Recent Review: We woke up in the pre-dawn hours on Sunday morning to find the house cold and a strange noise and smell coming from the heating vents. As soon as 9:00 am came around, my husband called Eastergard and left a message on their emergency system. Joel called back shortly thereafter. Even though it was Sunday, he came out to evaluate the problem. And he was spot-on time! When he realized that the parts we needed were not in stock, he loaned us two space heaters to help us through the night. Our unit was two weeks out of the five year warranty period, but they remembered that we had trouble with the unit before, so he spoke to the local TempStar representative and managed to get the parts for free! Late Monday afternoon, the parts came in. Most companies would have waited to do the work till the next day, but not Eastergard! Tom came out after hours, replaced the parts and tested the other components to ensure that we would not have any further problems with the unit. I could not be happier!
