Recent Review: He's very concerned about being sure we were happy with his work. He was also very agreeable in working around our schedule. We had floor people coming in & he was happy to stop work until the floors were finished.
Recent Review: Over all they did a good job. Alot of touch up after they went home. You need to set back and take a good look at the paint job before you let them leave. Than you can see the whole picture. Cleaned up after themselves. I would give them a B for the job overall. Nice people to work with. Came on time and got right to work. I would use then again if needed.

One word," AWESOME" Dan is terrific to work with. His workmanship is spot on. He is a perfectionist, and the finished project reflects this. If you're looking for someone to come in and do a speedy job then do not call Dan. He might take a little bit longer to complete the job but trust me it is well worth it. Start to finish was just shy of one month. He is a one man operation, and we trusted him to work in our home alone. I've already given his name to others in my neighborhood!!!

ABathrooms Within Reach
Joab's company did an outstanding job on my two bathrooms! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything down to the smallest detail! They kept the job site very clean as they worked and cleaned up at the end of each day. They displayed excellent customer services, friendliness and trustworthiness. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends.

ABrian Sine Painting & Pressure Washing
Brian was prompt and finished quickly. House was cleaned up when he left. I forgot to include painting the pantry in the request and he called me to make sure I wanted it done and then removed everything in order to paint and put it back when he was done. The only downside was that he removed a light fixture to paint and was unable to replace it as it was. He pointed out what happened and to be fair, I am renovating that portion of my house so I told him not to worry about it. If I wasn't changing out that light, I would have required it to be as it was before the painting. He did take responsibility so I can only assume that we could have come to an understanding (fix or reduction in price to cover repair). I would hire him again.

It started off good. Terrence gave me an unbelievable price to do the work. But it also made me a little cautious. I purchased the tile and he purchased the mud to lay the tile and grout and I would pay for it on final bill. We agreed to the day and time he would start. He was always late. Even on first visit for estimate. We agreed on a time I would call the day the work was to begin when I was ready to go to the house. He called me between 8:00-8:30 AM when I later checked my phone. He was due to arrive between 3:00-4:00 PM. He did not show up or call. This was the second time he did not call and leave a message. I asked him about it the first time, he said he does not leave messages. So I would I know that he called? The day the work was to start, he did not call to let me know what was going on with him not arriving during scheduled time. He came to my home approximately 7:20PM without calling. And he told me he was ready to start work. I asked him about earlier appointment he said he had to take his wife to work. I told him it was too late to start. I was painting and he brought his equipment and supplies in and left them in the living room instead of placing them in the laundry room out of my way. Every time we were to communicate, He said he would be back in the morning. During the first visit, I asked him how long he had been doing the work. He said 8 years. But when he came late that night, he had a brand new bucket, supplies, manual tile cutter, etc. Nothing had been used before. When we talked about the work during the first visit, I asked him about the plan to do the work. How it was going to be done. He didn't mentioned anything about laying something down first to prevent the tile from cracking. I was not happy with the experience thus far so I called him the next morning and told him I did not want him to do the work. Later that morning, he came to get his equipment and supplies. He took everything with him. Even the mud for the tiles. I did give him some money since it was planned for him to do the work. But I just wanted it to be over. Very disappointed.

Checked before purchasing to make sure they could do the job in one day. They said yes but then it took two days - which meant I had to pay twice the cost originally planned. The chair railing had already been painted and the upper walls were being wallpapered so there was minimal extra work needed.

I called to request a quote and I received an immediate response and the job was quoted the very next day. The price was fair and the work could begin immediately. The painters took care to protect furniture and floors. They worked hard and quietly. The job was done in about 3 days as quoted. The quality of the painting was excellent. They cleaned up upon completion. The owner Daniel was very prompt in all communications and was very professional. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to others. We hope to use them again in the future to paint a fireplace.

DCertaPro Painters® of Columbia, South Carolina
Very unprofessional!! I needed a job completed by Tuesday before I moved in. Tom came by and took measurements on Thursday . I was quoted $1600 for 6 small rooms with two coats of paint. I told him I didn't want one room painted before we started the job so I only needed 5 painted.. The painters started on Saturday. The painter got paint on my ceiling, trim and door frames. When I asked if it would be fixed he said that's why he brought ceiling paint and he would fix it the next day. Then he said he couldn't come back the next day because he wanted to go to church. He said he would come back that night if he found a babysitter. He came back and I left him ALONE. When I returned the front door was wide open and his children were in my home along with a woman. He said he was done and had everything cleaned and packed up but there was still paint on my ceiling, trim and door frames. He instantly caught an attitude when I started pointing out areas and said he got paint on the ceiling because the original paint color was on the ceiling. (Not true and I didn't ask for my ceilings to be painted). I also had paint on my floors, cabinets, in my bathtub, sink etc. He slapped paint on a few areas and left. I called the office and sent pictures to Tom the next day and expressed my disappointment. They said he would come back and fix the areas. By this time, I had already moved in and gone back to work so it was extremely inconvenient for me to deal with this which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by having the job done in the five days before I moved. He came over and i pointed out several areas and left my mom there to verify everything. They started painting WITHOUT DROP CLOTHS. My mom watched paint fall in the floor and said something to the painter and he said he didn't drop anything and then rubbed the paint into my carpet so that it wasn't visible. The lead painter complained the whole time and told my mother that he's not going to keep coming back to fix stuff and that I need to sign off on the job so he can get paid. They painted the spots on my ceiling and trim stark white which didn't match. It looked awful. Tom eventually came and said that it was hard to match ceiling paint. My ceiling should have never been painted and matching the paint wouldn't be an issue. The bathrooms were rushed and only done with one coat of paint. You can see straight through to the old color in some parts. He offered to paint my ceiling for additional money. (Yes, they messed my ceiling up and wanted me to pay more to fix it!!!) I told Tom to just send me an updated invoice. I was sent the same $1600 (for 6 rooms when I only had 5 rooms painted) with a $100 discount. When I called/email to complain Tom basically accused me of trying to get a free paint job. We eventually settled on a lower price but if I had known how bad the job would look and how unprofessional the employee was. I would have taken more time off work and done the job myself. I'm still discovering spots where you can see the old paint color and areas where they got paint on my floor a month later. (Note---only the lead painter was rude. The other man whose name I don't know was polite and understanding)
