Recent Review: Working with C&M was the best decision we could make in terms of getting the best products installed the right way with the smallest interruption to our daily lives. From start to finish the attention to detail was top notch. From taking care of house, protecting the floors and cleaning up every day, all expectations were met and exceeded. The bathroom is gorgeous and the kitchen back splash is everything we had hoped for and more. If you need or want to remodel and want a fair price, look no further. From scope of work, communication of the required steps and expectations being set and met, C&M are the best!

Recent Review: It went well. Bradley Construction was very easy to work with and addressed any concerns or questions we had. The entire process (flooring done also) took 5 months and we lived in the house during the remodel. I was in communication with Mark, the project manager, daily. We had plumbers, tile guys, painters, cabinet guys, floor people and more in our house day in and day out. I always felt safe with those people around and trusted them completely. All of the workers that Bradley used were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recent Review: This was a kitchen remodel for my parents that are elderly.  They were moving from one home to another and the kitchen needed to be badly replaced.  David was very professional, friendly and had a good proposal of work.  Even though he wanted to totally gut the kitchen and start over, that wasn't in my budget to do so. He worked with what I had and assured me that the work would be done in a timely manner. I was coming from New York to South Carolina to make sure this work was done, so timeliness was really important and costly for me. He had good reviews that I thought his quality of work from his pictures were great.  I also read in his review that his work is very professionally done.  I think things were going at a good pace, but they sort of hit a snag toward the end.  The countertops were not in stock which put things back, the custom made doors were causing such a problem being made.  I couldn't understand why when they were so plain and straight forward.  But, apparently they were more detailed than I had assumed and was taking up a lot of time.  He would come to the job late in the day, which only made me worry that things wouldn't be done on time.  Eventually, it was all done and the kitchen looked 100% better than how they started.  My only gripe would be the finishes on things.  Parts of the tiled floor wasn't finished, some nails in the cabinet and doors were sticking out. The cabinet doors were not sanded on the edges and had a very rough feeling. The walls and inside of the cabinets needed to be painted again along with the ceiling.  When I addressed that with him he told me that he thought he went over and beyond for me.  I didn't think that was too professional.  He's a very nice and friendly guy but a little too talkative for me. I just had a deadline to meet since I was traveling so far, so timeliness was real important to me.  Other than that, he does good work and good ideas.

Recent Review: Projects started May 2008 with Bathroom expansion. This took a very long time, about 3 months. This was completed. Other work was dragged out. House rewire was never fully completed even though the contractor was fully paid. Part of house was left without power for 9.5 months due to Kitchen remodel, never being completed. Contractor never showed up until1 or 2 pm when he did show up, and had to be called to see if he was going to show up at all.. The Contractor was FULLY paid for his work as he kept asking for $$$ for numerous reasons. We paid him fully, before the work was complete, and after 9 months kitchen was not complete along with wiring. Mr. Pantiliano abandoned work left to be completed. We were left holding the bag, not only did we pay Mr. Pantilaino FULLY, but now had to try and get funds to complete the work that was left uncompleted. . There were also code violations in bathroom plumbing job which was made known to the contractor, and in the electric work he did. I was without power in 1/3 of my house for 9 months, eating out of dishes and boxes piled in dining room, off of a hot plate. Mr. Pantiliano missed days and days and I was ultimtely left with $5500 of costs out of my pocket to complete, the wiring, the plumbing, carpentry, from kitchen job. Electric panel boxes outside were left with circuit brakers turned off, and wires hanging out of the electric panel boxes. Outlet holes cut in sheetrock, wires left hanging out of these, bad ceiling job in kitchen ceiling had to be redone, tile floor joints misaligned and too wide. Very careless. The Master electrician I had to bring in to get the power completed, while he was in the crawlspace working the wires, found insulation missing. Mr.Pantiliano was fully paid for the insulation to be replaced in the entire Crawl space, but did not complete the job, unknown to me. I took Mr. Pantiliano to court and got a judgement against him for $5,500. I supplied pictures of the terrible plastering, painting, and fit and finsh of the kitchen in magistrate court. Mr. Pantiliano in August 2009 had agreed to finish the work on weekends, as he had other jobs to work, but he just did not show up. No calls from him, my husband and I were tired of chasing him down, day after day, week after week, month after month. It cost me $5,500 to get a licensed plumber, master electrician, and handyman to give me a working kitchen, electric, and water. Sorry to say that it turned out this way. I have not been able to date to recover any funds from the judgement against Mr. Pantiliano. It was a long 9 months going without electric in sections of the house , no kitchen, washing dishes in bathroom sick, boxes on top of one another, cold coming in from the kitchen, and I was going through chemo for reoccurance of pancreatic cancer , this made it even harder. Mr. Pantilaino stated that he could have only given us part time for the $5,000 he charged us for the kitchen. No where was that written in the contract. I feel bad about having to write this, but I was left holding the bag, in the hole thousands of dollars.

We were extremely pleased with Charlie and his highly professional team at Precision Carpentry & Plumbing LLC, who did the most wonderful job creating a superb In-Law suite and converting other home space into a beautiful master bathroom and bedroom. We had purchased new construction which had the potential to give my wife and I a downstairs Inlaw suite adjacent the primary house, which our daughter and son-in-law's family would live in, and to and also turn an unfinished space upstairs into a huge second master suite with bedroom and bathroom. The potential was there, but finding the right company to help us was paramount to making this project successful. We talked to several, but selected Precision Carpentry & Plumbing from Angie's List, because we could tell they were experienced, and wouldn't cut corners, and had reasonable prices (they did not disappoint). While all the other companies would give us a extremely brief description of what they would do (or simply give us a single price quote), Charlie and his associate Joedy spent the time up front (at their own expense) to provide us a detailed breakdown of all aspects of the job, including all individual costs, in an Excel spreadsheet. That gave us the ability to tweak the work, deciding where we could save money with other alternatives. We could also pick our own materials, or buy them ourselves. They started by covering all the lower level hardwood flooring and stairway with Ram Board protective sheeting, so nothing would get damaged. They also added it later as they put in new flooring. They cleaned up after themselves each day, and never left a mess anywhere. We didn't even need a dumpster, because they would take away debris regularly. Downstairs, they took down a wall between a front room "library" and a huge walk in closet, adding a header beam for support, and turned that closet into a fully functional Kitchen, with all the normal full sized appliances. That included tapping into the adjacent bathroom plumbing and removing some concrete (from the slab foundation) to add provide a sink, dishwasher and disposal in our new Kitchen (the house now has two full kitchens). They wired all the electrical, adding a separate breaker box, which had to tie into the original, and re-directed all the HVAC ductwork. They did the complete job, including framing, sheetrock (and finishing) custom cabinetry, replacing the flooring, adding the granite counter and backsplash and topped it off with adding crown molding to both the new living room and kitchen. They even replaced a window in the master bedroom with a sliding door (which we purchased ourselves), and sectioned off the area from the main house (going into the original master bedroom), turning an entrance way into the bedroom, into a small closet. Finally they added a door between the existing hallway, and the garage, which happened to have a third car port, and provided us with our own entrance, all on the same lower level. Upstairs there was an unfinished space in the attic area that was supposedly for a 6th bedroom, but had ductwork running throughout the space. Adjacent to that was a small finished bedroom. Charlie's team converted that bedroom into a master bathroom, and finished off the bedroom, beefing up the floor joists and adding the proper ceiling joists, and refinished the ceiling beneath where they were working (our In-law living room), where any nails may have popped. They found an elegant way to tie into the existing house plumbing in order to add a shower, dual sink vanity and a toilet (room). They laid the tile we purchased ourselves and created a walk-in closet to our specifications, and of course handled all the electrical and HVAC requirements (after verifying our system could handle the new space). All in all we were extremely pleased. Not only did Charlie stand behind all his work, he took care of all the permits and had everything inspected multiple times. We received weekly updates to the spreadsheet, showing what was worked on, and only paid for what was done each week. Their workmanship was supreme, and their carpentry work, including the detailed finishes is second to none. We are so pleased, as we now have a beautiful multi-generational home, where our family can live together in harmony, but also with our individual space. Thank you Charlie!

The overall project went very well providing us with a fantastic master bathroom suite, updated functional and great kitchen. Andrew is always available when called and provides ideas to improve the project, such as heated bathroom tile floor and pot filler over the range. Andrew is patient even when receiving constant 'tweaks with morning notes and blue tape' - just a little humor. Our experience with Andrew and his crew was excellent - will not hesitate to use his services again.
