I chose Theron based on Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed, We live in a nice neighborhood and newly moved from California so we don't know anybody to ask ref. We have house we bought that had been ruined with do-it-yourself painting with latex on oil on kitchen cabnents and trim, and poorly painted walls. I have a lot of do it yourself knowledge and know when to get something done professionally when you dont have time to to it right. We had had several estimates that were way to high which my wife and I refer to has the 'Windsor Forest estimates'. His was not to high or low but was accurate and fair for the work that needed to be done. He went through the process of his plan as we walked through specifying what was needed for different surfaces and asking relevant questions about what we wanted. He also offered some ideas on that we accepted such as painting kickboards of cabinets black to hide dirt better. He was very responsive to my nit picking as I am very particular and expect professionals to do it better than I would. They even happily got out the ladders and paint after having packed everything away when I pointed out some minor flaws on vaulted ceiling I noticed without any hint of irritation. After all was done, I was very happy with the job they did I even felt like they underbid the project and paid about 300 extra. It took them (3-4 guys) about two weeks to get the job done but they were very thorough with the prep work which is the most most important part. I have already called them back for a another two rooms to be done. Side note, my wife is a manager type that thought the most recent estimates that we got from him were too high on our new project and felt I was accepting a higher bid because I liked them from last job too much. So she decided to get out her calculator and figure out the labor cost and materials and time for the project based on the work and time that I guessed needed to be done, since she has no idea about painting at all, and anyway, after her magical manager figuring came up with a number that was only 100 dollars less than he offered. Which I would gladly pay for good work, and miraculously she agrees.
