It has taken me a while to write this review because, quite frankly, I was just going to put up with the issues until the contract expired which I was told was a two year contract. Recently, I discovered it is a three year contract. Unfortunately, I have major eye issues which, at the time, made it almost impossible for me to read the screen. I relied upon the salesman to tell me the truth, and I signed the contract based upon that. I suppose I should have had someone read it for me, but a few days prior to purchasing the system, someone tried to break into my house, and I was really freaked out. I just wanted a system. I'm disappointed that I wasn't told the truth, especially since I have had issues with the key fob (which is no longer working), and more recently, when the alarm went off, it took several minutes for someone to actually call me. I have tried to call customer service, but I have been placed on hold so long that I finally give up. Overall, I'm not happy with FrontPoint, but I will endure and wait out the contract period because I should have had someone read the contract for me. That's my own fault. I just hope that, in the future, salesmen will be honest with potential customers as I can't refer people to FrontPoint knowing what I know.
