Recent Review: Charlie is a neighbor and my go-to resource for home repair and improvement needs. His attention to detail and quality are exceptional. His team consists of the highest caliber craftsmen, whether they are direct employees or sub-contractors. I presented him with a problem job--remodeling a kitchen that had very little changes made since 1954 when it was built. He and his team stripped multiple layers of linoleum, leveled floors (including a pantry/laundry that was converted from an old porch), reworked plumbing, walls, trim, installed ceramic tile, custom cabinets, appliances, sinks, new electrical and lighting...the works. In essence, the job was a total demolition and rebuild. His crew worked with my design, troubleshooting challenges and offering suggestions, and the result is the kitchen of my dreams. I highly recommend this company.

Recent Review: Very well. They took out the chimney in the kitchen, as I asked. A very dirty job! They saved as much of the original plaster wall as possible, leveled and supported the floors, painted the ceiling tiles and walls throughout, then installed the new cabinets and laminate countertops. The crew was there on time and worked quickly.

Recent Review: Great. Brooks has a lot of creativity, professionalism, and reliability. Known him for around 19 years and is very honest. We designed the kitchen together and then he made it happen. The cabinets are beautiful. He stayed on a intense schedule and held the vendors he scheduled to well defined time frame and a high quality. He was careful to leave the workspace straight. I did have another remodeler bid on the project and that other remodeler would have cost us over $20,000 more for fewer changes. I cannot be happier that we did this project with Brooks Conner.

Recent Review: Terrible!! Poor quality granite. After delivery we found pits, gouges, and other defects in the surface and edge quality of the granite delivered and installed. Only wish we had checked closer on delivery but they were only the installers and not the seller. Company says we looked at the slab at their shop and didn't complain. When we were there we told the person displaying the slab that it was rough. He said it was only quarry dust and would clean up. WRONG! Then then said that they would replace it but after another call they said that was not an option. They said they could come out and apply fillers (epoxy or some type of glues) to fill the voids. Told them that would look like **** with spots all over the surface. Along the edges where they later cut the slab are many voids, pits and fissures that are sharp and also undesirable. Only wish we hadn't paid in full. Filed complaint with the BBB and waiting to hear results. BUYER BEWARE!! LOOK CLOSELY AT ANY SLASB YOU ARE GOING TO BUY FOR YOUR PROJECT. HAVE THEM CLEAN AND THROUGHLY INSPECT EVERY INCH!!

Recent Review: We have used Bradley Construction, LLC, Vaughn Mitchell as project manager before, and perhaps the best review is we used them again. Vaughn was able to utilize several crews on the project, each with their own expertise. Jamie and his partner did an excellent job on painting our walls over the wall-paper that was there and the installation of the floor. We have a "popcorn" ceiling and Keith did an excellent job of blending in an area that needed repair which was then painted by Javier.. We had a granite counter-top installed. Javier did an exceptional job on the tiled back-splash. He even suggested a pattern change which really presented the tile we had purchased. As with any project done on a 25+ year old home, there were a few "hic-cups" but Vaughn consistantly checked on the project and made sure the work was performed to our satisfaction. I point this out as anyone who starts a project on an older home should be aware that due to many things like "the settling of the home" things may not go as planned. You never know what lies under the old stuff. As before, Vaughn delivered as promised and when the need arises we will utilize Bradley again..

If I could give less than one star, I would! We called to get an estimate for our kitchen remodel and they sent someone out the next week. We received our estimate the following week on 11/9/17 and agreed to the contract. It took them 6 weeks to get started on the job and an additional 12 weeks to complete the work. 4 weeks after we signed the contract they came back to us saying the job was under quoted and they wanted more money. We should have taken this as a sign from the beginning and moved on to another company but we disregarded it because someone made a mistake. During the whole process we were very frustrated with the lack of urgency and their precarious work schedule. On the days they actually showed up to work, it was rushed and sloppy. They were careless and their work was mediocre at best! We had to inspect their work on a daily basis and request for things to be corrected and done over multiple times. No one paid attention to the details and they were always trying to cut corners. We purchased all new appliances for our new kitchen. They had to install our dishwasher 3 times, which took an additional 3 weeks to get corrected. They also damaged the refrigerator when putting it in and that took an additional 7 weeks to get corrected. They wouldn't own up to causing the damage to the brand new refrigerator, so thanks to Steve at Home Depot for taking the hit on this one! He contacted GE to get the replacement parts and he came out to our home to fix the damage. It took a total of 24 weeks for this fiasco to be completely finished! When you're paying for a job to be done, you want it to be done correctly and to look like professionals did the job! We shouldn't have needed to micromanage the work that was being done. That was the job of the project manager, which changed at least 4 times in the 12 weeks they were working. Not to mention there were several people that were fired and/or not paid for the work they did. Some of which deserved it but there were others that did the best work on our kitchen and still lost their job. We would not recommend Decker Home Repairs and we will definitely not be using them again!

The contractors are overextended and so they try to brush through. They made terrible mistakes and sloppy work. The workers were distracted and careless.
