Recent Review: Had to commit to price prior to them coming. Missed 2 scheduled times for arrival. They need to be more experience in the time repairs will take so appointments are met on time or calls made if tech will be late. Owner and 2 assistants finally came to fix appliance. Took over 1 hour to replace ice maker. Had to look on internet for instructions how to do this!!! On the plus side they did check all other components of the refrigerator to assure they were working and the new ice maker is working. Price quoted from "Blue Book" of appliance repair. Higher then others who have performed the same job for me in the past and took much longer. When they were leaving had to be reminded to turn on water supply and adjust ice maker arm so unit would work. Wonder about level of training the owner had since going into business 6 months ago.

Recent Review: Larry returned my call promptly to schedule my service. The repairmen called to let me know they were on their way (within the promised window of time). They were courteous and professional. They explained the problem to me and how they were correcting it. They were able to complete the repair in a relatively short amount of time. I felt the charge for the service call was quite reasonable.

Recent Review: Our refrigerator had water accumulating on the shelves and the drawers, called J and J, they called back immediately, and repairman arrived promptly. He diagnosed it as a clogged drain from the freezer, repaired it quickly and cleaned everything up. Excellent service, would use them again.

Recent Review: Very pleased with his promptness and calling to confirm. I also liked the fact that he called while en-route to let me know he was on his way. I had called a couple of other places before calling him and could not get past an answering machine and even though I left a message, got no call back. I was pleased when I called this service that I got a response to my phone call right away. My refrigerator had been leaking puddles of water a couple of times a day for a few days - a real nuisance. So am happy to have it fixed. I would definitely call J R's service again if I need an appliance repaired.

Once the repairman arrived from another district 90 miles from here every thing went fine - the technician was professional and pleasant. The problem started with the so called service center. Called on Monday 12/29/2014 after realizing the refrigerator was not functioning. At 12:30 our computers are down will you call back in two hours. About 3:00 called and got an initial response that they could send some one out on something like the 15th or 20th of January. Got this down to the 14th but told them I needed someone by 12/31 latest - it's a refrigerator!! Decided to call again on the 30th had to explain situation again - it is not an ice box where you get a block of ice this is this is 2014 - didn't get very far - she got a manager on the phone - he said the contract had no promise of any better service than they were offering after some give and take and a call back from him he said he could get someone to our house on the 31st. It seems unreasonable to have to beg coerce etc to get someone to honor a contract in a reasonable fashion. A Refrigerator is not a washing machine, dish washer, range etc. In this day and age it is a necessity and the response from Sears is was unreasonable. They have a service to provide under a contract that was paid in full. If they don't have the technicians locally to handle the work load hire more people - Once the service contracts expire I doubt we will renew with Sears.

I called and J R answered. I explained my problem and informed him I was leaving town and didn't want to come back to problems. He worked me in his schedule that day. He called to tell me he was on his way. J R was very professional and assessed and fixed my problem that day. He replaced my ice maker. Found out he is a LOCAL, born and raised in the area. Fair with repair costs. I will use him again for future problems.

Worst experience with a repair company EVER. Refrigerator died 5/14/18. Called Appliance Medic, they came out that day. Gavin, the repair tech said we needed to have a control board replaced, and I had to pay for the part and installation now. I paid the $340 for the part and repair, Gavin said they would order the part, usually takes 2 days to ship, but they should be able to priority ship the part, should be done by Friday. I called Kevin on Wednesday, no returned call. Called Kevin again Thursday, he finally called back with an attitude, seemingly mad at me for calling. He claimed the part was being shipped that day, and it should be in by Tuesday (It’s clear that they did not prioritize ordering my part right away). Part came in Tuesday, I called Kevin multiple times throughout the day for an estimated time. He did not return any of the calls. Gavin called at 5pm Tuesday and said he could not put it in, that he was 45 minutes away. After many calls, with no call-backs, it became clear to me that they had my money, and THEY WERE PRIORITIZING ANY NEW BUSINESS CALL THAT CAME IN AHEAD OF MY REPAIR. At that point I was done with their lying and horrendous service. I left another message that I was cancelling them and contesting my payment with my credit card. Long story short, I ordered the part from AppliancePros.com at 2pm Wednesday, had it delivered overnight, received it by 3:30pm Thursday and had it installed by 4pm – the day before Memorial Day weekend – 11 days after I contacted this horrible company. 2 days later, Gavin sends me a message that they would come out the day after Memorial Day – 15 days after original contact – what a horribly run company with NO interest in service. They lied to me, they treated me poorly, and they dropped me to the bottom of their priority list as soon as they had my money. My opinion, liars and frauds. Best advice I can give is STAY AWAY, call anyone else.

First time using service...Mr. Cribb (Louis) was quick to return my call. Set up appt. for following Monday. Called me back a few minutes later and said he would be on my end of town and given traffic could be at my house in 40 min. And so he was. Curteous articulate and SERVICE ORIENTED....PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSIONAL from START to FINISH!!
