AWill's Plumbing & Testing Service
I also used them to snake a sewer on a separate call. They showed up on time and did a quality job. Worked fast. I thought their prices were a bit high but I prefer quality and professionalism over price when I choose not to do a job myself. I marked a B for professionalism as their was an issue at the end of the job. When placing the drier in the cabinet they accidentally scratched/dented the edge of the shelf. When my partner pointed it out, the plumber first started with poker face. Then finally she suggested a discount in compensation and he immediately responded with "That's not gonna happen".  Not a customer service friendly approach and not professional engage in such a way. He called and talked to his supervisor who agreed to knock of $50, which I thought was fair.

AWill's Plumbing & Testing Service
Excellent service.  Matt from Will's plumbing installed a 15 foot gas line from our house to a new gas grill.  They dug the trench, installed the line and ensured the grill was operational.  They obtained a city permit and had an inspector check their work.  This project wasn't inexpensive but the work was first rate. Very professional team and company.

Our house was built with a gas fireplace, furnace and water heater--but with an electric stove. When we moved into the house in 1997, we swore it would be the first thing we would fix. So it took us a while. This was my first time using Mr. Plumber. I called them after receiving an exorbitant estimate from another company--and I'm very glad I did! They were able to undercut the other estimate by nearly $2000. And their work was excellent. Even the city inspector was impressed with the quality of their work. I intend to use Mr. Plumber for any and all plumbing calls from now on.

ACHAMBLISS PLUMBING CO
Chambliss plumbing was excellent to work with and i highly recommend them for installing gas lines. We replaced an electric cooktop with a gas cooktop and needed a line run to the new cooktop. We already have a gas furnace and gas water heater but weren't sure where the gas lines ran. Kevin came out and gave two estimates (one if they would have to run the line from outside and up through the pantry which was going to be more expensive since the install was a little more complicated. The other option was if a line was found within the pantry they could connect the line there and that would be the cheaper option. Luckily when Kevin, Josh and Martin came out for the install, they were able to find the gas line within the pantry!! what i didnt mention was that i had another company (another angie's list company which i have reviewed as well) come out previous to calling Chambliss) to do an estimate and they didnt even try to look for another option to install and wanted to charge me triple what Chambliss was going to charge. Josh and Martin installed the gas line within a day and i was able to enjoy my cooktop right away. A few weeks later i noticed a faint smell coming from the pantry and turns out I had a small leak. I called Kevin and he sent Josh out who immediately took care of the leak. they were also great in working with the city inspector to insure that i got the gas permit for the city and Josh came over multiple times to ensure that the inspection would go very smoothly. They are super professional , responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed. Thanks Kevin and team, you are great !!!!!

AR & R SERVICES Inc
Both Ron and Bob were very polite,on time, completed every thing to my satisfaction the first time, very professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't remember the exact cost of things because I had them do so many items at different times but I thought the price was reasonable otherwise I would not have called them back after the first visit. They took great care in keeping my home clean and in order while they worked and when they were finished.

Chamblis ran a gas line and had to do a capacity analysis on gas pressure.  A 12x12 cut in the sheet rock was all that they needed to run a gas line. I recommend this company very highly.

Perfect! Kenny was the best...hard worker, funny, nice, and professional. He was also able to refer other professionals for painting and electrical work. Pricing compared to others in town was outstanding. Kenny brought the small town kindness and work ethic to San Antonio and our house. We are military and just bought this house as our retirement and forever home...thanks to Kenny, we are happy, safe, and this is a better place to live.

The estimate went really well and we wanted to hire Andre’s. However, they never returned our calls asking to schedule the work so we went with another contractor.

ACOUNTYLINE PLUMBING LLC
I called Countyline Plumbing (Ron Garza) during construction of my home. The builder's plumber wanted an arm and a leg to run a gas line from the street to the home, so I started looking for plumbers who do gas line work and had a HARD time finding anyone who would do the work. I found Ron on Angie's List and he was out to see the property within 24 hours of my call! He did not hesitate to the difficult gas line work, and his prices were a lot more reasonable than my builder's subcontractor. Ron is very responsive, very professional, and runs a great business. I'm going to hire him to do drainage work on my new home too and highly recommend him for plumbing/gas/drainage services.

Recent Review: We have used Texas Plumbing twice now. Both times the service has been very professional and the tech very friendly and knowledgable. We are new to Angie's List and I love the way Dixie responded quickly both times...even on a weekend. She set up my appointment through the message center on Angie's List. The first visit was to hook up and run a gas line to our outdoor grill. Cooking that night! The second visit was to hook up our gas line to the pool/ spa. Minor problem with this, but was fixed first thing the next morning. We will differently use Texas Plumbing Diagnostics again for any plumbing service we need.

Recent Review: When the project began, we asked the sales person if he was sending the A-team for us.  He said that all the teams were very good.  After the install, we are convinced we got the A-team.  If Beyer Mechanical other crews are like Alex and Rodger, then any customer should be very pleased. The sales person(Tim) was very professional.  We had a couple of other quotes (that we did not share with Beyer).  This was a very competitive bid, and I had confidence in his analysis and explanation of how we might or might not be able to refund 'rebates', and explaining the reasons why we should or should not consider the models that we received quotes on.  Other companies had built in some very high rebates from CPS, that would likely not be valid. All prices quotes we received were without rebates or incentives built in, so it was easy to compare, and then assess final value, after factoring in rebates, etc. The crew arrived on time and started with analysis and questions (they wanted our opinion!).  The residential Service Manager (Eric) also came a couple of times, and they put together a plan that gave good access to the unit, but opened up our attic so we actually can get in and out.  A HUGE plus. Two old units were being replaced with a singe unit, and all duct work was being replaced.  This was a very invasive procedure.  But the crew was excellent.  There was not a commotion or mess.  Everything got done on time.  We were asked to review their work, as progress was being made, and everything was explained. After firing up the unit (it worked the first time!) and testing, we were again visited by the technical sales person (Tim) and service manager (Eric), who reviewed the work.  The only issue we had was that the new unit was so quiet, we could not tell if it was working (but they heated us out and then cooled us down, to verify). At the end of job, everything was cleaned up.  You could not tell anything had gone on.  A few days later, the install crew, Alex and Rodger, returned to verify that everything worked as planned, and then went over all the operational instructions that we needed to know. We have had a couple of really ugly remodel projects that were less complicated than this, and they were horrible experiences.  We were expecting something similar.  We cannot express how happy and pleased we are  with this entire project, from start to finish.  It was still expensive, but my wife and I agreed that we feel very good about every dollar spent.  And we appreciated that all rebate forms were completed with the assistance of the install crew, and Beyer Mechanical took care of submitting all of the paperwork. We are already telling friends about Beyer Mechanical.
