Beehive Appliance arrived to fix our washing machine and we were told that we would be charged for the trip that day plus the deposit on the part that needed to be ordered to repair the machine. We were informed that we would owe $240.00 upon installation. When Beehive Appliance came to install the new part our bill was then changed to $300.00. We feel that there was a lack of transparency in the billing process and wonder if this is a case of taking advantage of an elderly female customer? Definitely would advise caution if you consider using this provider... We know we won't be calling them for their service or recommending them.

Terrible to work with. I called about a leak in my washing machine and their repairman came to check it out. He said I had four other things that need fixing and that I'd be fine after fixing it. I decided to go ahead and fix it because it was still cheaper than a new machine. Within two weeks, it was broken again. The same man comes for his return visit--two hours late (4-6 on Saturday night, shows up at 8! No apologies. And after I waited a whole week for him-- canceling my holiday trip). He fiddles with nobs for an hour and mansplains things to me and finally says what he thinks it is. But if he had thoroughly examined the machine before, he should have seen that. Right? By telephone, a woman tells me that they'll give me the new part for cost but it's another $150. By now, I could definitely have purchased a brand new machine and I tell her that if he had caught this problem, I would have made a different decision. She immediately gets nasty with me, saying "Let me tell you how life works." And went on to give a big lecture, like I'm some kind of idiot. She was a huge swear word to me and when I pointed out that I didn't appreciate being yelled at and that I was trying not to yell at her, she said I hadn't been "doing a very good job." What kind of professional is that? Even if she did perceive me to be rude--that is not how to treat a paying customer! She pretended to try to *work with me* for a couple of minutes--all the time being a swear word and I finally had to hang up. Guess I paid $250 for a piece of junk in my basement. Guess I won't be hiring them again.

They were available to make service call to diagnose the problem the same day I called. Service tech was familiar with my machine and made quick diagnosis, apparently common problem/failure. They had parts available and returned next day and repaired the machine.

DAll Pro Appliance Service and Repair, Inc.
The repairman sent by AllPro was courteous and professional, however we spent $700 having our washing machine repaired and it wasn't fixed (I have a feeling we purchased parts that were not necessary...)  After multiple visits without a resolution we asked to speak to a manager to either have a different technician come and look at it, or be reimbursed for some of the cost.  Our phone calls were never returned.  Now we have a washer that we have spent a lot of money on to fix and are unable to use--do we call another company to try to fix it and spend MORE money? Do we buy a new washer?  AllPro has put us in a very bad (and expensive) situation.

AIntegrity Appliance Repair
My washer and dryer quit working on the same day. Boo! Thankfully, Integrity Appliance Repair responded very quickly when I called and left a message about my dilemma. Don replaced everything that needed to be fixed (washing machine pump, drain hose, and dryer element) in a very timely and professional manner. He explained why each machine broke and I really appreciated understanding what went wrong. He was so fantastic to work with that when my washing machine had problems a month later (totally unrelated), I called him immediately. It turns out it got clogged with the dissolvable portion of Tide Pods because I wasn't using hot enough water often enough--d'oh! Again, he was very professional and kind, even though my machine made every attempt to ooze melted tide pod goo onto him. :) Moral of the story: call Integrity Appliance. They are the best!

This company was recommended to us by a company we had previously used for a washing machine repair (Action Appliance Service), as Action Appliance does not service dishwashers. This company has a strange quirk in that they require the customer to call THEM the morning of the scheduled appt. to get a time slot for their serviceman to arrive; they do not set up service times in advance. The serviceman arrived on time, found the problem, but had to order the replacement part. We were told we would be notified when the part arrived, but as has been reported by other members, we had to call them to find out about our part after we had waited a week. The serviceman arrived on time again, performed the repair, and only charged us for one service visit. Overall a great experience, but we are glad we found out from Angie's List members that we would have to call about our part! I hope the company front office becomes a little more efficient in scheduling appointments and following up on ordered parts in the future.
