Recent Review: ** Ceiling Popcorn removal... turned out they don't actually REMOVE the popcorn, they scrape it off the ceiling, it wouldn't have been a problem if they would cover the walls, the ceiling fans, or at least clean up after they finish... I ended up having to mop the walls with my swiffer cleaner & we spent the first couple of weeks coughing day & night 'coz that nasty material was in the air... not to mention that once we used the ceiling fans we had a big cloud of popcorn residue all over our brand new furniture! ** interior Painting... I was planing to do the painting myself but I saw how much trouble it would be to fix the wall & prep it to paint so I decided to let them do it... turns out they didn't do that either... there was a small crack in my bedrooms wall that they painted over... small holes from old pictures r still there too... but that's not the main problem... remember that nasty popcprn haze that got stuck to the walls... they haven't cleaned that before painting one of the rooms so they ended up doing three coats on that room & charging me for the three coats!!! not to mentioned the three gallons that I had to buy!  Oh yeah... One of the workers apparently cleaned the paint brushes (or maybe his hands) in my brand new kitchen sink & now I have orange spots on the kitchen sink that i have to get rid of! ** Last but not least... Tile installation... I decided to rip away the old carpet from the basement & install tile instead... the owner of the company has one good tile man that spent two days working on two rooms... but I guess the owner thought this is taking too long & decided to do the rest of his job with the rest of his men (& apparently relatives!), & OMG how awful that turned out! too much lippage & >16 tiles popped out of their place within two days... he was always finding excuses for why this turned out this bad but my explanation was "because it took u 6 hours to finish a job that would've needed 6 days!!!"   I spent almost 10000$ on this project, & I really had high expectations... but this company just ruined my dream... I wish I can post pictures of the tile so u can appreciate what i am talking about!! bottom line... Don't hire this guy & his group... I'm sure there're better people out their that deserve ur money...

Recent Review:  They took on difficult repair challenges and returned the house to a state reminiscent of new. Many contractors had looked at these jobs and did not even bother submiiting a bid. These guys are thorough, efficient, quiet (no loud radios, etc.), pleasant and eager to please. They are both very experienced in their crafts and are problem solvers who take pride in doing a good and thorough job. The siding was about 11 years old and no longer available. Someone else was assigned to scout out replacement pieces, and he traveled at least an hour away to bring back materials suitable for the job. These men went above and beyond their assigned tasks fixing things that were amiss at no additional charge, even though they were not on the estimate list.  All in all, we had a very positive experience with this company and plan to use their services again.

Recent Review: Curt and his helper showed up on time.   They took down the first of the 2 fans to be replaced.  Then, while assembling the first new fan and 4 foot down rod (both purchased at Home Depot) Curt pointed out that the down rod did not correctly fit the motor assembly and would have to be cut, and a new hole drilled in the down rod.   I decided rather than doing that, I would return the down rod to Home Depot and get one that would work, and he agreed, saying he would come back when I have the new rod.  I went to Home Depot.  The staff at Home Depot did their best to convince me that Curt didn't know what he was talking about, and the 4 foot rod (a Hunter rod, the only 4 foot rod the Home Depot sells) would fit the Hampton Glendale fan they sold me.  So I went back home, but something did not feel right.  Either Home Depot was right or Curt was right and I needed more proof.  So the next day I sent my wife (I had to work) to take both the fan and the down rod to Home Depot and make them show her it fit.  She did that.  Home Depot tried to make it fit, and it did not, and finally one of their staffers said "you'll have to cut it."  Long story short, Curt and his helper came back, cut the down rods, drilled the holes, installed the fans.  They work fine, look great. Curt charged me $175.00 for installing the 2 fans, and that included both visits.  For comparison, Home Depot charges $150 to install one fan.  So I got a bargain.  Both of us got the runaround from Home Depot though.   I learned that the short down rods that come with fans almost always fit, but be careful when buying longer down rods!   While at the store make them show you the longer rods fit!

Recent Review: Shawn Hall and his crew showed up when they said they would and kept us informed through the whole project. He was upfront on all costs of the project and explained the process. Our drop ceiling and outlet turned out great and we couldn't be happier! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, good people to do quality work. We will be using them again!
