Recent Review: Job was completed professionally. To be safe they were asked to redo the flashing around 2 dormer windows. It took longer than expected but Nikki stayed the course, completed the job and provided a 1 year warranty. Great job!

Recent Review: Called them about a week  after the March 2nd storm when I noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling.  Thought it was possibly hail damage..  Turned out they only need to replace 2 boots (black gasket around vent pipes) and a couple missing shingles.  Only cost $100. I had many people since wanting to inspect my roof so they could sell me a new one and have the insurance company pay.  I would tell them it has been inspected and didn't have hail damage and then they start arguing that an adjustor would low ball me without them.  Told them that company I used was not based on an insurance company and they had no reason to under sell to me.   Used them a few years back based on a referral to ix a leak between the garage roof and the side of the house.  Price was good (I think around $450) and it stopped the leak.  Would definitely use them again over the door to door aggressive sellers.

Recent Review: Our roof was about 17+ years old and several years ago, in one bedroom, we started to notice a leak in the ceiling. We had a roofing company come to inspect and they replaced an area of shingles they thought could be the culprit. Unfortunately, this slowed down the leak but never fixed it 100%. Fast forward to several years later and the leak is back and worse. We also had been considering replacing all the gutters, adding getting gutter guards and wanted a quote. We called three companies with good Angie's list reviews as we were looking for a different company to try than last time. One company never called back, another company called back 4 days later (wow no thanks) but TCS answered the phone with a live person. She was professional, kind and took all the needed information. Then within 45mins James (owner) called to get more specific details on our issue. He checked the schedule, booked a technician and updated me with all the needed details via text. This was a great and efficient use of both his and my time. The tech Donnie called the day of the appointment and was able to make it out a bit early. He was great. We hunted to try to identify the leak in the attic. He and the other tech worked as a team to try and find the source of the issues. It was a mystery but one thing was for sure... The roof was old and nearing its end of life. Donnie and his tech caulked the several nails that could be the issue for FREE but advised we needed to consider more work to truly fix the leak. The next day James (owner) called and we discussed getting together to look at the gutter options and to take another look at the leak and see if we could find the source. James came over as scheduled (a bit early with a courtesy call too) and he walked the whole roof and made several investigative videos. He also looked in the attic in great detail. We reviewed the videos and a few things were instantly apparent. One, the original roof was installed with a lot of incorrect shingle placement issues (many only 2-3" spaced so you could lift and see felt easy as they should be a min of 6") and 2 lots of nail pops and shingle wear of an old roof. James took many photos/videos and we discussed several options. An inexpensive roof repair (a crew comes and caulks cracks, nail pops etc), a replacement of just the part of the roof that the leak would come from and a full roof replacement. Later that day I had all three quotes in an email with details roof line diagrams and schematics, detailed cost break down etc. All documents were totally professional and easy to understand. This felt like next level contractor professionalism compared to other companies we have used in the past. He even included a Dropbox link to all the photos and videos he and Donnie captured on their visits. We deiced to not throw money at the "repair" options and just replace the old roof. The crew came on time. The work took 1 and a half days. They cleaned up all debris and moved the planters back to the porch etc. The roof looks awesome and the materials they used were far better than the original roof and... it rained all night last night... no leak so far that ceiling spot stayed dry! Thanks to the TCS team for all the work and help on this. After winter we will be calling them for the gutter replacement. I highly recommend TCS to everyone.

AMilliken's Roofing
I called Milliken's Roofing about a leak in my roof. Jason came out within 1 hour of calling and assessed the issue. He inspected my roof and gave me recommendations on three easy fixes that would probably fix my roof. He was honest and recommended I try the repair (caulking) on my own without charging me a dime so I could save money! I was very impressed with Jason's honesty, knowledge, and straight forward approach!

ABluebird Roofing & Construction
Bluebird Construction was recommended to us from a friend, and we're so happy we went with them. Danny H was our agent. He was efficient, kind, and he educated me on the issues I had with my roof, without trying to oversell. There's something to be said for getting exactly what you ask for from a contractor. The entire process from bid to completion was conducted in a timely manner, came in exactly at the cost he said it would with no surprises and looked better than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely rehire them in the future.

Outstanding. After recent heavy rains, we noticed we had a leak on our metal roof, suspected it was coming in through toilet exhaust. Called Jason and he answered immediately - on a Sunday - and came out Monday morning at 9am on the dot (as texted) and handled the repair efficiently. Extremely satisfied with our experience.

They were great!! Probably did more work than they were even “supposed to” based on my actual purchase, but did not charge me more! Already have hired them again!!

Excellent! I called at 7:30 am and work was completed by 12:30. The staff member who answered the phone was kind and courteous. Scott was the contractor. He was very professional and efficient. Everything was explained in terms that I could understand and even included pictures of before and after. I will definitely contract his services in the future as well as recommend him to friends and family. It's not everyday that you meet an ethical contractor with patience enough to explain everything in a way you can understand. Fair pricing/Very thorough assessment of the problem/Gives you options.
