Recent Review: I called Mr. Rogers cell phone one day. He returned my call the next day and was able to come out the following day. He arrived near his stated time. He worked about four hours on the project. The work was satisfactory. I would hire him again.

Recent Review: I used this company's special, 2 hours for $150 and I certainly got my money's worth. My home is older and he had to replace a few of the plumbing elements. He showed me everything he was doing and explained any problems that he encountered. He and his Dad were friendly, professional and thorough, even cleaned up everything when they were finished. I will definitely use his company again.

Recent Review: I used Operation Drains in August, 2014. (See my review). Their service was so good that I recently used them again. They are professional, prompt, knowledgeable about plumbing matters, courteous, encourage any questions you may have, etc. Once satisfied, I always return for service with a company who does an outstanding job as Operations Drains does. One can't go wrong with a local service whose reputation is built on the fantastic work they do. If I have a problem after the job completion, they are located in my community and easily accessible for any concerns I may have. They treat you like family. Please know that I am neither friends nor a relative of these folks (although that wouldn't be a bad option). Operations Drains will be my choice of plumbers anytime I need their services.

Recent Review: I contacted Paul with All About Wood after reading his reviews on Angie's List.  He sounded very knowledgeable and interested in my project.  He took time to explain the pros and cons of different things I was considering for my kitchen update.  Next, I sent Paul pictures of my kitchen and he was able to help me clarify many things by text message.  Paul and his wife came to measure and go over the work he would do in detail and draw up a contract for us to sign.   Several weeks later they returned to complete the job.  Chrissy primed and then painted the cabinet boxes to match everything that had been made and painted in the shop. Then they installed all the beautiful new doors, drawers and cabinet that had been  made for my kitchen.  They both did an excellent job and I could not be happier with my "new" kitchen.  I went from dark brown (old) wood to a "lighter tan" color that brightens up my entire kitchen area.   Paul kept me informed along the way by sending pictures of the new cabinet drawing and finished product.  They arrived on the prearranged date and were prompt and professional in their work.  I have already asked that he measure my bathroom vanities for upgrades and frames for large unframed mirrors in my baths.  I feel that the quality I received for the money spent was outstanding and I look forward to many years of cooking and entertaining in my kitchen/living area.

Recent Review: I had a leak from a water line dripping into my crawl space. Called and left a message on Sunday and the owner returned my call that day! Said I would receive a call Monday morning at 7:30 am. Guess what? The phone rang at 7:30 and they wanted the specifics of my problem. Roger showed up at 8:30 am. He did his detective work in the bathroom and under the house. Said we needed to pull the bathroom vanity to get access to the water pipes. Cut two holes in the sheetrock and found the water line that was leaking between the floor and subfloor. When the house was built in 1988 apparently someone put a nail into the line. The nail finally worked it's way out of the line 25 years later. He replaced the line.  Roger then checked the rest of the plumbing and found our pressure relief valve was not working. The water pressure was 120 psi coming into the house. He also replaced the valve to correct this problem. Finally he checked the water meter and determined I had a small leak somewhere in my irrigation system. Not big enough to show up in the yard yet. That is another issue for another day. So glad I found them on Angies list. Would highly recommend to anyone.
