ABOWERY APPLIANCE REPAIR
Mr. Bowery was wonderful — prompt, very patient, and knowledgeable. After his service call, he advised that i should buy a new stove, as repairing the old one would be just about as expensive. I found him to be a very decent and honest craftsman. I recommend him most highly.

AR&K Appliance Service and Repair
I had a problem with ice freezing on the bottom of my refrigerator's freezer and overflowing onto the floor. They knew exactly what the problem was, had the part ordered and fixed in no time. I had them back to clean the glass between my oven door which had to be taken apart. Again, great job done. While there I had them check my washer that the Sears repairman said would cost $786 to repair. They knew right away what the problem was and the part was less than $100! They are my heroes! I will continue to use R&K Appliance.

AMr. Appliance of The Tri-Cities
Repairman was excellent. Fridge needed repair to eliminate drain from freezing and replaced a on/off switch on the stove.

AMr Appliance
Mr. Appliance has great customer service. They showed up when they said they would show up. If they already had a part that they could use instead of ordering one, they would take the price of it off the estimate price. I was very pleased with them.

ABOWERY APPLIANCE REPAIR
Several replacement parts he was sent were defective. I'd never buy another Viking stove, but I'd call Bowery in a heart-beat. He stayed with problem until it was fixed, and I think he took a bath on the experience. I even offered him more money which he refused to take. AAA honesty rating.

APugh's Appliance Service
The burner quit working.  Called Mr Pugh, he came the next day.  He took the stove apart, and checked the part that would need to be replaced, and gave an approximate cost.  He let us decide what to do, as it was a HIGH dollar part.  We decided to wait, and replace the stove at a later date. Friendly, answered our questions...good job, we'll use him again.

APugh's Appliance Service
The overall job went well. Mr. Pugh said that he would arrive at 9:30 am, and he arrived exactly on time. He said up front that there would be a minimum labor charge ($60). Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem, went to purchase the parts, kept and presented the receipts, and did a great job in a short period of time. Although the total price of $150 seemed a little high, the work was done well.

ABOWERY APPLIANCE REPAIR
They have pretty much fixed every appliance that we have. The man that comes is as nice as he can be. He will help me work around things and give me options. He has offer me used parts for free or new parts that cost money. He can work on pretty much any appliance. He gets the part really fast. He is nice and quiet. He is a good guy.

Recent Review: I called Bailey's, told them where the leak in our range was (our propane company had identified this for us) and gave them the serial number for the range. The man on the phone said that he would order the part; I made an appointment for the repair person to come to the house. I stayed home from work, and no one showed up. I called Bailey's. No one answers their phone during the day; the message says to call between certain hours in the late afternoon (like 4-6 or something like that). I was unable to call during those hours, so I left a message. No response. I called again later, during those hours. The man had no record of my initial call or appointment. I make another appointment. (I would have given up at this point, but I couldn't find other area companies that provide warranty service for this range). The repair guy showed up as promised, was very nice and quite competent. He said that he had never received the first order to come to my house. On this visit, he just wrote down the serial number from the stove. Evidently, I had mistaken "a/" for "a1" or some little thing. But all they had to do was call me and tell me that the number I gave was wrong--they didn't need to waste my work hours sending someone just to look at the number! I waited to hear from them that the part came in. Finally, I called them and made an appointment--the part had been there for awhile and they were surprised I hadn't called sooner. Well, duh! If you have a part for a customer, don't you let them know it's there? I made the appointment, took another morning off work, and the same repair guy came back and installed the part. Everything has worked well since. These guys seem to know the job, but they desperately need a receptionist to answer phones and keep track of what's happening with repair orders. They simply do NO follow-up and you have to keep on their cases to get what you want done--that's made harder by the fact that they don't respond to phone messages and don't have anyone answering the phone.
