My husband and I chose PWP Contractor Services, Inc., to renovate our master bathroom after interviewing and obtaining estimates from three other potential contractors for our project. Originally, we found PWP Contractor Services, Inc., from a web site called Service Magic. From the outset, we were very pleased with PWP. The first individual we met was Tim Pressley, who visited our home to determine our project needs. Because all of the contractors seemed very knowledgeable and competent, I decided to look them up on Angie?s List. I was surprised to read a failing grade and scathing complaint about PWP on Angie?s List and found and the complaint troubling because we were very impressed with our initial meeting with Tim. Therefore, we decided to contact PWP again to discuss our project in detail. At the second meeting, Tim brought along one of the company?s project managers, Mike Curran, and they both spent a good part of the morning as we discussed our vision for the new master bath. I pulled Mike aside and mentioned the Angie?s List complaint, added that I felt the company deserved another chance to prove itself to Angie?s List members; and, after careful consideration, hired PWP for our project. We could not be more satisfied with our choice and with our completed master bathroom project. Mike Curran served as our project manager, and we were impressed with his professionalism, resourcefulness, expertise, competence, and customer service throughout the entire project. PWP hired several other subcontractors, who performed master workmanship. We are delighted with our custom cabinets handcrafted by Marty Warren of Continental Cabinets, Inc., and all the other custom work including our frameless shower and beautiful granite and tiled surfaces. We would score PWP Contractor Services and Mike Curran A+++ on Angie?s List if we could.
