APuryear Custom Pools
We have used them before.  We were happy with their work.  Their customer service and follow-up is good.  People who work for them are trustworthy.  They did whatever they said they would.  They also went above and beyond.  Their price was the one of least expensive, so we got high quality for low price.  They have always been good with follow-up and responsiveness.

They gave us the blue prints. They are just flat out honest and good natured. They said it is going to be a little bit expensive but hears what we are doing and why. If you want to trim the cost you are going to lose some features. They really opened their books to us and we found that really refreshing. The level of trust with was very high. The price came in above what we can afford and we are finding the money to stay with them. We have decided it is worth not shopping around and finding a way to stay with this company.

AM&M Swimming Pools
I contacted Martin about building an inground Swimming Pool. Martin is experienced, hard working, and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with such a large purchase for my home. I am very pleased with my decision to use M&M Swimming Pools as my pool builder and I highly recommend them. I just love my new pool.

AFort Worth Custom Pools Inc
Fort Worth Custom Pools Inc are about two weeks from finishing. We've been dealing with them for the last couple of months. They are excellent. Their design and their attendance to detail are good, and they are on time. He is expensive but you get what you pay for. The guy you deal with has been in business for over 30 years and he owns the company. We are beyond thrilled with what we've gotten. I would recommend them, we're going to have them come back out and do some systems stuff for us.

APuryear Custom Pools
We were fortunate to have found Puryear Custom Pools. We were nervous going into the selection process, but it quickly became apparent that we had engaged the most professional pool builder in the area. We now have an awesome pool. The design is brilliant, and Puryear worked closely with us to deliver exceptional value. All issues were addressed promptly to our ultimate satisfaction. Kenny Wyckstrom, our Puryear builder, was responsive to all of our needs, and we are very happy pool owners. We highly recommend Puryear.

AHAUK CUSTOM POOLS
Their original quote was a little high but I worked them down a little bit. They're very professional, they spend a lot of time on designing, they are very knowledgeable and it looks like they have a lot of years of experience. The pricing was a little high, but they were willing to work with us.

The owner for this company (Jon) came promply when I called to ask for an estimate for my swimming pool repair. His cost estimate was below the other two estimates, but I was so impressed with his professionalism and the Christian character that was evidenced by his behavior and on his company's website that I think I would have hired him even if the estimate hadn't been lower. His estimate for the time frame, order of the liner and follow through to completion was exactly as he said it would be. He called a few days ahead to schedule the installation time, and showed up to do the work at the time promised. The work he completed was done efficiently, the clean up for the removed pool liner was neat and complete, the work done on the pool base was thorough and he explained what he was doing as he worked. The new pool liner was installed in an afternoon and Jon completed the final stage of the work on schedule after the pool filled. My young grandchildren and I had a fun and exciting afternoon watching this whole process, and the guys were really good natured about answering questions. I highly recommend this company for pool and spa work

They are great with service- I can name two people over there that do an outstanding service and that is Stephanie and Suzan. They do a great job in telling you and walking you through your new pool, if you need something and all that stuff.

BCUSTOM POOL CARE INC
I really want to give them a D or F rating at the time when Gerald refused to service our pool on the phone. Mike from the same company installed a new pump for our pool. We explained to him that we would start to re-plater our pool in the next week and the plastering company told us to make the pump ready before the plastering is done so that the filter can filter out all of the dust resulting from the new plaster. Mike recommended their pool start up team to us and told us they do not run the pump in the start up process since the acid would damage the pump and heater. We immediately booked the start up service from Custom Pool Care because we were very happy with Mike. But at the same time, we were very confused with the two different start up processes from the two parties. I asked to talk to Gerald who is the cleaning and brushing team supervisor to understand their process. While talking to Gerald, I expressed my concern that why the two ways were different and if the way they use would break my warranty from the plaster company. Gerald immediately told me that they do not want to deal with third party and do not want to be responsible for any warranty issue. He said he would pass by the job. Custom Pool Care provides the pool start up service but they do not do plastering. My understanding is that they have to deal with the third party as long as they provide the service. All these things happened on Friday. During the weekend, I talked to the project lead from the plastering company and explained to him why the pump is not needed and the way Custom Pool Care will use to start up the pool. He told me that the method is good although it is different from what he told us to do. He also told me that he will not add Start UP TECH to the pool water when filing the pool. Everything seemed settle down to me. The following Monday morning, Gerald called and told me that he talked to his supervisor and both of them agree to pass by my job. I explained to him that I already understood the whole process and it should not be any warranty issue. But no matter what, he just refused to work for us. At the end he recommended another company and hang up my phone when I was still talking. From beginning to end, Gerald were polite (except than hanging up the phone). I was very frustrated while talking to him this morning since this is a busy season for swimming pool service company and I am afraid I could not find another company on time.  Now I booked up with another company who is very confident with what he will do. After calming down, I think I should appreciate he refused to work for us. This is all because they are not confident on the job they will provide. I do not want to hire a company that is not confident on themselves. I gave them a B because they are honest and I do not want to add the first bad rating to their reviews.

Recent Review: I discovered Sunstone Pools & Outdoor Living through a recommendation from a friend.  I called them and spoke with Brad Cormack, the owner.  He came and met with our family to get a better understanding of what we were wanting.  Two days later, he returned with several options for our backyard which included a swimming pool, stained concrete deck, and covered patio .  Some were our ideas and a couple were his recommendations based on our yard size, layout, and budget.  We chose Sunstone Pools because of their professionalism, genuine attentiveness, and belief that they cared about our happiness and not just $$$. After choosing Sunstone Pools, Brad was very responsive to our many questions and change requests.  As with any construction job there comes a certain level of stress.  He helped reduce the stress by keeping us informed of the "next step".  We now have a beautiful custom designed pool, covered patio (all cedar), and stamped-stained deck.  Also, he has called a few times just to check and make sure we were happy and enjoying the pool.....(you don't get that with big mega builders!).  To date, our children have mastered the Cannonball ;)

Recent Review: Our experience with Medallion Pools was nothing short of exceptional.  We first met with the owner, Wayne (who is also the builder, and not just a sales guy...), when he came to our house to meet with us.  We met for about an hour and talked about wants, must haves, etc and then walked the yard for him to get measurements.  We were very challenged ins that our yard is incredibly small, yet we wanted a lot of wow factor.  The next meeting was a consultation at his home office in which he actually did the design of the pool and yard with us sitting there.  We walked out with a 3D rendering of what it would look like and a detailed line item quote in hand. Once we started construction, the process was as good as could be expected.  Wayne constantly communicated with us regarding days people would be onsite, what was being done what day, etc.  He provided us with an initial schedule, and even in light of all of the crazy winter weather we were only 2 weeks off.  Throughout the build, they were always great with answering questions, addressing concerns, and even making slight modifications that did not effect the price.  The final product honestly speaks for itself. Before choosing Medallion, we met with several other builders, and there were several distinct things that drove us to Wayne's company: 1.  You get to work directly with the owner who knows every step of the construction process, what can and can't be accomplished, etc.  With the other companies, we met with sales people (no offense to sales people, as I am one myself...).  That gave us the confidence that we would be delivered a pool as sold and that we wouldn't find out half way through that our understanding was different than the crew that was building it.  2.  Wayne took the time to build the pool design with us present.  Throughout the process we made various changes on the fly that were immediately accommodated.  Others we met with provided us their interpretation of what they thought we wanted, and in some cases were nothing like what we asked for.  They didn't listen to our wants and must haves, and when we asked about making changes they were very reluctant.  Obviously, someone else put together the design for the salesman to present.  Also, Wayne provided us a couple of print outs of the 3D rendering for us to keep.  No one else would. 3.  Wayne provided us a line item quote that he put together at the time we did the design.  Others provided a single line item price and refused to break out any pricing.  This was key for us in order to determine what we could keep and what we ultimately had to cut out of the job to keep it under budget. Bottom line is that you can't go wrong with these guys.

Recent Review: He returned my phone call right away. He was able to come out and fill in the pool; as well as came back out months later, purchasing more dirt to re-level the pool. I would recommend him, because he does good work and he is very honest. He also had great pricing.

Recent Review: Thanks to Mid Cities Pools, we have a beautiful pool. The whole process went smoothly. Gene explained everything step by step and was happy to answer any questions we had about the process. We couldn't be happier with our choice of pool builders. We receive so many compliments on our pool. I explained the deign I had in mind, and our sales guy got it right on. It truly is a custom pool. It is stunning! We enjoy the hot tub year around and the summers are going to be spent outdoors by the pool. Thanks to Mid Cities Custom Pools.

Recent Review: Tyler Neufeldt (Dolce Pools) is a total professional and you could not be in better hands. We were novices, needed lots of education, which he delivered patiently and expertly. He explained what a basic pool would cost, with full breakdown of all levels of contruction. Then he showed us how we might upgrade from there, with all costs shown along the way. He put no pressure on us to get fancy; we decided on our own to add some features we had not thought about previously - waterfalls, pool lights, extra decking. There were no human delays, only rain, and once those passed, everything kept on a perfectly efficient schedule. We could not be happier with the finished product. Tyler cares a great deal about his customers and treats everyone with courtesy and respect. With Dolce you will get top-quality service and construction and a pool you will be proud of for years to come. A perfect 10 of an experience!!
