Recent Review: The service was okay. The install took a little time. I felt that what was advertised, and what I received wasn’t exactly what I ordered. I think I should’ve been given the choice if I wanted that product, or if I wanted something different. They workers were professional, and they worked as long as they could to finish the job. Recent Review: I was searching for a cheaper alternative to home security monitoring. My family and I are on a tight budget, and we could not afford the steep charges from Suddenlink and other local home security providers for their systems. The two things causing the services to be so expensive were: (a) the cost of the monthly phone service we would need, since we don't have home phone service, and (b) the cost of the monitoring itself. We would had to pay about $80 a month, or more with these traditional companies! Thankfully I found NextAlarm after some careful googling. They are a fraction of the price of any of their competitors. Their system appeals to me, because it uses the internet rather than a phone line, saving lots of money. Their monitoring itself (done in the traditional way, with real people in a dispatch office) is also substantially cheaper on top of that. I paid $250 for the home security kit and now I only pay $13.50 per month for the monitoring! Its so cheap that the costs are literally offset entirely by the savings to my homeowner's insurance premium. The support staff at NextAlarm are great. They are so patient, and they will help you with anything related to your system. I have called them numerous times with little questions about this or that, and they are always super nice and knowledgable. They even walk you through how to make changes to your security system, step-by-step, when you want to change delay or change the programs. Please make note of the fact that they do not have a local installer to do the installation. The third-party vendor who offers an and quot;Instal cardand quot; will not be able to install your service in East Texas (they will refund your money once they see where you need the installation). Point being, you will need to hire a local handyman to install the home security system for you. As I already mentioned, I used Stephan du Toit -- (www.facebook.com/professionalhandymanservices). He charged my $60. Besides that little hiccup, NextAlarm is amazing. In summary, I love my service. I hope more people in my area sign up with them. It is such a great deal and they're so great!
Recent Review: Everything went great. I got the system a few days later and started to install it. All the devices were easy to put up all told it took about 45 minutes to get up and running. During the install I set the alarm off and Getsafe called me right away. I like the way it looks in my home and by that I mean I hardly notice it is there. I like being able to control the system from my phone and being able to check on my house with the camera when I am away.
Recent Review: It started with the name Pinnacle. It started going downhill maybe when somebody else bought it. My husband picked them. He had a cold call and then he went with it. I think we had another system at that time.
Recent Review: All was fine until remote devices connected to the security system stopped working and they wanted to charge me another $75/hr to troubleshoot the issue.. I had great respect for this company and owners until this occurred and I feel the work completed at $550 should have included a better warranty if something happened within 30 days. Very disappointed at Brandon's attitude about resolving the issue and another problem they fixed at my home failed within a month. Beware as I feel they are only in this business for the money and not good customer service or follow up after work completion.. Failed to educate me on how mobile devices were connected to the security system and then wanted to charge me more money to resolve the issuce when they falied within 30 days. I would never use or recommend this company.
Recent Review: Very professional from start to finish. We were approached by a sales agent in our neighborhood who reviewed all available options and made appropriate recommendations without any pressuring or "scare tactics". Installation was timely and done with minimal interruption of our time. When first technician was unable to remove our deadbolt to install keypad lock, he immediately called another installer and arranged for him to come the next day to install the new lockset. I really appreciated how each employee we had contact with was in uniform and wore ID and made sure we were an active part of the activation of the new system. I highly recommend them

It went well. They were good in monitoring. It's a cellular system so you need a telephone line. You have apps in your phones where you can disarm or am the system. You see time coordination if you have alarm that goes off or lose control that modifies you immediately. You also have cameras, smoke alarms, and entry point detector. I like everything about them. They're the lowest in the business for what services you get.

They installed it 2 years ago. You pay a monthly charge. The guy who came out was super nice. I was much more disabled then, than I am even now, and he was caring about me, and I was probably on a walker at the time, and he was just totally caring, and explained that I could wear the thing on my neck or bracelet in case I fell down. I felt so secure with that.

We chose to change from another security system to SimpliSafe to reduce our monthly monitoring bill and to get more features. After placing the order for the special package, I contacted the company to have additional equipment added on. The company was able to do that without a problem and include it with my original order. Once we received the equipment, installation was simple and instructions were clear. After setting up, found that the voice prompts from the base station were not as loud as the previous system even when turned to the max. Still able to get visual confirmation from the keypad. If the base isn't near the keypad (supposed to be a benefit to this system), someone hard of hearing might not hear the prompts to turn off the system. It's a little different, but still a great system for the price. We have been pleased overall with the system and the responsiveness of the monitoring.
