Recent Review: It was great, Shane, is an excellent plumber and very neat.  He had to create an access through the closet and replace broken pipe and shower faucet unit.  It was a two step process and both times communication was great and he was on time.  Problem demostrated and communicated and everything went well.

Recent Review: Charlie called me the same day that we requested his services on Angie's List. A time was set for him to come by and see the work that needed to be done and estimate any additional work requested. He was punctual and very professional. His crew came in and removed the vanity, repaired the plumbing problem, installed a new shower faucet, and repaired the drywall. The gentleman that did his cabinets came out and quoted a very reasonable price for a quality cabinet compared to what I found at Lowes and Home Depot. The cabinet was built and installed. Beautiful craftsmanship! Once the vanity was in place, another one of the crew hooked the faucet on the vanity back up. All the crew cleaned up after they were done. They were all very professional and trustworthy. Excellent job all around! I would definitely use them again!

Recent Review: Very professional and responsive to all questions and concerns.  They went to great lengths to find the source of the leak, which was not readily apparent, whereas another company that was called out for a quote did not attempt to find the source of the problem and just offered an estimate to remodel the bathroom.  Bradley construction tried to find the problem first and sent a plumber out on the weekend at no cost to inspect the bathroom.  The work was completed within one week.  There was no mess left behind.  The person who was doing the tile incidently noticed that both of the toilets upstairs were leaking and replaced the parts for me for just the cost of supplies.   They offered to meet me at Home Depot to get the tile and vanity, which was not necessary, but was nice.  At the completion of the project it was noted that the shower faucet was not on tight and they came out that night to fix it, even making a trip to the store to get a new one that fit properly.  Shower is no longer leaking and I'm very happy with the tile job.  I would use this company again.

Reviews for Sunset Shower Faucet Repair

Had a very leaky faucet in our shower stall which I unsuccessfully tried to repair.  Called John and he repaired the faucet leak in shorty order.  While here had him repair a loose ceramic floor tile.

CPECO HEATING and COOLING
After putting in a tank less water heater well. I asked if they could put put a new faucet and regulator on our tub and shower. The faucet remains loose, the water flow is terrible and the shower head leaks. The job cost $540.00 and remains poorly done. They came back 2x and the problems still exist. I called customer service and the person said "well you know guys will be guys". 2 people came back and said "well that's the best that can be done". I am going to need to pay to have it fixed.

DEthical Plumbing
When I called I told them I had a Moen shower faucet and a Kohler toilet that needed repairs. They said no problem, we have parts for both. When the plumber took apart the the shower faucet, he said and quot;I don't have a cartridge for this, you will have to call Moen and get it from them. I can't fix it.and quot; He looked at the Kohler toilet and said and quot;I've never seen anything like this. It can't be fixed.and quot; Then he tried to sell me a $300 toilet. I showed him the very simple repair that was necessary and after some coaching and explaining how it worked, he was able to put in the replacement part that I provided. The entire job was a complete waste of time and money. I will never use these people again.

CCorley Plumbing Air Electric Inc
We hired Corley to repair two leaking toilets and one malfunctioning shower faucet. Shane was the technician who worked on the job. He was professional and willing to answer many of my plumbing questions. He did what he could do as an employee of a company and provided good service. However, the pricing practice by Corley blew open my eyes, proving once again that consumer is the most vulnerable and the smiley hype of ubiquitous TV ad saying no hidden cost is such a hyperbole. Yes, step-by-step options and prices were indeed made known before repair. But with a novice ignorant of plumbing work, such step-by-step options and prices lead to a trap insomuch that once Step 1 is done, any unresolved problem may be attributed to Step 2, both of which are ridiculously priced. For the job we eventually agreed to, it took the technician about three hours to complete. Part cost is no more than $150 which anyone can research online. We were charged $758 which we did agree to before the repair started. This left us paying $600 labor for three hours work, with one of the two repaired toilet still leaking after repair albeit very slowly, fixing it would cost an additional $280 taking probably less than an hour. Later we found out that customary toilet repair cost about $150, part and labor, in this area while we paid $250. Reasonably higher charge for good service is warranted, but not at such a high rate.  We have busy work schedule, which is the reason why we did not do comparison shopping before committing to this repair. This is the first time we confront plumbing problems so we are inexperienced. Two more notes. First, this repair was done during normal work hours. Second, with such high charge already, a $40 dispatch fee was still charged to us.  Take our lesson and ask for good faith free estimates from multiple contractors and compare if you don?t want to pay $600 non-part charge for three hours hands-on work. If a company is not willing to provide an estimate or will charge an unreasonable amount of dispatch fee if you refuse to go with them, move away from them. Good service can come with reasonable price and fairly treated loyal customers. We give Corley a C mainly for its price and the not-so-admirable pricing practice contrary to what is claimed on TV ad. We probably will not use their service again, at least not give them a free ride again without giving them a little competition from other contractors. The concept of competition is so dreary to some companies. Speaking nice word is not the same as doing truly honest deed.

AEthical Plumbing
I heard from Ethical the following day and made an appt. They told me they would be at my home between 10 a.m. and noon. They arrived at 10:20 which floored me! They investigated the problem and were able to come up with an affordable solution and proceeded to fix the problem faucet. I found Dan and his son Shawn to be personable as well as total professionals and I highly recommend them. Should I have anymore plumbing problems I won't hesitate to call them back.

ABurrow Construction and Maintenance LLC
Matthew Burrow and his team at Burrow Construction have been life savers to our family. Throughout the last year I have called on them for electrical work, installing recessed lighting, replacing ceiling fans, and dimmer switches throughout our first house, as well as some other small electrical repairs. I also needed some plumbing work done at our first house after i tried to repair a tub and shower faucet with my in-laws late one evening. I called him in a panic as water was spraying in every direction in my master bathroom.  He quickly explained how i could turn off the water at the street. Before I could mop up all the water,  he was there with the parts to replace my faulty pressure regulator (which caused the problems to begin with), he installed a new shut off valve in my garage, and even fixed my tub shower faucet problem.  A few months later when we were expecting to bring home our newborn daughter any day, we called on him to install wainscot paneling in the nursery. It was our favorite room in the house after he was finished. But all that aside, this review is in regards to our most recent experience with Burrow Construction and their unparalleled performance as we were selling our home. We received an inspection report and a buyers list of repairs that we were quite frankly unprepared for. Without missing a beat, his crew was there within a few days to repair everything on the list, from plumbing problems like our water heater needing a new expansion tank, to the maintenance items on the roof like pipe flashings and ridge vents coming loose.  They repaired the air conditioner freon line insulation, installed junction boxes in the attic, they even helped me label the breaker panel. His crew was great, they were all in uniform, they are all clean cut, respectful, considerate, NONSMOKERS, who really know what they are doing and who really care about what they are doing. Thankfully we moved to another house in the same town and I am making my list of things I will hire them to be fixing and updating up our new home.
