Recent Review: Talked with Randy first thing in the morning and he said that he would make it out to us despite being short-staffed because it's New Year's Eve. Randy showed up in the time frame he indicated, asked us questions and asked us to show him what I'd found. He quickly diagnosed the most likely cause, suggested a course of action and we agreed to it. The work was performed in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. Randy requested that we call back once there has been rain to report on whether the repair held up or not and offered to return if it did not. We have asked Randy to do an estimate for a whole roof replacement in the near future.
Recent Review: JJ is my main contact at Tri County. Tri County does all work on my residence as well as investment properties. Theyare punctual, reliable and prices are good. I trust the work and have not called anyone else since i started using them back in 2011.
Recent Review: During the current rain event, water was dripping from the ceiling in our breakfast area. We called another company and Donnie for an estimate. Both promptly responded, inspected / diagnosed the problem. Donnie's estimate was the best. While performing the repair, he found another potential issue with the flashing under windows and repaired those as well. The total cost was $150 less than the other estimate. Working with Donnie was one of the most pleasant experience I have experience with any service provider. His professionalism, work quality and ethic, cleanup and value is outstanding. Donnie is now in my phone directory for any roof related issue I may have and for recommendation to my friends and neighbors who may have a similar problem.
Recent Review: I called Coe's Roofing to investigate a roof leak. They came out the same day and repaired the leak. Even though we were not previous customers of Coe's, they fixed the leak for free. Really, no charge at all. Will definitely be calling these folks for any roofing work in the future.
Richard was a really nice person. The quote he gave me was by far the cheapest I found. You cant even tell there was any damage to my roof.

On July 24, 2017 I had a leak in my roof. I called on Sunday and they came out on Monday and searched for leak, found leak and repair. I was pleased.

Excellent job. Made sure all roof tacks were cleaned up. Inside vacuumed and cleaned up thoroughly after painting.

AMill Creek Roofing
I called Mill Creek Roofing to fix a serious roof leak. They stripped off the old shingles, had to replace 6 (4'x8') sheets of plywood, and installed 30year asphalt shingles. While they were there, I asked him if he could help me out by tearing out 4 rotted T-111 exterior wall panels. No problem he said. Then I showed him a problem I had on my home. Where to roof gutters meet, I had a leak which had resulted in some rotted wood. We made some alterations, replaced the rotted wood. The problem seems to be solved.

ADonnie Long Roofing & Const
I sent Mr. Long a text regarding what I thought was a leak in the roof somewhere in the vicinity of the chimney. He went to my house and based on his assessment, suggested that I have the chimney flashing and some roof shingles replaced. He gave me an estimate for the work and a five year warranty. I texted him and told him that I wanted him to do the work. I happened to be home when Mr. Long came to my house to perform the work. I invited him inside to show him where the water was coming in. After seeing the inside, he said that I probably didn't have a roof leak at all since none of the drywall was wet, especially after all the rain we had just had from Tropical Storm Colin, but maybe the chimney cap needed to be replaced. He said he would get on the roof and take a look. After coming down, he showed me where it appeared that the chimney cap was not down far enough on the chimney. He adjusted the chimney cap. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said to give him whatever I thought was fair. I took into account the two trips he made to my house and the fact that he did not take advantage of me and do a repair that I did not need. I also took into account that it was less than a week from the time that I first contacted him to the time that he did the work. I was so grateful for his willingness to come out to my house, which was a pretty good distance for him, and his integrity for not performing work that I did not need. When I paid him, he actually asked me if I thought I should give him that much. I told him that I did think it was fair considering the two trips he made and for the value of his time and integrity.

So Friday came 7/20/2012. The Coe crew showed up in our driveway at 8:30 am.They all said hello and were very polite. While they were waiting for the truck to come with the shingles and other things they needed to do the roof, they did not waste any time, they got right up on the roof starting to strip off the old roof. I watched as they made sure that they were careful to try and make the old tar paper, shingles and roofing nails land in their dump truck, that was pulled close to our house.(with us giving them permission, after they had asked where they could place all their vechiles.) They also had one guy down below that would go around with a magnic wand like thing to check for any roofing nails that may not have made it in the dump truck. They made sure that they had covers over our plants close to our house and also over our air conditioner. The crew contiued to work real hard clearing the roof, putting in a new Sky Light, new pipe boots, new vents. They worked about 4 hours with maybe a 15 min. break if that. I know towards the end of them finishing it was getting real hot. I can also say that they all were very polite and I did not hear them saying any bad curse words. I do know that they are a very hard working group of man. When they started to clean up when they got done with the roof my husband went around and offered all of them a cold pepsi. They sure as heck earned it and then, some.Just as they were finsihing up Edward Coe, the Owner came by to check everything out in person.I think he does this at almost all his jobs.This to me, shows that he cares about his crew and the work they have done. He also came in and spoke to me again about the insurance stuff and to of course pick up part of the insurance payment that was to go to the roof. He told me if I have any problems or questions to call him. He also reminded me that his company has their own 5 year policy if we have any problems with the roof in anyway.When his crew left, the only things found was a bottle of water and one empty can in the yard.( I have found more of this kind of things, when my own kids had a pool party.) I want to thank Mr.Coe and his crew for making me feel like you can trust people again in the roofing business. I would hire them again, in a minute and for sure now I can say and quot;Hey, I know a good roofing company.and quot;

Our hring Coes' Roofing was a true blessing to us. His company does the best job around and I would hire him in a minute and also tell anyone that needed to have a roof patched or replaced that Edward Coe,owner of Coe's Roofing service,LLC was the best company around and his prices beat out a lot of other roofers around the Anderson area and more.They completed our roof in one day.His crew works well together and I believe takes pride in what they are doing.We did have some issues with our Skylight leaking but when I called Edward and either spok with him or left a message for himHe returned my calls and sent out his men to find out where it was leaking I felt like a pain in calling him because of us having spotting rain at the time, it was hard to pin point where the leak was coming from. When I called Edward never seemed to get upset with me or have a attitude problem. After two times of having some leaking issues, Edward came out himself and said and quot;Let's just put in a new one.and quot; Two of his guys came out about two days later and replaced the other one. Edward had also arranged for a painter friend by the name of Steve Jones from Carolina Color Company to call me to make the repairs for the skylight box area,where it had been leaking and to re-do the ceiling in our kitchen ceiling area that had been done poorly by another guy. Edward also gave me a hug that last day he and one of his crew came out to get the measurements for the new skylight. He knew that I was upset about the roof from prior years of fighting with a bad roofer and my insurance company and the poor job the guy had done inside the house on making the repairs he got paid for and also the job he did not fix as promised.(painting around the Skylight area.) Edward told me that he would help make it right. Right then and there he called and spoke to his friend Steve and asked him to call me or that I would give him a call myself. I called Steve Jones that afternoon that Edward came for the measurements he needed for the replacement Skylight. I spoke with Mr. Jones. We made a time for him to come out that same afternoon. Mr. Jones looked over both jobs and explained to me and my husband what he would have to do in the kitchen ceiling to fix the poor job that was done in there and that he would just need to fix the frame a little better around the skylight and add a mildrew proof spray to clean the area, then paint over it with some fresh paint. That was on a Thursday morning and then on that Friday he came in the am and did the work in the kitchen. So Edward Coe thank you so much for sticking to your promise and thank you the Coe Roofing crew for a job well done..and thank you Steve Jones Owner from Carolina Color Company for all your hard work and fixing all the screw ups done by the other Guy. I am a Happy Camper and so is my husband because he does not have to listen to me any more. Finally my battle that started over 5+ years ago as far as the roof and skylight goes can be put to rest.. SO, YES IF YOU NEED A GREAT ROOFING COMPANY HIRE COE'S ROOFING SERVICE,LLC and A GREAT PAINTER, HANDYMAN HIRE STEVE JONES FROM CAROLINA COLOR COMPANY....REVIEW TO COME FOR STEVE JONES ON HIS OWN SITE......THANK YOU ALL AGAIN AND GOD BLESS
