Recent Review: Excellent. They came when they promised. They completed their work expeditiously. They cleaned up thoroughly. They used quality materials. They found and corrected areas where caulking was not done by the original painter when the house was built. The house now looks great.

Very well. I contacted Ronda by email to pressure wash my driveway & sidewalks. This was through an offer I found on Angie's List for 2000sf of pressure washing for $200 which was about the amount I wanted to be done. We agreed on a date & time and a gentleman by the name of Walker showed up. When Walker gets a grip on a power washer he doesn't know where to stop. He not only cleaned what we agreed to but he also washed my two garage doors, two 8 foot brick posts that supported my driveway gate and my brick mailbox at no extra charge. He did an excellent job and it took almost 5 hrs.

AClear Blue Windows Cleaning Co
It went beautifully from the original scheduling until completion. The team is thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Very attentive to detail and fair in evaluating what services you need and don't need. Windows sparkle! I think it would be very difficult to find any other service company that could compare with Clear Blue as far as quality and price.

ALakewood Window Cleaning
On time, courteous, prepared with all the right equipment, safety conscious. Set to work promptly and kept working until the job was finished. Identified a defective window that we didn't realize we had and we were able to have it replaced under the warranty. They took a lot of pride in their work and hence were thorough. Our windows sparkled when they were done. The same was true of the pressure washing of the driveway and walkway. We will definitely use them again.

Every job was done well. They are very neat and clean the work site well. I have used Tom and Jessie for over a year now once or twice a month depending on their schedule. They have covered many varied tasks and are very good to work with. I keep a To-Do List going each month and look forward to their arrival. If you need something fixed, call them; you will not be disappointed.

What a pleasant experience from the initial call requesting a bid to dropping off the payment at the office. Everyone I dealt with from the office, Alex the sales rep and even the crew members were friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. The night before the power wash was scheduled to be done unknown to everyone until the crew had arrived at the job location, the city had cut the water off at the main line because the lawn crew had severed an irrigation line and water was flooding the street. I quickly called the office, apologizing to Ruth for the inconvenience. With understanding she assured me all was ok and simply rescheduled the power wash. The day of the staining and minor fence repair again the crew showed up only to discover there was no electrical power. The house had been inspected the day before and the inspector had failed to flip the GFCI breaker switch back on. Again Ruth was understanding and we rescheduled. Finally the day arrived and the fence was stained. Later that afternoon I went to the property to check out the finished job. I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed. Some areas of the fence looked great but some areas looked like little if any stain was applied. I took pictures and sent them to both Alex and Ruth. I called Alex and he assured me that they would go back out and touch up the fence. Ruth scheduled the touch up. I arrived at the property just after the crew had finished and left. I just stood there and stared at the fence, amazed. I couldn't believe it! The fence looked brand new. What a great job! I had gotten four bids and Texas Best Stain was very competitive. Again, what a great experience. Great people. A great company. I would certainly use Texas Best Stain again.

John was on time, and very professional. I felt that the $200 for the wash was a good price, and the home looks great. Very good job.

Mathew and his brother did a great job. Their equipment is top notch. They accomplished the task using only hot was under pressure. No chemicals. They took great care cleaning the pebble surface concrete. It looks great. Price was very competitive. They arrived on time and completed the task within the time estimate.

CTexas Best Stain
My results were kind of disappointing. I have a seven year old cedar fence that had never been stained before and it was starting to show its age and was gray and moldy in places. From researching the water-based stains, it looked like a water-based stain would last longer than an oil-based stain, so I picked the Behr fence and deck stain (in chocolate brown). The day before the stain was applied, a guy came by and pressure-cleaned and washed my fence. I got home right after he had left but there was dirt and mud all along the very bottom of the fence (on the 2" x 6" boards), so I had to get my water hose and rinse all of that dirt off, otherwise the paint would not stick to the dirt. The next day he applied the paint (no complaints there) but since then, the paint has been flaking off here and there. If I bump the fence with my rake handle or where squirrels are climbing up the fence or just anywhere you touch the fence, the paint flakes off. I talked to a guy in the Home Depot paint dept. and he said that I really should have lightly sanded the fence before applying the stain because he said the wood fibers stand up over time and if you don’t sand them off first, the paint doesn’t stick as well as it should but he admitted that very few people are going to sand the fence. He also thought that turning up the pressure washer to a higher setting might remove the wood fibers, where the paint would stick better. Anyway, I don't think the pressure cleaning and washing was done correctly. I know that for sure because there was dirt all along the bottom of the fence that should have been rinsed off but wasn't. I don't think the pressure washer was turned up high enough but I have no way of proving that.
