Recent Review: After shopping for ~year, we contracted with Homefix Custom Home Remodeling. Their salesman was knowledge and was easy to work with. After signing work was to take place ~8 weeks out however the installation crew arrived to perform the task a couple of weeks early. Their work was done in professional manner, the site was left clean after every day's work and any/all concerns we may have had were addressed. In the end we are quite pleased with out choice to go with HomeFix Custom Remodeling.

This review will tell you the type of person Tom is. We recently purchased a home that needed a large number of updates. From reading the reviews, Tom was THE guy for the job. We appreciated that he educated us throughout the process and really had a passion for the work he does. Once complete, the work was top-notch. Couldn't have been happier with the results. Fast forward to the first night in the house... we came back to the house after visiting friends/running errands only to find a substantial amount of water leaking from the 2nd floor laundry room. What seemed like a scene from a movie was happening! After all of the work was complete, a mistake occurred where the washer did not have its drain plug connected after we had Tom install new flooring in the laundry room. It was 9:30pm on Saturday night, and I gave Tom a call to explain what had just transpired. Tom and his assistant took ownership of what happened, drove an hour to the house and helped with the water damage until close to 2am. Tom told us repeatedly that he would make things right and he did. Tom spent the next couple weeks coming by the house, re-positioning fans, doing drywall repair, painting, and much more to make sure things were truly "made right". He even reimbursed us for some of the minor expenses we had in the aftermath of the water damage. Obviously the situation was unfortunate, mistakes do sometimes happen, but we are very thankful that Tom DID stand by his work and did not abandon us after the situation occurred.

We met with the salesman for Gutter Shutters through Fadely Construction, and visited their showroom. Since my husband had been thinking of having the house vinyl sided, we also looked at siding and liked what we saw. Not only that, but the salesman took the time to bring big samples to the house, to make sure we liked the colors. The workers were just that, workers (not slackers) and put in a good days work, sometimes 11 and even 12 hour days. Our salesman also kept in touch as the job progressed. When the siding was completed, another worker came to install the gutters. All in all we were very pleased with our results with Fadely Constuction.

First, I have to thank Vincent for the great job of explaining to both my wife and me about the requirements for what we needed to have done. His discussion allowed both of us to understand the job requirements and making the best decision to fill our needs. Great job Vincent. On the day, the first crew arrived, yes the first crew, two jobs mind you and looked over where the gutters and downspouts were going. They formed the first gutters and began to install. Before that was completed the second crew for the roof and siding arrived and began to remove old roofing. As the crew finished the first gutter, they assisted the second crew with the roof material cleanup and removing the rotting wood trim. The crews worked as a team and assisted each other in cleanup, replacing the rotting wood trim on the garage doors, the vinyl siding and the gutters. Both crews were very active in performing the work and doing an amazing, fast and complete job. One thing, a piece of door edging was damaged and was not planned for replacement and not available. They were able to reinstall the damage piece but the guys, all were guys, said someone would be back with the replacement piece to install and fully complete the job. It was not that day but in a reasonable period of time and looks great. These guys were great and I would not hesitate to hire them or recommend them to anyone. Thanks Roof Works.

During coldest week, pipe burst in the back wall of my house. Mr. Palumbo raced to my house, turned off main water supply (from under manhole cover in sidewalk), replaced frozen/burst pipes, tore up damaged floor to allow for drying, met with the insurance adjustor, replaced back wall of vinyl siding, and installed new ceramic tile to kitchen/den floor. Homeowner's insurance paid for about 1/2 of the damages. Work was done quickly and professionally, and fixed just in time for the next "deep freeze". Everything looks perfect!

Awesome experience from start to finish! Starting with the sales rep...there was no hard-sell or an attempt to dazzle us, just the facts. We were shown material samples, before and after pictures of similar work, and received a timely estimate. Once our order was placed, the materials came in as promised (on time). Can't say enough about Greg, the owner, and the crew, Doug and TJ for being punctual and always professional. When we had questions or needed a problem addressed, Greg responded and corrected the issue promptly. Rebecca in the office was equally helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend Lonestar Siding & Windows.

After placing a call, a couple days later the company's owner, Walt, came to the house to take a look and provide an estimate and then completed the job the following week. He arrived on time as agreed, did the work himself and did a very good job on both the house and deck. He had his own equipment and was done in about an hour. He also gave me some good advice on re-staining my deck and getting the grease build up off of my gutters. He is not the cheapest you'll find, however his professionalism and reliability was worth it.

AIntegrity Home Contracting
The work was exceptionally well done. The workmen took great care not to disturb or damage anything around the house. They were fastidious about cleaning up the work site every evening before they left. They were very concerned that the end result should look as good as possible, so they made several small improvements that went beyond what was spelled out in the contract. For example, on the deck stair treads, the accepted method of attachment was to screw them in from the top, but the workman thought that didn't look nice enough, so he got some brackets that allowed him to attach the treads from underneath even though that made the job more difficult for him. Overall, we are very pleased with the results.
