  I got bids and info from 3 companies. Phil was the most responsive of all of them, and rated the most highly on the Fujitsu website in terms of trained Fujitsu dealer/installers in the area. Other nearby neighbors had used another company for similar systems, but I was very impressed with Air Com's responsiveness, professionalism, willingness to answer in-depth detailed questions about the system and particular installation fit and sizing. Air Com came to the site, evaluated the fit and sizing, and worked with other contractors around where and how to run lines and positioning for most effective air flow. It felt like Phil was very dedicated to installing the right size system, in the right place, and really cared about the quality of the job.  We realized our neighbors probably got oversized systems, and hadn't gotten advice from their installers -- Phil really took that extra step to discuss the system with us. I was having this system installed long-distance from my home, and had to do initial discussions on the phone/email rather than in person (which I did meet them in person for both the evaluation and rough-in).  Phil was also the most responsive in this regard, and the previous company my friend's used sent a bid but never connected about the system or installation, or offer any advice or additional information on system sizing or other aspects of the system. Air Com/Phil came out, did the site evaluation, ordered the parts, came back for the rough-in installation, and then returned once the finish work was completed on the house for the final installation and testing.  He was professional, very polite, completely knowledgeable about the system, and right on time.  They were also clean and neat, and didn't smoke!  They treated our house with respect and top quality approach.   I have recommended him already to 3 of our other friends building in the area, and would use them without hesitation -- great guys doing great work!

For equipment change-outs, normally a deposit is required and the balance is due at the time of completion. We offer special promotions such as: free duct cleaning, UV light ,electronic air cleaner, or WIFI thermostat with equipment change-out. Recent Review: I was cleared that I did not need the thermostat. They are the one's you can hook up to your i phones. I didn't need that. I am at home. The humidifier does not humidifier adequately in the winter. The first guy that came out I really loved. When they got the sense that I trusted them, they sent out another guy that sold me a bill of good. I am not happy with them. Stuff that they put in. It was very very expensive. All the guys that work for them are great. I loved the guys they work for. The management people that make the commissions, sold me stuff that I didn't need. It was expensive. It didn't do the job that I needed it to do. That was very good. Very good. Every time I called, they came out. Very punctual. They are not close to me. They got here. They let me know where they were. No complaints about that either. Except for that one guy that screwed me over, they were professional. I have a service contract with them, and I like the guys that work with them. Everything was cleaned. It was great.

Recent Review: On April 20, 2017 Bud's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my heating and air conditioning systems. Prior to installing the systems, Mr. Steve Morewitz, Comfort Advisor, satisfactorily answered the many questions I asked about their proposed systems and their company. His responses were timely and he did not rush me to make a decision – other companies did not respond quickly so I waited for some of them to respond to have competitive quotes. The day before the installation I had a question about the dehumidifier he and I had agreed to before I signed the contract. His explanation on how that humidifier worked made me realize that was not the humidifier I wanted. He agreed to make the change without modifying the contract even though the cost would have increased. Their technicians were professional, friendly, helpful, and did a wonderful job removing and installing the equipment. It has been four months since they installed the systems and I have only called Mr. Morewitz once and that was to correct a door on the filter housing, which was a design/manufacturing problem with the filter manufacturer's equipment.

Recent Review: I originally contacted Aire Serve of Bull Run in reference to checking out a non-working whole house humidifier as well as an electronic air filter on an older Lennox HVAC system. The person I made the appointment with stated there would be a $95.00 service charge and a $110.00 diagnostic charge, but she would wave the $110.00 fee as they were just coming out to look at the two items.  Two employess, Alex & Shane came to our home and looked over the items and basically confirmed what I expected that neither item was worth repairing.  Both of them were very friendly and professional. Upon inquiring about installing a new whole house humidifier, Alex gave me a quote on the new system and offered their service plan as well which would take 15 % off the cost of the system.  With the purchase of the service plan and the humidifier, both were purchased for the the price of the humidifier alone.  Alex then waived the $95.00 service charge as I agreed to have the new system installed.  I thought this was actually good business as I felt they were trying to earn my business and not just collecting $ for a service call. I scheduled the install of the humidifier for 2/26 and was given a time window of 10 a.m. to 12 noon.  Shortly after 10, another Aire Serve employee, Chad, arrived for the install.  Chad was very professional and explained exactly what he would be doing during the next 2 to 3 hours.  He was very conscious of looks of the install and tried to minimize the wiring and water line even though the furnace is in an unfininshed basement.  Chad kept me informed as to his progress and time line for completion and cleaned up completely after he finished.  Everything went smoothly and the humidifier has been working great. I was very pleased with the professionalism I received from Aire Serve on both occasions.

We recently had it serviced. The air flow was not where it needed to be for the air conditioner. There was only a nominal service fee charged. They had to run maintenance on it to find out what was wrong. There was nothing wrong with the unit per se. They were a bit pricey.

This was a Deal, so I have already paid, but I would still like the invoice for written records and tax records. This is an rental property and they did not leave me, the owner, any information I've requested.

Tech found that the humidifier was not functioning. He checked wiring, etc, and got it working. He said that the thermostat which came with the system installed by Falcon just a year and a half ago, was not adequate and had us order a new Nest thermostat for $380, that he said would fix the system. He did waive the service call which was over $100 even with our service contract. This was not the first time we have had problems with the humidifier since we bought the house in June, 2017 Jose, the tech was very professional and explained everything thoroughly.

Service tech (AJ) showed up on time and offered a couple of alternatives (repair or remove) with prices.  We opted for repair, which he accomplished in short order. Positive experience.

Came out the day after we called to troubleshoot our humidifier. Ordered a part and were back within a couple of days to fix the problem. Later, when the drain line froze on the same built-in humidifier, that came out and thawed it out and then made a modification to the drain line so it could not freeze again. No charge.
