It went poorly. I was told when they start a job, they do not leave it. They came in and ripped up my hardwoods, left the debris in the front yard and did not return for three weeks. After several phone calls, they returned and cut the cement boards in my home, instead of outside and no one could breathe, on top of me just having my duct work cleaned. Then when they laid the tile floor, they did not use spacers. The tile floors are not regular, they're uneven, and poorly grouted; when I asked them about that, they stated they do not use spacers, they do not need them. The counter tops went okay, but they did break my faucet, and I had to replace it. They carpentry work was okay as well. So with the hard wood floors, they hired a subcontractor to preform services, they guaranteed me this company was good and they have been in business for over 20 years. I had everything moved except my refrigerator. The contractor came in the first time and put on the stain, it was not consistent, it was heavy in some areas and light in others. It had to be sanded and re-stained. When the contractor came back to put the second coat of sealant down, he walked in with muddy shoes and sealed his foot prints onto my floor. They had to again, strip, re-sand, and start all over! On the last time of putting the final coat of sealant down, they moved my brand new July 2012 refrigerator across the floors and there were multiple dents on it. The handle is severally dented, the right front door, and the freezer door are also dented. I have tried to contact him multiple times and he refuses to pay to have my refrigerator fixed. I did have him come out and fix a broken tile back in February 2013, at that time he brought a appliance repair man and he took the information to get the refrigerator fixed. I have not heard anything back from him since, except for a phone call from him about 6 months later saying that I was slandering him. I informed him I was not, but I just wanted him to do what was right.
