Recent Review: Very smoothly. We had always cleaned our own vents at our home. But our new condo is on a slab and the vent is very long and hadn't been cleaned in years. The process was clean, quick and easy. John was a pleasure to deal with. I just learned he now services tankless water heaters as well.

Recent Review: Everyone at the Pool Place was easy to work with. They had good customer service. Their installers kept us posted on progress, because we were out of town at the time of installation. I will use them again when the time comes and I would highly recommend them. Their work was good.

Recent Review: They only came out to the house one-time. We've gone to their business and they've been very helpful like just a few weeks ago when the pool pump motor won't run. It was Labor Day weekend and they couldn't get out to see us but they told my husband that he can bring the motor into them and they helped him what he needed to do so we were able to get the pool running.

Recent Review: .Went very well. My pool cleaner pump stopped working and the home warranty company sent Classic Pools and Spas.  Ryan, Service Manager, showed up and went over everything that needed to be done.  I decided to replace the cleaner with a newer version.  He came out the next day and began redoing all of the plumbing for the new system and then repaired several small issues I was having with the pool pump.  He stayed until he got the job done.  I was so impressed, that I hired Classic Pools and Spas for my pool maintenance.

Recent Review: All work was performed as expected.  When I contacted the provider, I talked to an extremely helpful female employee who spent about a 1/2 hour on the phone with me trying to figure out what could be causing the leak in our pool.  She was very knowledgeable about the workings of a pool - pump, filters, etc. and was able to eliminate several potential sources of the leak.  This was done without scheduling them to come out and do any work, although I then requested them to come out.  I am very happy with this service provider and would absolutely use them again.  The trip charge was $10 and the standard labor charge was $95.  They were here over an hour and based on other work we've had done, this is very reasonable.

Recent Review: Anthony actually showed up when promised and did an excellent job completing the project. Most of the other pool people I called seemed uninterested in helping with the service I needed. I will call them again.

SpaTech is the outfit to call. I was very impressed with his knowledge and abilities as well as his professionalism. The amount charged was so much lower than what I expected that I could not believe it. This was a great experience.

ABRIAN'S PLUMBING & HANDYMAN SERVICE INC
This was an excellent experience. My water heater broke while I was out of town. A friend was checking the house and turned off the water on Saturday. I came back on Sunday evening. I called Brian at about 5:30 on the Sunday between Christmas and New Year's. He met me at a home improvement store by 6:30 that evening and helped me choose a new water heater. He installed it that night. Brian gave a clear explanation of why he recommend a unit. He is very knowledgeable. He did not charge me extra for working on a Sunday evening. I strongly recommend him to all of you!

ABRIAN'S PLUMBING & HANDYMAN SERVICE INC
Wow. This guy is just great. Not only does he repair existing problems, but he makes you aware of looming problems in your system. And he doesn't do it just to make a sale, but really cares about future problems his customers will encounter. He showed me where the water pressure coming into the house exceeded what was recommended for home plumbing (50 to 80 PSI). Mine was around 95, so Brian knew that my pressure reducer was impaired. The danger would be that eventually the pipe sodder joints would fail causing all those places to spring a leak which in turn would cause much more monetary damage. Brian really knows his business!

DSequoyah Swimming Pools
Sequoyah Pools was called to check the heater for the pool that they installed spring of '06. The LCD digital control panel had to be replaced. We were then told that the pool heat pump should be turned on at least once a month. I mentioned that it would have been helpful to have been informed of this information when they first installed the heat pump. The panel cost approximately $500 (with labor) to be replaced. My argument is that we only used the heat pump once back in "06. The whole set up (pool, filter, heat pump) is just over a year old. Sequoyah insists that we pay for the total cost of the work (all $500). I said I had no problem with paying for the labor but I shouldn't have to pay for replacing the digital panel, since it was only used once and is just barely over 1 year old.
