Recent Review: Two men came and one went under the house. They discovered that my water softening unit was the source of water being under my house. They helped me disengage that system to solve the problem. We really don't need a water softener for the water we have in this area.
Recent Review: I was happy with the service provided. They are a professional and honest company. They were here shortly after we arranged the service. The workers were great; they were nice and had a good attitude. I would highly recommend this company to friends.

They did the work and they did it in a reasonable amount of time, but they weren’t straightforward. I felt they were a bit immature. I had to direct them and they seemed confused when they first came to my home.

AEco Water Systems
We use Ecowater for all of our water treatment needs. We have an Ecowater water whole-house water softener--and it works great. I always have to laugh when I see the commercials on TV for magnet water softeners and they show some poor sap hauling bags of salt for his softener. Of course, the implication is that magnets are maintenance free and salt softeners are a chore. Well, we tried magnets and--news flash--they don't work unless your main problem is iron in the water! Furthermore, I put salt (or potassium) in this Ecowater machine twice a year--and that's it! (Roughly $30 worth of salt each time.) It's about as trouble-free as they come! We also have an Ecowater under-sink RO (reverse osmosis) purifier for drinking water. It works great, too! Also, for around $100 per visit, they'll come out and replace the filters for you. Not a bad deal. We have them out here once a year or so By the way, the reason we gave them a and quot;Band quot; for quality is that there have been a couple of times when their service guys have created water problems for us under the sink. The last time they changed the RO filters, for instance, we had a puddle of water in the cabinet under the sink (our daughter found the water a few days after the Ecowater guy had left). We ended up with some soggy boxes of dishwasher powder and other items down there. But we found the loose connection, tightened it up, and everything was fine. I just didn't feel right giving them an and quot;Aand quot; when their performance hasn't been quite flawless. But they're good folks, do good work (most of the time), and we continue to use them on a routine basis.
