Recent Review: Awesome work! Alfredo & Alberto are very thorough and skilled at their craft. And, the price for material and labor was significantly cheaper than other job quotes for the same materials.
Recent Review: The entire large job was done within two days! They ripped out old flooring, including carpet, tile, and laminate, all baseboards, and then laid the new floor the next day, adding brand new baseboards that look better than the originals. While we were not onsite to monitor the progress, the workers were obviously competent and honest. There is another area that we did not yet replace that when we decide to rip up, we will hire PK Floors again!
Recent Review: We just had the floors in our entire downstairs (minus one bathroom and laundry room) redone by Floor for Less and couldn't be more pleased. Their crew was extremely hard working and very nice to deal with. They did a fantastic job on our baseboards as well. We met with Eyhab and Al initially (who are awesome) and they explained the process and handled the contract piece, then their team dealt with us for the most part there on out. I know that bothers some, but it was fine, the crew was great. I work from home and they were very accommodating with me with times, days, etc. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves to the point where if you looked in my house and front yard you could never tell it was a disaster the week before ;) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new floors!!
Recent Review: Kirk did a great job of working with us over several months. We took a while to make our decision and he helped us patiently and professionally along the way. He personally supervised all of the work performed and applied the stain himself. He was very open to our suggestions and requirements and did everything he could to perform the exact job we wanted. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and available to us.
Recent Review: Went very well. Sales team very helpful and thorough with estimate and what to expect. Workers showed up on time and installed carpet as planned. No problems. A few months later I had the kitchen and extra room upstairs installed. This process went smoothly as well with no hassle. After installation of tile, there were a couple of cracks in the grout at the door thresholds. They came out right away and repaired the problem. Great company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
Recent Review: The difference between our carpet and our wood floors is simply amazing. We chose Bela Cera Monticello and Simmons Flooring Co as our supplier and installation company. Siegfried Ehmke was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us through the selection and purchasing process. He supervised and maintained the schedule we had discussed. Our lead installer, Jose, and crew members, Josue and David, were professional, on-time and courteous. They moved and reset our heavy furniture, kept the work site clean and hauled away all trash. The beauty and richness of the flooring exceeded our expectations. We are very, very pleased with our new Bella Cera wood flooring in our home. We highly recommend Simmons Flooring Co to anyone in need of a new wood floor.
Recent Review: I wrote a previous review that explained my frustration after the first day of work. I was contacted by the company immediately and they apologized for scheduling errors that caused my frustration. The rest of the process was very good, great sales person and the end product is beautiful. I will always support and promote a company that expects the best and produced the best results and if a flaw or error happens along the way, quickly corrects and owns the mistake. Great job to 50 floors and thanks to John for being a true professional.
The workers did a good job. They took their time and the job took longer than they estimated (3 hours). Since they finished late, they did a bit of a rush job on one of the transitional pieces. Overall the job was well done.

AFinal Touch Flooring
This is a family owned business with three brothers working together, and the job was scheduled within 5 days of the initial call. The two young men arrived on time and did a beautiful job of installing the flooring. They also removed the existing baseboards and then reattached them after completion of the floor. The caulking job on the baseboards could have been better....but overall I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. I was concerned about having enough Pergo to complete the entire floor, but the installers did an excellent job of conserving product and even had a box and four planks left over. The men were clean, polite, professional, and worked quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

AAdrian's Flooring & The Tile Dentist
The installation went very well. The two young men arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing the laminate flooring. The only thing I would suggest would be to work on caulking around baseboards....this could have been neater. However, I was very pleased with the overall job of laying the floor and the professionalism of the installers. I will definitely hire them again.

AThe Carpet Mill Outlet Inc
We refer them a lot of time. They give me good deals because we refer each other all the time. I paint they house for next to nothing and do my floors for next to nothing. They are very reasonable otherwise and I know their pricing. They just do good work. The owner of the place is very helpful in helping you pick out colours and styles for your house.

We had sold our home and needed to repair several buckling boards of Pergo in our master bedroom for the buyer. I called Cathy and set up a time for her and David to come out and give us a quote. They were on time and both very personable and friendly. Due to the fact that the Pergo we had in our bedroom (and the entire first floor of our house) was no longer made, we needed to replace the laminate in the entire bedroom to make it work. David and the crew came out on 6/21/2013 and replaced all the Pergo in the master. The new Pergo was a good match but slightly different in width and thickness. We were concerned with how it would flow with the rest of the old Pergo in the house. They were able to make it look like it matched perfectly and it turned out great! The crew was also very professional and neat. They cleaned up as they worked and didn't leave any mess whatsoever. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. They are a great family owned business and awesome people as well! :)

BCooper Installation Services Ltd
First off my husband and I had encountered a frequent complaint of many other reviewers concerning Cooper Installation Services and laminate flooring installation. Our concrete slab had a 1/4 inch elevation along middle of living room. The directions of laminate (Pergo Outlast) to be installed stated up to 3/16 inch elevation is allowed. We were offered a choice of leveling this with cement for about $300 or grinding the cement down 1/16 inch for $150. We choose the grinding. I do understand the installers following the directions carefully. At the same time I feel DIYers as a rule would not be concerned about 1/16 inch and the DIYers would have had the same results. Of course there is the argument that 1/16 of a inch would void the laminate warranty but over and over I heard in my research that the odds of getting a flooring warranty honored under the best of circumstances are quite slim. Just be aware additional charges are a common complaint among reviewers of laminate installed by Cooper. Now that I got that communicated, do want to say we were overall pleased with our installers. Was told they would arrive between 9 -11, Juan and Raphael arrived at 8:50! They worked solid till the job was done about 1ish. We had one room installed. Had to direct them what direction we wanted the planks laid; initially the first planks were laid in opposite direction that adjacent flooring was laid. Also had to tell one installer that planks needed to be mixed up over a few boxes to insure a better grain. They obliged readily. On the positive side the men were clean cut; spoke English well, and were experienced. They moved my furniture professionally and cleaned up. Pergo Outlast is a laminate that overall gets great reviews but installation is quirky. As Raphael said “it has many rules”. And this team did well. I like to think I researched the whole process well. We purchased the flooring through Home Depot and Home Depot contracts with Cooper Installation for installation. Before I would give Home Depot my credit card, told the flooring associate that first I would check out Cooper Installation. Was very disappointed in their reviews and my gutt said no way can we use them, so I pursued independent installers. Just couldn’t find anyone that had installed Pergo Outlast. I asked one installer to watch a short UTUBE video concerning Pergo Outlast installation and after watching he increased his bid to install by $350! So went back to Home Depot; the flooring specialist said if Cooper was difficult Home Depot would stand by us and I could pull the plug at any time with a prorated refund. Also I was pleased that the Better Business Bureau rated Cooper Installation A+. Although the reviews were mostly negative on the BBB site I felt any conflicts were satisfactorily resolved. So I finally gave Home Depot my credit card and once our laminate was delivered Cooper was able to install 4 days later.
