Recent Review: Justin came over to fine tune the plumbing in our six bath farm house and one bath cabin. All seemed to be going smoothly when a septic back up occurred in the farm house just as Justin started work in the farm house. It seems the sump pump used to pull waste water from a lower septic tank to a higher tank failed at the most opportune time...while the plumber was on the scene. Justin jumped right on the situation and managed to get the septic system up and running within a few hours. This man does good work. This is the third or fourth occasion that we've used his services and each time we were pleased with his work as well as his diligent willingness to explain each the plumbing issue as well as the costs involved. His pricing is very fair and his workmanship his first rate.
Recent Review: Pro Lift has the most satisfied customers because they are likely he best choice if you have a settling foundation. Initially it was challenging to make contact.. This is no some big corporation; it is two brothers working sales and installation crews in a most professional manner. Once I did make contact with Johnny, communication was very good, their bid was very competitive, there were no extras or surprises. Johnny's brother, Travis was on-site supervising and working with the crew at all times. Their equipment is new or newer, crews were polite and professional and TRUSTWORTHY. I was called to the office for a meeting and had to leave the crew at my house for four hours; no issue at all. Travis knocked on my door every few hours to give me a progress report and show me the work. This was beneficial for both of us especially when locating the drain for the sump in my yard They tarped my motor court, garage and finished basement every day and left the job site broom clean every day. Travis called to confirm arrival each day, advised lunch breaks an departure. They replaced several bricks and did mortar work expertly; it is nearly impossible to identify replaced bricks. Unlike the other companies I had bid this job, Pro Lift placed six of the seven piers from the inside of my basement instead of the outside. The results were great and really mitigated potential issues to my landscaping. I have lived in my home for 12 years and have had many contractors work on it. Pro Lift is one of the few that nt only met but EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I truly feel the quality of the work they did increased the value of my house many times over the cost of the work. I highly recommend Pro Lift. As a footnote, I am a Certified Property Manager and have managed commercial properties for over 30 years. I know quality work when I see it.
Very good. Basement has been tiled since and work cannot be seen. When very wet out I can hear the sump pump cut in. basement has been dry. Cannot remember cosr but it was reasonable.

AMaster Service Companies LLC
Representative completed a very thorough inspection of my basement floor water problem and recommended a sump pump and de-humidifier to resolve the problem. Master Dry installation team was very professional and went to great lengths to ensure that I, the customer was completely happy with the installation.

AMERI-DRY SENT OUT THEIR INSPECTOR CHAD TO EXPLAIN HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND THE PROCESS OF HOW IT WOULD BE INSTALLED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE SYSTEM AND HOW IT OPERATED. THE DAY BEFORE AMERI-DRY WAS TO SHOW UP THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME THEY WOULD BE THERE TO START THE JOB. THE PROCESS STARTED BY BARRY AND HIS CREW REMOVING 12 INCH OF MY FLOOR AROUND THE 3 LEAKING WALLS. THE CREW THAN DUG DOWN BESIDE THE FOOTER OF MY HOME AND INSTALL THE DRAIN SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM WAS TIED INTO A SUMP PUMP BASIN. BARRY THAN INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP IN THE BASIN. THEY THAN INSTALL A WALL BOARD AROUND THE THREE WALLS AND RE-CONCRETE THE FLOOR. THEY HALLED AWAY ALL DEBRIS AND CLEAN UP ALL OF THEIR MESS AND SOME OF THE MESS THAT WAS NOT THEIRS. WHEN THEY WERE ALL DONE BARRY WALKED ME THOUGH AND WENT OVER HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AGAIN AND THE WARRANTY(WHICH WAS GREAT). I HAVE NOW INSTALLED A DEN AND BATHROOM IN A AREA THAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE USELESS TILL I MET AMERI-DRY

I really wanted to to put in a wood burning stove in my basement to help with my heating bill, but every time it rained my basement would flood. I called the guys at Ameri-dry. They first sent out Chad, their inspector. He was very knowledgable and walked me through step by step of how they could fix my problem and their life of the structure warranty. After he did his inspection inside and out, we sat down and worked up a price and set a date for the installation. The day the installation started Barry and His crew showed up early and got right to work. They took the time to explain to me some of the steps in the process. They worked very hard breaking concrete and digging the trench and pit. They also shored up a wall that was cracked almost the whole length by installing two steel I-beams.They finished by reconcreteing my floor and hooking up the sump pump. They hauled all the dirt and cleaned up after themselves. Barry did a walk through with me and again explained how it worked. Since then I haven't had a drop of water in my basement. I now have my wood stove and it has helped out on my heating bill.

FGround Up Foundation Repair
Installed perimeter drain system in crawl space. Total and complete failure!!!! Installers did not put drain pipe below or at least even with bottoms of foundation. Put it level with top of foundation, argued with them till I fianally called owner (Derek). He came out and argued with me and told his guys to keep going the way they were. Hit a rock and, after telling them I wanted the drain pipe ran along perimeter of rock, refused to do this. They called Derek and he told them to put drain on top of rock. Well main water source was coming around perimeter of rock and not on top of rock. Never saw sales man through whole process until I did not pay. Then he shows up (big guy) and gets very threatening about collecting money. Dereck finally came out and instead of redoing what I wanted done he gave me 100 foot of pipe to dig my own trench to collect some water his main line were to shallow to catch. Told him I was not digging trench, he supplied labor, was free, and I took off work to supervise his guy's on how I wanted it done. The 100 feet was buried deeper than the foundation and run downhill, measured with a level not by eye as rest of pipe was, all the way to sump pump. It is the only section out of 2600 feet that works correctly. All of the installers looked for the lazy way out and would tell you how smart they were any time you tried to make a suggestion. As I get prepared for 2-4 inches of ran, I sit here confidently knowing my drain system will not keep my foundation any drier than before I had it installed. The only reason I rated them a 1 is because it would not let me go to zero.
