Recent Review: Gavin is totally AWESOME!!!!!  Appointment was made to  fit MY schedule; appointment confirmation was made by Palmetto State; they called 30 minutes before time to make sure time was still ok with me; evaluated problem; repaired issues in a very timely manner. Gavin is very knowledgeable in his field. He was courteous, respectful of property, very reasonable.  I am extremely impressed with this company and will use them again and highly refer them to friends and family!  I simply cannot say enough positive things about this experience!!  Great job!!!

Recent Review: Bryan was told that a pest control person noticed a pipe had a small leak, while he was moving along the crawl space under the house. So Bryan crawled through the same space and realized that the pipe had become slightly disconnected from the shower drain. As always, he knew exactly how to fix it----not an easy chore. I then asked him about some moisture at the edge of the toilet (hoping the floor was not being damaged by it). He noticed that the toilet was no longer firmly fixed to the floor, removed it, replaced the old wax. centered the toilet better and cleaned everything up. And, as always,Bryan  explained things as he went along. His knowledge and professionalism are top notch, as is his pride in his work. We are very fortunate to have such an honest expert to help us out.

AALL ABOUT PLUMBING LLC
This company was great to work with.  The repairs necessary were quite challenging.  They required removal of about 20 feet of concrete of the driveway to get to the leaking pipes.  They were able to bring in the appropriate equipment and assistance to get the concrete cut out and the repairs made in one day.  They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good shape.

We had what appeared to be a foundation leak. J&S used test equipment to "verify" that it was indeed a foundation leak. They dug through the concrete foundation of one of our bedrooms just to find later that the leak was in a wall. Of course, I?with help from my insurance company--ended up paying for digging up the foundation and then fixing the foundation. I also paid for opening the wall and fixing the leak at exorbitant rates. They also had to break through a tiled shower in an adjacent bathroom to get access to the component that was leaking. I repaired this shower myself since J&S wanted an additional several thousand dollars to fix the tile they broke out. The leak was caused by a T-fitting that cost less than a dollar; however, this turned out to be a $4,000 fix for me, not including my costs in having to rebuild a tiled shower, tiling a bedroom floor (J&S pulled the original carpet and destroyed it in the process of them gaining access to the foundation), clearing a bedroom of furniture, and cleaning up all the concrete dust (LOTS!) caused by them cutting through the foundation, which proved to be completely unnecessary. This whole process took well over a month and a half to complete and required that I become a virtual prisoner of my own house for the duration. While J&S was very courteous and professional in their demeanor, they are insanely expensive and their quality of work is at best average. I even had to call them back out to re-accomplish filling the large concrete hole they had dug through the foundation since the concrete had settled quite some amount after the initial pouring. I will not use them again. I recommend avoiding this business.
