The manager was very professional and responsive to our needs. The personnel who performed the construction were awesome. Their skills are unmatched. Workers were prompt, responsive and took care of our property and cleaned up after themselves everyday.

The initial design violated the setback restrictions, so the patio and pergola had to be redesigned. The redesigned pergola seemed to large for the space, but I was assured by Todd that it would be fine. The finished pergola was roughly three-quarters the size in the design. He disagreed with the reduction in size and offered a discount that was low in my opinion. We came to a compromised discount. Good aspects of this project: High quality stamped concrete, stone bench, and pergola. Todd was very professional throughout the process. Bad aspects of this project: Took four months to complete, inaccurate design, inconsistent quality electrical work.

Working with Reformed Outdoor Structures was a pleasure from start to finish. They transformed our small backyard into an awesome outdoor living area by building a large custom pergola and installing cafe lights and fans. Wyatt's work is awesome; I highly recommend Reformed Outdoor Structures!

Blake and his crew were amazingly great to work with.  They kept me informed of exactly what they were doing and why.  When I made a suggestion to Blake, he was very responsive and completed what I requested; he took pictures and said he liked my idea very much.  The new Western Red Cedar deck and pergola are beautiful with the Western Red Cedar lattice screen walls.  I am so very pleased and plan on using Brennan's for additional work on my house.

Paul Hedlund designed a 400 sqft serpentine pergola for our patio,.  He worked efficiently and professionally, cleaning up every day before he left for the day.  The pergola is beautiful and just what we wanted.

The whole process was done in a professional, timely manner. Our pergola was installed in the timeframe we scheduled and everything went smoother than we could have hoped for. Will definitely be referring Quality Built Pergolas to all of my family and friends!

Pricing was extremely reasonable so we ended up expanding our original scope of work a bit. No more bland boring backyard! We absolutely love how it turned out! Excellent. Turned out to be just the way I wanted. When I wanted changes after initial build, Gary was agreed and did a re-build. Very happy with the final outcome.

Don, the owner, worked with us personally and sent his contractor to our home to install a pergola on our deck. His contractor worked diligently in the heat to install it and my husband and were are so impressed with the work, that we have asked Don to quote us a price for an outdoor kitchen. We felt that he was very fair on his prices and look forward to working with his company again.
