I cancelled my new pool contract due to breach of contract and lies. Therefore, I asked for my deposit money back, but it has been a month and still have not received a firm response from the owner when I can get my money back. The owner Chris of Christal Clear Pools keeps giving me excuses and excuses, lies and lies, for why my money is not available to refund me. This is ridiculous and very frustrating. Also, be careful with Steve Edwards.

I contacted Martin about building an inground Swimming Pool. Martin is experienced, hard working, and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with such a large purchase for my home. I am very pleased with my decision to use M&M Swimming Pools as my pool builder and I highly recommend them. I just love my new pool.

The owner for this company (Jon) came promply when I called to ask for an estimate for my swimming pool repair. His cost estimate was below the other two estimates, but I was so impressed with his professionalism and the Christian character that was evidenced by his behavior and on his company's website that I think I would have hired him even if the estimate hadn't been lower. His estimate for the time frame, order of the liner and follow through to completion was exactly as he said it would be. He called a few days ahead to schedule the installation time, and showed up to do the work at the time promised. The work he completed was done efficiently, the clean up for the removed pool liner was neat and complete, the work done on the pool base was thorough and he explained what he was doing as he worked. The new pool liner was installed in an afternoon and Jon completed the final stage of the work on schedule after the pool filled. My young grandchildren and I had a fun and exciting afternoon watching this whole process, and the guys were really good natured about answering questions. I highly recommend this company for pool and spa work

They are great with service- I can name two people over there that do an outstanding service and that is Stephanie and Suzan. They do a great job in telling you and walking you through your new pool, if you need something and all that stuff.

From the beginning with the consultation with the owner, Don Davenport, we felt very comfortable working with him. He designed us a pool exactly what we wanted and out bid four other competitors' pricing. After signed contract, they worked quickly on getting the permit and breaking ground in two weeks. The project was completed in 2 months. The owner, Don Davenport, was always reachable by phone, text, and email. Communication with him was very easy and reasonable. Changes needed to be made or problems we had were taken care of. We definitely expressed our concerns and wants daily. We are very pleased with our new pool.

Roger did the work excellently. Really fast respond, stay on top of progress, also kept me informed every steps. I understand current situation is ho*** ** all service providers, but RSM out-preformed their competitors. I had really short time but need a pool to be cleaned and drained. I first call another A graded service called "Integrity Pools", but they transfer me twice to an voice mail. They called me later but RSM did waaaay faster and budget friendly. I am very pleased with RSM. Highly recommended.

We are now 4 weeks into the build, and so far so good. SW is building us a 28,000 gallon pool that is 42 x 19 and a 720 gallon spa. In addition, we are having over 1,000 sf of extensive deck work, a large structure and steps. This is a very large project that was scheduled for 12 weeks. Photos of our build in process are on SW Facebook (matson). Our designer was Moses C. and in reality, he is the reason we chose SW to begin with. We may have been his most challenging customer, as we started from scratch 3 times when we just couldn't seem to get the exact plan. Sometimes you don't know what you want until you see it in 3D. He worked with us, LISTENED, and designed tirelessly until we got something we were completely happy with. We dealt with 2 other large pool builders in the process (won't give names), and the designs shown to us were good, but just didn't have the custom look. It was pretty obvious they were more interested in providing a cookie cutter design that their crew could build quickly. We signed the contract Thanksgiving week, and the dig started at the end of January. I must admit that the process of permitting and waiting on engineers due to the complexity of the build required patience, but we were more interested in getting it right than getting it done. I have no idea who the other complaining reviewers were, but they certainly don't describe our process at all. Someone even mentioned lawsuits, and after doing some legal checking, there is nothing out there. Even SW was bewildered with that review. But, each person should do their own homework as I did to feel good about it. I can just tell you our process has been very good, and we are actual new customers. At this point I can give you an update of how they have handled our process. Communication: 5 stars. Every step from signing the contract, to the stonework is communicated through Angela. If you even mention someone to any single person, they all see to know. They communicate with each other, and the customer. Quality: 5 stars so far. As you compare your quotes, look at the quality, thickness of materials, rebar, etc. There IS a difference, and we are seeing it transform in front of us. The owner John even had them tear out an entire retaining wall along the house because he didn't feel is was substantial enough once it was in. This was NO COST to me. You get what you pay for, and now that I have friends that complain about their new pools (leaks around lights, etc.), I am thankful. Louis, the stone mason team leader is meticulous. I saw him re-cut a 1" piece of tile 2X to get it just right. I can't comment yet on the decking and structure work, but will once it is complete. Contract: 3 Stars. Every pool company's contract I reviewed was awful, even SW. They all are written to benefit the PC and they all look the same. So, I was looking for a company that wasn't going to ding me for every issue, and so far SW has been spot on. They just seem to do what's right and aren't looking for a way to get extra money. We have changed our minds on several things along the way, and they have accommodated every change without a "change fee" so far. Even if they would have charged, I would have been OK. The fact of the matter is, building a pool is very stressful, and having people roaming around your property all hours of the day is tough. It is also so permanent that you want to make sure you get everything right. In addition, there are a ton of decisions you make along the process that require a company that isn't just about how many pools they can put in quickly. SW never tried to rush the sale or cut corners from what I have seen so far. John V, the owner is our on site contractor. It is pretty obvious he knows what he is doing. I will update this review when the build is complete. I am not easy to please, and have done more research on the internet than a healthy person should do. But you want to get it right. I won't remember spending an extra $3k a year from now, but I will be reminded daily if I picked the wrong company. I would feel very confident going with SW. They never bashed the other companies and focused on what they WOULD do for us, not what the other companies wouldn't. Thanks Moses for the great start.

Darren Kesler and Roy did a great job from start to finish on my swimming pool project. They consistently stated what would happen, when, and then it did. Very happy with their level of involvement and time spent on the job site. Highly recommend!

Before we started planning our swimming pool project, we were nervous about which pool company to select. But, after meeting Pete, all our worries were addressed, and he designed exactly what we wanted. Work began on time, stayed within budget and was completed at the end of July as promised. His crew did a fantastic job and made our dream backyard come true. We are so glad we chose Texoma Country Pools and Spas to design and construct our swimming pool. Everything was done to our satisfaction and our pool has been worth every penny spent. The other important detail that we feel sets Texoma Country Pools and Spas apart from other pool companies is the ongoing support we have received this last year as we have learned to maintain our pool. Anytime we have needed they have been responsive and helpful to our questions and have always gone out of their way to ensure our pool stays beautiful!

They were on time for the cleaning. They cleaned, checked the water quality levels (pH), and then used a super vacuum hose for the cleaning.
