The owner and operator, Steve Coleman, has worked for over twenty years on all types of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems throughout the central and northern Virginia areas since 1983. Steve has been certified on all major brands of heating and cooling equipment, accessories, and holds a Master HVAC Certification from the state of Virginia and is licensed and insured. "I offer affordable, reliable, friendly service without all the gimmicks and high markups. All work and equipment is warranted whether it is basic maintenance, repairs, replacements, upgrades, add on accessories, or just outdoor unit relocation for home improvement projects. Our goal is to have happy, comfortable clients that know they can count on us throughout the year, every year. Let me worry about your HVAC systems so you don't have to." --Steve Coleman. Estimates must be done on site to verify equipment and materials required to fit the customer's needs. We also give Free 2nd Opinion on compressor failures and will verify the compressor has failed, or has stopped operating due to internal failure or another component failure. The customer is given options and costs for repairs or replacement at that time. Customers should check and clean or replace air filters monthly and keep spares on hand. Our Gas Log Service includes: cleaning logs, burner and pilot; start and check wiring and remote; clean glass and check blower if unit has one. Most problems are due to the burners and pilot assembly needing to be cleaned and air adjustment checked. Don't forget that your remote and receiver use batteries.
