Recent Review: They have always been cheaper than anybody else. They have been fair about the way they do and handle things. They take care of long-term customers. They put in that pool twelve years ago, but they still do a lot of things for free just because they put it in. We did not even have it. We just bought the house with the pool later. We were not even the original people that they have always done a lot of things. Basically, it is kind of once you work even though there is no real warranty; they make sure that they take care of it.

Recent Review: Professional and very helful answering any questions. Price quoted was the price paid no hidden fees. Very helpful through the entire repair process. All his employees were polite and professional as well. He was timely on the jobsite and arrived when he said he would. I would say the price was inline with other pool repair companies but his service was excellent. Glad I found him and will definately use his services again when needed.

Reviews in Bristol to Replace Swimming Pool Liner

FDave's Waves Pool Contractor
It was not a good experience. We had contacted them about replacing the liner in our pool and there were number of issues. The pool was not measured correctly and consequently, the wrong size of liner was ordered and we had a fairly significant water leak out of the pool as a result. It took about 3 months of me threatening to take them to court before he would get with the pool liner manufacturer to try to get the issue resolved. I think we started the pool liner replacement like in June or July and we I think we finally get everything done in October time frame.

FFoxx Pools
Very hard to get a hold of Foxx Pools, and even harder to get them to call back. They didn?t come when they said they would be there. Numerous calls to get them to do the job. They drilled anchors into a few cracks in the concrete. Closing the pool was included with the purchase of the cover. When they came to close the pool all was good, asked them for a rough quote on replacing the liner. They gave a quote. Then charged me $75.00 for the (Free included) closing of the pool. Over the winter one of the anchors pulled lose from the crack. We called Foxx Pools, when we finally got a hold of them they were coming out. Again a no show without a call and still haven?t been able to get them out one month later to look at it. I am looking for a different pool company to put in a new liner.

DTHE POOL DOCTOR & SPAS
the guy shows up and enlightens me on how theyve been taking care of the former residents and that he even put in the new liner to the pool. so im thinking this guy would know more about this certain pool than anyone else. he refrained from teaching me a few important steps or procedures about hayward system (some details and setting options i was informed by someone else later). beside the fact the whole visit he seemed condescending and rude, he sent us to his shop with a sample and sold us all sorts of chlorine shock and tabs and told me how to use them. after, the pool started looking worse and turning lime green. i went back again and talked to another guy, told him what happened with another water sample, and he said it looks good just needs more chlorine. so i dump more in, had to go out of town for almost a week, and when i got back it looked like swamp water. come to find out later the pool was running off baquacil and there was even a sticker on the pump that notified it was running off baquacil. i relied on them to give me what i need with their use of high tech equipment used to test the water. so now my pool is a chlorine pool and i havent been back to pool doctors since. i have had to change seals that have been going bad and the filter sand as well as some pipes and valves. i have told everyone of my experience and feel totally robbed and betrayed by them
