Recent Review: He did a good job on the door. After installing the door, however, they were supposed to put the storm door put back on.  The guy said that the way he fixed it, it wouldn?t fit back on. Then he told me if I didn?t want the storm door, he could take it away.  I told him no and to leave it.

Recent Review: Steve and Brandon tiled our kitchen floor, back-splash, downstairs bathroom, both upstairs bathrooms, and hung two storm doors. At first we only got an estimate on the kitchen, half bath, and front storm door. It was a reasonably priced estimate, completely worth it and on par with the quality of their work. After having them tile downstairs, we opted to have them tile upstairs - again fantastic work. They mishung our security storm door (did not set it right and put the handle on upside down) plus he had to build it out a little which cost more than expected. I would also recommend their tile work. They may not have been the cheapest estimate we got, but they showed up on time, kept us informed of any extra materials and cost, sober, good appearance, and honest. The only thing that has bothered me about this whole experience is when I have them come back they make an excuse for EVERYTHING! Evidently our house has settled more in 6 months than it has in over 4 years which has caused minor issues - grout cracking, doors not closing properly, the from storm door will not even lock now! It's a $375 door ..... that cost me over $150 to have them install. I recommend their tile work, but not their door installations.

Recent Review: I was completely satisfied with the completed work. Kevin Baker explained to me 3 various ways the project could be executed, at three different price points. His recommended solution was at the lowest price point, of which I completely agreed. Previous estimates from various vendors were over-the-top, and far beyond what really needed to be done to professionally solve the problem. I am already considering hiring Baker's Home Improvement to take care of a few other projects around my home.

Recent Review: The entire process went so well, from estimate to installation!  VERY high quality storm doors with heavy locks and very well made doors.  We were kept in the loop about installation dates and times.  Installers were extremely professional, took great pains to make sure we were happy with the doors, and instructed us in their operation.  You get a level of door from Pella you just won't get in a DIY store.  We could not be more pleased!

Recent Review: We recently moved to Burns TN from AL and needed to have some work done to make improvements to our new house we wanted. the work we decided to do first was install a storm door, ceramic tile for kitchen floor, install shelving in the garage  and fix a loose kitchen sink. i contacted 2 handyman services for estimates. the first came to look over the jobs and never called back as he promised to do. Tyler Lebens came to the house and went over the projects and within a week emailed me his quote. after researching the company we chose to hire Mr lebens to do the work. He first installed the shelving which was custom sized to fit in what had been an area of dead space behind soem steps. He built the shelves as i asked and they were  well built and finished with paint & caulking. Since Mr Lebens does all the work himself, we had to work around his availability for the floor tile with his other jobs which was not a problem for us. Two weeks later he returned with his daughter assisting and installed the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen. they did an excellent job very thourough and detail oriented work. Next he installed a storm door to our front door frame. the frame was not deep enough and he had to design additional framing to accomodate the door. when he was done you could never tell the door was not part of the structure,. my only disappointment was the handle was installed in reverse so you have to pull up to open the door. he explained that was due to the way he had to hang it im not knowleldeable enough to know if that is true or not but the door works fine otherwise. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and would certainly use his services again. UPDATE: Mr Lebens made a followup contact with us on his own initiative to resolve the door handle question. He called the company that we bought the door from and they directed him on how to make the handle work properly. Mr Lebens came out and changed the way the handle works to our satisfaction and at no additional charge. We appreciated his efforts and his initiative to take care of this.

AHouse Doctors Handyman
Initial inspection showed a leaking door frame that casued the sub flooring to go bad. They had to replace a 3 ft by 5 ft section of the floor. They picked out new vinyl and replaced the trim work. They also recommended a storm door which they purchased and installed. The work was top rate and done on time with no problems. They cleaned up the area after and informed me that within the next 90 days if i had any issue's to give them a call.

APella Windows and Doors
We were interested in having our old steel front door and storm door removed and replaced with a wood-look fiberglass option. Our quote with Jason went smoothly and he clearly and thoroughly explained all my options, he even took the time to show me multiple options so I would know where I could save some money. I also appreciated how low pressure the appointment was, I did not feel pushed to make a decision right then and there. Our door was not inexpensive, but I really wanted the warranty. So many other doors you have to hire a contractor to install and I read too many stories of warranties being declined because the company said it was not properly installed... enter Pella. The contractor who did our install was great as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

C4 Square Home Improvement & Remodeling
I went to the home improvement store and ordered the doors that I wanted. Mr Smith and his partner picked up the doors for me when they came in. Saving me a $65.00 delivery fee. Most of the cost of this project came from my selection of doors and storm doors. 4Square beat the home improvement store's estimate for installing the doors by several hundred dollars. They removed the old door and installed the new door/sidelights. They also built out the frame to add a storm door. My old door did not have one. They painted the trim to match. They took steps along the way to tell me what they were doing and why. I love the new doors. They did the same with the door in the back . I had previously purchased a lock from the home improvement store. I had paid the store to rekey the lock so I would be able to use my same keys. After installing the new lock we discovered that it was not working. I was going to go to the store and return the lock but Mr. Smith took the lock apart and discovered that a spring had been installed wrong. He fixed the lock and installed it. It worked perfectly and saved me from having to make a trip to the store for a return. I love the doors they close and lock perfectly. I felt around the doors and frames for any sign of a draft and I felt nothing. The men cleaned up everything and swept around with a magnet pole to collect any fallen nails or other objects they may have missed. This is the second time I have used the 4 Square home improvement group and I have been pleased both times. I will be using them again in the near future. Still has not returned for door install problems Jeff knows about and acknowledged.  I finially gave up and called Lowes they are having someone come and reinstall my doors. It is costing me twice as much as it should have but at least I will have a reliable company to contact if I have another problem. Mr. Smith is a nice man but that is all. I will never use his company again for anything.
