Recent Review: He does repairs and he is very very good.  I bought a sink from other company, and they referred his name, so I called him.  He gave me an estimate over the phone about what it would cost to install the sink, and I was very pleased because I had called someone else and asked them and they wanted like more than $200, and Perry told me he could do it for $75.  He showed up on time.  He introduced himself and told me about all the things he could do as far as repairs and what he was licensed to do.  He said he could do anything, but electrical.  He was very nice and friendly and had lots of experience.  He has been doing it for like 20 years, so I was very impressed.  I would probably use him for plumbing since he knows how to do that.  His job was great.  He was fast.  He had it done within an hour and he made sure to put the seal all around there, and he advised me that I need to make sure that it should not get wet for an hour.  He gave me estimates on future work that I wanted him to do, and his price was very reasonable.  I would use him in future definitely

Recent Review: Curtis replaced a panel and a hot water heater in my mobile home. I was getting everything fixed in order to sell it, and I discovered that one of the panels had mold on it. It turned out that the hot water heater pan had rusted through and the hot water heater needed to be replaced. The panel was replaced with a mismatched panel that was not approved prior to replacement. The panel pattern that we had was discontinued, however, he was told to get the closest he could get. What he picked out was nowhere near close to the original color or pattern. He also did not put in trim or bother to comment on the fact that the other panel was falling apart on the bottom, which we didn't notice until the plumber came in. He obviously had to have noticed it as he removed the panel before.  The hot water heater was replaced, but a cord was damaged in the replacement and due to another issue, we were not able to properly test the functionality of the hot water heater. We had to get a licensed plumber (that we should have probably hired in the first place) to come out and fix a drainage issue before the hot water heater could be tested. However, the hot water heater was not working after that issue was fixed. We had Stan the Handyman come out and he told us about the cord being damaged - which he fixed. Then we had to call Kessler's Plumbing to come out and replace a bad heating element in the brand new hot water heater. He said that it was turned on before the hot water heater filled, which was not something that we did. Meanwhile, Curtis has not returned our call and has been generally unresponsive. However, he has our money for doing a job half way. Steer clear of this guy.

Recent Review: Mr. Barham's advice is always sound and cost effective. When we have questions or need solutions, he is the person we trust. We've found him to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home construction, including the planning and budgeting phases. But most importantly, he is an honorable man who is highly respected by all who interact with him - his crew, customers, vendors, and friends. His hands-on approach, commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship place him head and shoulders above any contractor we've ever known or worked with. He does not cut corners, and he won't compromise on quality. We have toured several homes built by Six Palms Construction and talked with the homeowners. The houses are not only beautiful and well-constructed, but the details are so well thought out. Each house feels like a home - with personal, helpful touches built in that most contractors would never take time to think about and include. We've also been really impressed by his ability to sculpt an empty lot into an oasis. He has a unique vision for each individual property, including the hardscape and landscape. He puts a lot of thought into how a home will sit and function on the property, and what the access will feel like driving in. Every Six Palms home we've been in feels like a retreat -- and they began as just empty lots with a few trees. We've had experience building and remodeling homes, and we've never finished with a contractor we could recommend to any of our friends. Until now...we highly recommend Six Palms Construction - a contractor you can trust, one who cares about his customers.

This went very well, they came out did a same day estimate. We agreed on the price and they started the next day. They were very friendly, on time, and got the job done within a week. They were very clean throughout the job and never left me with a dirty bathroom before they left each day. I was very happy with the job and will use them again. There office staff helped with all my questions and the owner came out each day to check on how things were going.
