Business Description: We provide a customized, long-term bathroom remodeling solution. Our professionals will custom-make a bathtub liner or shower surround and then fit it right over your existing fixtures. All of our acrylic bathtubs and shower enclosures are made of high-gloss, non-porous and stain-resistant acrylic material that’s easy to care for—and will last for years to come. Want to replace your tub altogether or change from a tub to a five foot shower? We can remove your old tub/shower and replace it with an up-to-date, beautiful modern version. You specify the features you want and we will build it. The entire bathroom remodeling installation process takes just a day, which minimizes the downtime associated with bathroom renovations, but that doesn’t mean we compromise on quality. Our one-piece seamless shower and bathtub liners include a lifetime warranty. And because our company has thrived since 1984, we’ve been around long enough to attest to the performance of our acrylic bathtubs, showers and tub-to-shower conversions. Recent Review: Crowdsourcing site for interior and architectural design. Interesting service and if you are comfortable with internet shopping and a little risk, IMHO, worth the cost. My project: Redesigning kitchen and family room (great room concept) and we needed interior design/style advise for the project. The site posts a "competition" for the project, you determine what amount of money to offer for the competition (site recommends an amount, but the customer is free to change if needed.) Within 20 days, we had 20 designers signed up for our competition from all over the world. In the end, 8 designers submitted designs. We picked our top 4, rated all designs and the top three were selected based on ratings -- one from France, USA and Serbia. Honorable Mention went to country of Georgia. First, second and third place received a portion of the award money. Pros and Cons: You, the customer, must be comfortable with the risk of paying for something and not knowing if you'll like the result. For me, this was part of the process and an acceptable risk. You don't have a face to face consultation. The site has a "wall" where you can post ideas, photos, communication with the designers or architects. I resolved this by posting my houzz.com design book on the wall to give designers ideas of our likes, dislikes, etc. You can also post requirements and constraints for your project. Toward the end of the competition (a deadline is set when you submit a project) a lot of communication occurs with the architects and designers. Expect it, it's part of the process. The website is fairly rudimentary. Online/chat help is available but is somewhat hit and miss. You can send designs to friends and family to rate. This is helpful in making a decision. Overall, we got a number of ideas between the designers and were very pleased with the process and project.
Recent Review: Carolina Home Sales and Construction, LLC did three total remodeling jobs for me in the past year. I would recommend this company the craftsmanship was outstanding and the jobs were done in a timely manner.
Recent Review: I was really impressed with Mr. Graham's professionalism. He contacted me and emailed pictures of prior jobs. He handled everything through emails, because there was 1 hour travel time. I didn't hire Mr. Graham because my daughter hired someone else in our area. I definitely would consider him for anything else I needed repaired. Thanks Mr. Graham
The Fitzgerald Group transformed my home beyond my wildest dreams. They had so many new ideas that it was tough to keep up. the finished product exceeded our wildest dreams. Resources, expertise, cost saving, best practices are all specialties of the Fitzgerald group. I highly recommend considering them when thinking of remodeling your current or building a new home.

He is a nice guy. He does a decent job at a decent price. He does handyman, lawn and yard work. They come out every other week. He will do extra services for an extra price. He has made it look pretty and nice. He is honest and does a good job. If I'm not happy, he will do whatever he can to make me happy. He does it the way I want it. I don't care when he comes. When he does the outside, he just comes. For the inside work we set an appointment.

After discovering a leak from our dishwasher and the floor needed to be repaired, we decided it was the perfect time to remodel. I called several contractors. Some were "too busy" and some never returned my calls. Finally I stopped by Carolina Home Design's showroom. Dwight talked with me for a few minutes about some options and we made an appointment for the next week for him to come to my house, measure my kitchen, talk about some options and our budget. It was a bit overwhelming but Dwight walked us through every step. The next week we met to pick out cabinet options and Dwight had a 3D layout of our new kitchen. We were so excited! After a few weeks of planning and picking out cabinets, tile, granite, hardware, appliances, lighting etc., The staff at Carolina Home Design was very helpful in preparing for our kitchen remodel.

The crew of Discount Renovations, headed up by Perez Graham, did an outstanding job! Our old home, build in 1990, was in dire need of face lift, and the old pink tile just had to go. Perez and his team completely gutted the master bathroom. They replaced or refurbished everything except the existing water jet tub. The job consisted of installing 0.500" Turkish marble on the floor and walls of both the new stand up shower and water jet tube. The walls were not exactly 'true' but this did not deter Perez, who squared up everything and it looks beautiful. The finishing touches included adding dental crown molding to match the master bedroom. The multiple coatings of stain and seal will assure the wood will remain maintenance free for years to come. The attention to detail was fantastic and he and his crew worked very well together. I'm sure that we will looking to 'repurpose' the remaining marble tiles in another room and we will be reaching out to Discount Renovations to do a quality job once again.

It took a little longer than expected because some of the supplies were coming from New Jersey, which was just hit with Hurricane Sandy. They did a good job, though. They cleaned up after themselves. I like my new kitchen a lot.
