AOne Call Does It All
Phil & Jason don't over promise or under deliver. They also run a business that has multiple clients with various jobs needing attention asap. I respect their efforts to satisfy all their clients equally. This particular job took place over three significant holidays and they were upfront about their crews schedules. That said, they finished the job in as timely a matter as possible and the work was excellent. This was phrase one of the remodel & I will be calling them for phrase two.

Mr. Mike, and his crew were very helpful and courteous; went above and beyond in their service, and cleaned up after completion. Quoted fair pricing for all of the services provided. I utilize his services for all of my home improvements or repairs. This was the biggest job he has done for me to date (previously installed gutters on my home, repaired my porch/deck, repaired water damage to old flooring, installed peep holes and new doors, installed storm/screened door, leveled out yard and installed fencing around house). Definitely go to his website and review his before and after pics. His wife, Cindy is the office manager, and she is very nice and professional!

This is an update response to Parker's response below. Parker's response is written in a way to mislead customers and reviewers and put the blame on his potential customer as a means to avoid a negative review. I did arrive approximately ten minutes after he arrived on my property as I was coming home from work and due to traffic since the appointment was on a weekday at around 6pm - although my spouse and children were at home. The fencing I needed done in my backyard can be considered a small job although it was 105 ft not 80 ft as per Parker's reply. The size of the job is immaterial as he knew this is a sub-division, with standard lot houses and so he knew this was a regular hole fence job not a commercial or farm property. When I called back to say he was on my shortlist - that is true - and his claim that he dropped me and declined to take my business - I can accept that - if he would have told me. If Parker were to read my review he would see that I tried calling him over a one month time span to get him to provide me with references that I could then have a look at his work on my own time and then decide who I would select from my shortlist. Not once did Parkwr call me back to provide references, not once did Parker call me back to advise me they were dropping my business as too little or that they were too busy elsewhere. If a vendor feels they need to blame a customer for obtaining more the one quote - so that as customers we do due diligence - then this is not a professional business or owner. If the vendor fails to call back to provide references of his work, then this has the appearance of a vendor that doesn't stand up to their work and doesn't want a potential customer to see his work if the vendor fails to call th customer back over the course of one month, when the customer is leaving messages to please call back to provide your references so I can make my decision, then it indicates that this vendor is unprofessional and not to be trusted and it doesn't care about his customers - only his more top end customers that give him the largest work scope. Parker's answer to the negative review clearly states that. And if that's the case, so be it, but at least have the professionalism to call your customer back once - to advise you are not providing the references that were requested and that the customer's job is too small and not worth his time. Then at last the customer knows to drop Parker immediately and not waste their valuable time and go with other Vendors on the customer's shortlist. Ultimately that's what I did and I selected a professional business with extensive fencing experience just down the road from me that I would highly recommend - JDH Fence and Decks. Parker's response below is simply an unprofessional response to misdirect reviewers to a negative review that was fully deserved in the first place. Customers to take note accordingly.
