Reviews in Lake Dallas for Asphalt Shingle Roof Installation
Comment: I had a roof leak and Nate from Autograph came out to look at my roof. Nate was able to help me get a new roof from my insurance company. They are very professional and communicative.

ARoofing Solutions of Texas
Overall the job went smoothly. A couple of glitches were taken care of professionally without any pushback. They employ a supervisor, Gary, who oversaw the project and made sure the workers had the materials they needed in a timely manner. The sales person, Terry, spent the time to fully explain the entire process and he handled all of the insurance paperwork. He also checked in on the job twice.

ABlue Nail Enterprises LLC
Blue Nail Roofing did an outstanding job. They delivered on time and did the job in a single day. Melissa was provided the initial estimate that was right on and reasonable. Cory was the project manager on-site and kept things organized keeping me informed every step. Jeff called a couple days before to let me know what was going to occur. Miguel's crew was very hard working, showed attention to detail and did quality work.

It went just greatI I could not have asked for a better experience. I incurred hail damage back in early 2016 and enlisted several Angieslist-service companies to bid the repair job. Due to a number of factors the work got put off until recently. Roofing Giant is one of the several companies I targeted back in 2016 to give me an estimate. Some of the contractors lost interest in my work since time passed but not Roofing Giant. Oleg stayed in touch with me and continued to address any concerns I had. Admittedly, i require a lot of any company doing work for me since I am detailed oriented and want things done a specific way. Oleg addressed all my questions and even accommodated a 4-sheet addendum I added to the agreement that we signed. As it worked out, I only had one other company to compare costs to. A third company graciously bowed out of the bidding since it could not get to the work for several months. Anyway, Roofing Giant's bid was significantly lower than the other company's bid. Given this and Oleg being so great to work with, I chose Roofing Giant to do the work. That actual work went great too. The crew supervisor, Chuey, was just wonderful to work with. He spoke excellent English and was most willing to do whatever I asked him to do. As already stated I am pretty exacting and I wanted things done a specific way and Chuey came though admirably without throwing me off the roof. <:) Yes, I even went on the roof to inspect various things being done and Chuey did not mind at all. This is a strong indicator of a company doing great work and not ashamed of anything they do. if you choose Roofing Giant to do your work, ask if Chuey's crew could do the work. You will not be disappointed. The guys cleaned up really well after the work and seemed to work really well as a team. I was proud to know all of them and was so impressed I gave them all a small monetary gift along with a Gideon New Testament. Bottomline: Give Roofing Giant a chance to bid your work, and hopefully chose them to do the job. You will not be disappointed. As a free sidenote, I highly recommend Malarkey Legacy shingles too. Their pre-sales support was great!

This work was done on a rental property. The renter indicated there weren't any problems with the team that completed the work.
Recent Review: The visit went very well. I had purchased a roof-repair "deal" from Ellis Smith Roof America through Angie's List last April, planning to use it for a general inspection as well as replacement of a blown-off shingle, sealing some leaks around roof vents, and some ideas on how to fix what appeared to be a hole gnawed into some chimney siding by a critter. I had not yet not gotten around to cashing in the "deal", before an enterprising young roofing-contractor salesman knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection, mentioning that springtime hail storms had caused roof damage elsewhere in our neighborhood. I hadn't heard anything about this, but the inspection was free so my wife told him to climb up. Not surprisingly, he told us we need a new roof-- and explained how we could get our insurance company to pay for it. Having been in the insurance business myself, I knew it would not be that simple. Then I remembered the "deal" I had purchased a few months prior, and called Mr. Smith for a second opinion as well as to do the repairs I needed done. He climbed up, did the work I needed, and said the roof was in "average" condition -- not as good as new, but also not in need of replacement -- and that any insurance adjustor would likely see it the same way. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, and I would likely have given him my business if he had convinced me that I need a new roof -- but, against his own economic incentive, he convinced me that I did not need one. I like working with people like that.

Recent Review: I have used K & K roofing several times to replace missing shingles. I called K & K Roofing and Tommy came out the same day to replace the shingles-he made it a point to get it done because rain was forcasted- but he always has same day or next day service. He charged $150 total for both roofs. Last time we were out of our roof shingles, which are not common color, so he had to buy the shingles- and still only charged us $40 for replacing 7+ and he gave us the remaining shingles for future repair. I called for a bid from 2 other roofers and both were over $350. Great Service- good people.

Recent Review: The initial crew arrived early as scheduled, and began removing the existing roof. A second crew arrived later and began installing the shingles. The weather was threatening, and as shingles were removed, the area was protected with the new membrane. The installation continued a second day and was completed around mid- day.
