Recent Review: When the project began, we asked the sales person if he was sending the A-team for us. He said that all the teams were very good. After the install, we are convinced we got the A-team. If Beyer Mechanical other crews are like Alex and Rodger, then any customer should be very pleased. The sales person(Tim) was very professional. We had a couple of other quotes (that we did not share with Beyer). This was a very competitive bid, and I had confidence in his analysis and explanation of how we might or might not be able to refund 'rebates', and explaining the reasons why we should or should not consider the models that we received quotes on. Other companies had built in some very high rebates from CPS, that would likely not be valid. All prices quotes we received were without rebates or incentives built in, so it was easy to compare, and then assess final value, after factoring in rebates, etc. The crew arrived on time and started with analysis and questions (they wanted our opinion!). The residential Service Manager (Eric) also came a couple of times, and they put together a plan that gave good access to the unit, but opened up our attic so we actually can get in and out. A HUGE plus. Two old units were being replaced with a singe unit, and all duct work was being replaced. This was a very invasive procedure. But the crew was excellent. There was not a commotion or mess. Everything got done on time. We were asked to review their work, as progress was being made, and everything was explained. After firing up the unit (it worked the first time!) and testing, we were again visited by the technical sales person (Tim) and service manager (Eric), who reviewed the work. The only issue we had was that the new unit was so quiet, we could not tell if it was working (but they heated us out and then cooled us down, to verify). At the end of job, everything was cleaned up. You could not tell anything had gone on. A few days later, the install crew, Alex and Rodger, returned to verify that everything worked as planned, and then went over all the operational instructions that we needed to know. We have had a couple of really ugly remodel projects that were less complicated than this, and they were horrible experiences. We were expecting something similar. We cannot express how happy and pleased we are with this entire project, from start to finish. It was still expensive, but my wife and I agreed that we feel very good about every dollar spent. And we appreciated that all rebate forms were completed with the assistance of the install crew, and Beyer Mechanical took care of submitting all of the paperwork. We are already telling friends about Beyer Mechanical.
