Recent Review: Very thorough, professional, dedicated workers. Provided exactly the service they had agreed to do; used products specifically developed for this purpose; documented their work periodically throughout the job and gave me photos. The reduced humidity in the approx. 2000 sq ft crawlspace has resulted in lower humidity in the whole house and eliminated the "old house" smell we had had. The service was costly but seemed acceptable considering all the high quality materials used, working conditions in a 29" tall crawl space, top notch work done by the company's crew, and solution to the damp/wet crawlspace problem.

Recent Review: .We had our crawl space encapsulated. They removed the mold from the crawl space. They put in a sump pump, and a blower. They really do not do much of this type of work. They ran out of the material and had to re-order it. They did come back and finish it. It did take about a month to complete the project. It did turn out okay, but it just took a while. The problems were solved. I would recommend them with some reservations. I would not use them again.
Recent Review: Very thorough and comprehensive inspection and report. Received report same day as inspection. Quick and knowledgeable answers to questions. Pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend.
Jeff was on time, fully explained his purpose, very professional but friendly. As he progressed from inside the house to outside, on the roof, and crawl space, he was ready to answer our questions, wirh clear explanations. He pointed out items that required immediate action, and those that would reduce chances of negotiation with potential buyers when corrected. I would definitely use this company and in particular Jeff again.

AAll Dry Of The Carolinas Inc
All aspects of the service were prompt and professional. An estimate and proposal was constructed after our needs and desires were discussed. Financing options were offered. The work was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. The crew of installers were very courteous and cleaned up well afterward. The owner of the company, John Mitchell was involved with some aspects, a few rough spots in the road, so to speak, but all turned out well. In case you are curious, the rough spots included some confusion about the location of the Sanidry and duct system, a TV cable being damaged, and the first Sanidry having a defect that had to be replaced in the first month. It has a 5 yr warranty. The only thing I wish was different is that the access door to the formally dirt crawl space would be more easly opened. It is a sheet of hard insulation/foam type material that is screwed in with multiple screws. If you want to go into the space it takes a good screw driver, dexterity, strength, and time. Otherwise, we are very happy with the system and show it off to everyone who comes to visit.

ACardinal Home Inspections
We have used Cardinal for three prospective houses. All inspections included a report with details and pictures. Inspections cost based on size of house. First inspection was a house in Meggett, SC. Cardinal told us all the problems needed to be fixed including floor joists that need repaired and other things. Second house was in Huger, SC. House looked great. Six Thousand square feet, five bed rooms, huge kitchen, two stories, library, den, formal living room and other things. Cardinal found that the house was built on a double wide trailer, was missing a second air conditioner and other major structural problems. Third house in Ritter, SC winterized hot water heater elements were blown and a few other small problems. We had made offers on all these houses. After the inspection, we found major problems with two houses. We got out of our offers because of these inspections. I estimate Cardinal saved us from making about $500,00.00 in mistakes and years of problems. Cardinal is a little more money, but you get what you pay for. If I need a home inspection done, I will call Cardinal first.

ABlue Palmetto Home Inspection
Ray was fantastic! He worked with OUR schedule, not "when he could fit us in" and made sure we had everything completed and back well before the inspection deadline. Ray spoke to me on the phone several times about services and about what he could and could not do and when my husband met Ray at the home being inspected, Ray allowed my husband to go under the house and in the attic and pointed out every single possible issue he could fine. He made recommendations for how to increase ventilation in the crawlspace and pointed out where some of the crawlspace insulation was installed incorrectly so that it could be fixed before causing a problem. Ray checked the AC and the Heat System, and even checked the plumbing pipes for correctness and leaks, etc., discovering where one was actually installed wrong (an easy fix but good to know about). Due to the drastic rains we have had in this area there was also starting to have a bit of mold growth that Ray was able to point out under the house and even gave us suggestions on how to stop it now before damage occurred and how to prevent it in the future with better ventilation and a better vapor barrier. And the Report was AWESONE!!! The report was so professional and FAST! It was 67 pages long and complete with tons of photographs, a "hit" summary at the beginning, then followed by the detailed look at everything section-by-section with a grading scale of good, acceptable, and poor for our knowledge. Overall I found this to be an outstanding report, outstanding personal service, and a very thorough inspection- not to mention almost $200 LESS than his competitor!!! We would absolutely use Blue Palmetto, Ray Thornburg AGAIN and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to EVERYONE!

AHomeWorks Inspections Llc
They scheduled the time and showed up on time. They had a checklist that they went thru and let me come with them to show me any problems so there was no surprise as to the shape of the house when I got into it. Starting at the kitchen going thru every room of the house the basement and attic all porches and on top of the roof. They told me the problems as we went thru the house and took pictures and then wrote everything out with the pictures so I would have a printed report of any problems.
