Super Service Award Recent Review: Everything was great! They arrived towards the beginning of the window given, were super quick, and very professional. I couldn't have asked for an easier service. I messaged a few companies for quotes. A couple of the companies quoted me a price with and without the disposal included. Some of them had greatly marked up the price of the unit itself (about $100 over market price). Southern plumbing gave me quotes both with and without the disposal and the price with was very reasonable and not marked up. This to me showed a lot of integrity in the company and I trusted them to perform the service without a bunch of extra fees. I will definitely contact this company should I need plumbing services again.

Business Description: Local plumbing companies offer a much better price for their service than the national ones. It’s really puzzling to some people to find out that national plumbing company charged them almost twice as much for the same type of service as the local company provides do. It can be really frustrating to find out that you overpaid for the simple plumbing service just because you ordered and used the wrong company. Picking the local company is almost always better for your wallet than ordering the same service from national provider. Local companies get pay and get to keep the money they made. On other hand plumbers working for national companies only get a cut of the money they make for their service, the rest it goes up to the corporate headquarters.

Recent Review: I have been using Jared's for 3-4 years. They have done several other jobs for us. They are very professional, friednly and up front. They always show up on time and if they are running late they make sure to call ahead. They are also very knowledgeable, very honest and do a great job. I have never had to call them back after a service for any repairs. They are great with their cleanup afterwards. I have never had any problems contacting the company or scheduling a service.

The initial visit was good and I was pleased but the installation was incomplete and our dishwasher stopped working due to a plug that was left in the installed disposal unit. We had to call them out a second time to make it right. They came out and did fix it but I don't feel it should have been necessary...so a B rating.

My garbage disposal stopped working yesterday 5/23/2016. I called Tony's Plumbing to make an appointment. They came out the same day and were on time. They answered all of my questions and explained in detail the reasonings why my garbage disposal stopped working. They replaced the garbage disposal and took their time to ensure that it was installed correctly. They are very kind people and I highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues. In the end I was charged $225 for the garbage disposal and labor.

He arrived before designated time. He asked what the problem was. I showed him the problem. He tested the garbage disposal and found it to not be functioning properly. Took apart drain and found the clog. His assessment was correct that the garbage disposal was the initial problem in causing the clog. Had a garbage disposal in truck and could replace right then. In an hour, a new garbage disposal installed and with a functioning drain. HEAVEN

While other people are trying to rip you off and get as much money out of you with the ridiculous summer pricing here is a company based on honesty and integrity one of my tenants said her garbage disposal stop working these guys drove out there they looked at it and it was as simple as pressing a reset button instead of being dishonest and trying to milk me for money they told me the honest truth a simple reset was necessary the 1st thing that came to my mind was wow this is really a company that will have my back they didn't even charge me for they just told me to remember them in future from now on this is my plumbing team these guys are great
