Recent Review: I called to schedule a preventive pump out on my septic tank. It had been 4 years and I have 5 people in my house. I thought it would be wise to take preventive action before I had any issues. The were courteous on the phone and actually got to us a day earlier than scheduled. The service tech, Billy, was very informative and pointed out an issue with a degraded / missing outlet tee and gave me the choice as to its repair, although he encouraged it to be done. I went ahead with it and they had it done the next day. It was an easy experience.

Recent Review: Start to finish 15 min. including reading instructions. Tip: when draining tank, take lower nut off then place bowl under bottom of tank. then raise old guts (fill), let tank water empty. Quicker than sponge - a lot less messy.

Recent Review: My husband and I found the access panel to the septic tank and had it set and ready to be done. The person called and within 15 minutes was there at my house. Hooked up the truck and suctioned out the tank. Filled it up with water and emptied it out again. Explained to us to use brewers yeast, three packs a month in our septic tanks. Explained where our run off would be for our tank. Asked if our toilets were running alright, and explained what the pressure valve was suppose to be used for. Hoping we don't have that problem. Very polite and knowledgeable in what he stated. Would very much use this company again.

Called Wynn's office and left a message.  They returned the call and an appointment was set up for the same week.  I was told on the phone that an expansion tank would need to be added to the gas water heater to bring it up to code & this would increase the price.  When they arrived to install the tank they said the flue would need to be modified for the larger tank.  This was told to us upfront before any work was started.  They installed the tank and carried away the old tank.  Very professional.

We decided to convert our hot water tank from electric to gas. Carolina Heating did the necessary work to bring the existing natural gas line to where it needed to be to hook up the new hot water tank, installed the tank, cleaned up after the work was done, and even corrected a totally unrelated plumbing issue that they discovered while under the house working on the hot water tank conversion and install. I also received a veteran's discount for the job.

We'd moved in only a couple of weeks before and assumed it but it was the septic tank.  We had another provider check the septic tank who pronounced the tank clear.  They thought it was a plumbing problem and recommended All Clear.  Two plumbers came on an emergency call an struggled with it for a couple of hours on Tuesday night.  While they didn't solve the problem that night, they did diagnose. The offending bush was removed the next day along with a cleaning of the baffle cell of the septic tank.

Our water tank died and as I was going to be out of town over the weekend I need the water tank replaced the next day a day before I left. Hunter was able to purchase and install the tank the next day and was accurate to the quote he provided over the phone with no "extra" charges. He was professional and courteous during the install. I have recommended him to my neighbors.

AAnderson Building & Remodeling
I found David to be personable, knowledgeable, and reliable.   My property needed (needs!)  a variety of repairs and projects, and he offered expertise and/or knowledge of resources for every one.     David  showed up when he said he would and stayed in touch about the progress of each project.  Each time an obstacle appeared (usually a function of the age of the house), David offered a number of options for problem-solving.  He helped me prioritize and offered rationale for the most cost-effective solution.   I was impressed with his approachability and the comprehensive nature of his skills.   David even found someone to haul away an old oil tank that was stored in my outbuilding; one of those "I wouldn't even know where to start" kind of problems that is now solved!    As for pricing, I had two previous quotes for only the leaking chimneys that were more than twice what David charged for all three projecfs: chimney/roof, plumbing/wall-floor, and electrical repairs. (David suggested chimney removal/roof repair,  the right solution which was not broached by the previous contractors.) The driveway project for which I originally called David is still in the works, and I look forward to continued work with Anderson Building and Remodeling.

Technicians (Mark and Roger) came out, located and exposed the cover for septic tank, ran camera up pipe into house to determine condition and visually inspected tank. Explained how the tank functions in conjunction with drain field. Provided report. Office staff, Dawn very helpful with scheduling as we had a very slim window of time.

We hired Dr Flush to pump our septic tank after reading the reviews here.  They did a great job. Our tank was completely full before we called. They showed up, pumped it out, talked to us about do's and don'ts of septic tanks, and finished up the job. We were surprised at how fast they got the job done. They were friendly and professional.

They showed up actually a little early! Replaced the very old tank, put a new shut off valve on, reinsulated the pipes, took old tank away. They didn’t charge a penny more than quoted over the phone.
