Recent Review: .We had our crawl space encapsulated. They removed the mold from the crawl space. They put in a sump pump, and a blower. They really do not do much of this type of work. They ran out of the material and had to re-order it. They did come back and finish it. It did take about a month to complete the project. It did turn out okay, but it just took a while. The problems were solved. I would recommend them with some reservations. I would not use them again.

Recent Review: A+ for Falcone. A termite company had recommended encapsulating my crawl space and adding a dehumidifier at a cost of roughly $5000. Falcone took moisture readings and examined the crawl space for any signs of moisture problems and found readings within normal limits and no signs of any moisture problems - so recommended no work to "remedy" any moisture "problem." Falcone noticed a potential problem with a girder, which we discussed. It may not need to be addressed, but he gave me an estimate for shoring it up with better piers. He was straightforward, not trying to sell me on anything, and I appreciated his candid advice. He was also punctual and completely professional.

Recent Review: Very thorough, professional, dedicated workers.  Provided exactly the service they had agreed to do; used products specifically developed for this purpose; documented their work periodically throughout the job and gave me photos.  The reduced humidity in the approx. 2000 sq ft crawlspace has resulted in lower humidity in the whole house and eliminated the "old house" smell we had had.  The service was costly but seemed acceptable considering all the high quality materials used, working conditions in a 29" tall crawl space, top notch work done by the company's crew, and solution to the damp/wet crawlspace problem.

Recent Review: They sent out Ansel Hamilton, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided a quote and served as my primary contact before, during and after the work. They got on the work immediately and finished as planned. They cleared out all areas of personal items, had insulation removed and replaced, sealed all cracks and spaces, cleared the mold, treated the wood, and dried everything. We also had the encapsulate the crawl space and coordinate replacement of HVAC ductwork. They provided a full warranty with the work. I have since referred them to several friends and neighbors.

Recent Review: I have never delt with a more professional, responsive, reliable and trustworthy company in my life. We had some serious level 3 contaminated water issues as a result of a broken pipe under my crawl space. This issue occurred while I was out of town for business and my wife was home alone with our two children. Upon returning home, I contacted Mr. Tully (owner) and within a day he was at my home assessing the situation. It was apparent to me from the onset that Mr. Tully was very well-versed in this field and was more than capable of handling the situation at hand. It was extremely comforting to me to deal directly with the owner of the company and to know that he truly was an expert. It was furthermore comforting to know that he could handle all issues that arose from the water damage from top to bottom (literally). Mr. Tully did not downplay the situation at all, but he did put me at ease in assuring me that they would address the situation in a very thorough manner and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards in doing so. During the course of the water removal and mold remediation, Mr. Tully brought to my attention that my crawl space was taking on water due to poor drainage. He showed me the problem instead of just explaining it to me and there was absolutely ZERO pressure to spend additional money. He simply explained and showed the problem at hand and I never felt as if I was being pressured into buying any kind of additional service. After learning about issues that come as a result of standing water in a crawl space, I made the decis

Recent Review: I picked All-Dry of the Carolinas because of the way I was made to feel by everyone in this company from the person handling the first inquiry response through the follow-up service technician. I was afraid that I would fall into a scam and I am so glad that I picked All-Dry to provide a solution to my problem.   These folks handle a quality system that is priced fairly, for sure, but their people are there most valuable asset. I kinda felt like I was part of the All-Dry family. All of my questions were answered promptly.  When I checked out the materials and systems to be used, I was impressed with that they had cut no corners.   The installation crew was impressive.  This is mean work crawling around under a house for 3 days.  These guys showed up on time, never left the site, were friendly and courteous and it was apparent very quickly that their work was first class.  The work at the most remote corner with only 12 inches of clearance was as well done as the more accessible areas. They did much more than lay down plastic and plop down a dehumidifier - they had to lay a foundation , install a concrete sill wall and install a wall to isolate the crawl space from the porch areas.  All of this work was first class. The dehumidifier unit is best in class and is silent.  I cannot hear any noise in my living room directly above the operating unit. They guys even recommended Rh monitoring instruments that I can use to feel good that the system delivers the expected results.  In fact the warranty and guarantee is written around hard specifications on deliverables. When there is so much mediocrity around, I wanted to go the extra mile to reward this company with positive comments - ones they correctly deserve!

All aspects of the service were prompt and professional. An estimate and proposal was constructed after our needs and desires were discussed. Financing options were offered. The work was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. The crew of installers were very courteous and cleaned up well afterward.  The owner of the company, John Mitchell was involved with some aspects, a few rough spots in the road, so to speak, but all turned out well. In case you are curious, the rough spots included some confusion about the location of the Sanidry and  duct system, a TV cable being damaged, and the first Sanidry having a defect that had to be replaced in the first month. It has a 5 yr warranty.  The only thing I wish was different is that the  access door to the formally dirt crawl space would be more easly opened. It is a sheet of hard insulation/foam type material that is screwed in with multiple screws. If you want to go into the space it takes a good screw driver, dexterity, strength, and time. Otherwise, we are very happy with the system and show it off to everyone who comes to visit.

Overall, they were did a good job. They missed a section after they initially said they were finished, but they returned the following morning and corrected it.
