Mr. Johnson did a wonderful job. I had a previous contractor tear out a leaky shower only to replace it with a leakier shower. We opted to start fresh. Mr. Johnson tore out the shower with minimal mess, rebuilt a much nicer shower and improved the layout, and kept the dimensions so we could reuse the custom ordered glass we already had. We also needed work to repair a water damaged support beam in the crawl space under the house. It required the floor to be opened, but Mr. Johnson was able to make the repair quickly and have a new floor laid in no time. He repaired drywall as well as ceiling damage, and everything looks as good as new.

Very well. Looks great, was honest about when he could start. Some services make promises they cannot keep, Mr Stone was honest about his schedule and completed tasks in a reasonable time frame. I will take honesty over rushed work any day.

FFirst Estimate Painting & Remodeling
The first day was professional 4 men showed up i went with one to get and pay for the materials and they hung the drywall on the celings and started putting a coat over the already taped walls. the second day 3 men showed and one left, whyle the other two mudded. the third day two men and a boy were dropped off to work and one of the men had a broken hand. The fourth day two men a boy and a woman who sat around all day showed. i was told i needed fast drying mud to speed up drying time, i went and got the mud and they worked and set around talking. the fifth day was the same as the fourth. then they skipped a day for another job picked up whyle with me in home depot. The sixth day three men and a woman showed in the evening and worked and sat and talked for three hours when they said they were done. I checked the place over and was pointing out places that were not sanded and needed more mud when the head man picked up a crate and threw it down on the ground yelling just primer the place and ill come back and do touch ups. Meanwhyle i had been giving the man money the whole time because he said he needed money to get back and fourth. So i just gave the man the remainder of his money and said leave. Now i have to hire a third contractor to finish what the first two did not finish appropriately.

Coach Didier for Custom Home Improvement, promised to finish a bathroom for my family and I. Coach Didier left the job unfinished and demanded to be paid before the job was finished. Didier told my wife and I that he was coming back to finish the job but he did not. Items left unfinished included: painting on the walls, drywall finishing (which he left huge holes on the walls), caulking along the side of the tub, filling in nail holes, putting wood trim around the sink hanging the bathroom light, and removing all the garbage that he took from the bathroom to the dumpster including the bathtub. Before he left he took all of the garbage from the bathroom and left it beside the road as if he intended to take it away like he told me. Everything changed when Didier was paid and refused to come back and finish the job. On the last day, I also noticied that our toilet lid seat was scratched, when I confronted Coach Didier about the lid he became defensive and argumentative. On the last day Didier worked for us there were several items not finished however he sat at our kitchen table and demanded to be paid and that he was charging for the "extras." We felt uncomfortable about paying Didier before the job was finished but he reinsured us that he was coming back to finish the job. We explained that it needed to be done for our daughter's birthday party which was on Saturday just three days away. After Coach Didier left I talked to my wife and she agreed that the toilet seat lid was damaged by Coach Didier the damage consisted of several scratches on the lid. I then called Didier and he became defensive again taking a tone with me which I called to his attention. The next day I called Didier and asked if he was coming back to finish the job. I then proceded to ask him when he was coming to the house to finish the repairs he responded around 11:30, I asked why so late, he responded that he only had an 1.5 hours left of work to do. I told Didier that it was to late and he needed to start earlier I knew he had more work then just 1.5 hours left to do. He became defensive again,we then began to argue about the term "extras" and what was really considered to be an extra. At this point in time we only were paying Didier based on the receipts and the cost of labor. After about 10 minutes of agruing we both hung up. I contacted my wife and she urged me to contact him to come back to the house and finish the job. I contact Didier again and he said "if you ever want to hear from me again, you will listen to me." He then complained for an hour about the job and even cussed at me twice. He also told me that he didn't know why I wasn't replacing my toilet and that it looked like crap! He also told me my house was to hot! He continued to explain that he provided all these extras such as popcorn for our roof and nails for his nail gun that he did not charge us for, and I told him that I never saw a receipt for these "extras." He said that these extras were supplies he had laying around his house. All the while Didier gave me the impression for the hour that he was going to come back to finish the job. He never came back. There are also tiles that he cut for us that are not straight and look hideous, also the grout along the bathtub has cracked. Some of the grout on the opposing wall has bubbled up. I am embarrassed of the work that he has done and would like a return of $600 of my money. I have paid $20 dollars to have the garbage hauled away, another $180 to have the drywall fixed, and another $250 to do most of the repairs with the exception of the crooked tile and grout. I am going to pay another $150 to have this fixed. Dider has tried to quiet me when I told him that if he didn't finish the job I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau and he said him and his girlfriend which is a lawyer (according to Didier) would rebill me for all the "extras."
