Recent Review: Very polite and professional crew! We have used them twice and will continue to do so. They are efficient, handle all the details, and all I had to do was sit back and relax! Excellent service for a very reasonable cost!
Recent Review: Mr. Scott and Mr. Shane do wonderful work! Both are both very friendly and professional, and have great communication. They are thorough in their work (go out of their way to make sure EVERYTHING is clean from top to bottom) and offer a fair price. I would definitely hire them again!
Recent Review: Turin and Jake are great to work with. They will come out and give a free estimate so you know exactly what you will be charged. Price I was given was very reasonable. They are punctual and very detailed with the job they do. Made my vinyl and concrete look new. Would definitely hire again!

Recent Review: If anyone can be likened to an artist as he power washes a structure, it is Michael. Though, to be fair, he should be more accurately described as an artist with an engineer’s mind. Rock, as he prefers to be called, studies the task for many minutes before firing up his sprayer. His purpose is to clean everything in the most efficient and thorough manner while disturbing as little of the surroundings (plants, garden decorations, etc...) as possible. In our job, he was challenged by our home’s large footprint and the steepness of the hillside slope. Yet, when he finished after two long days, the siding, gutters, brick paths —- all were vibrantly pristine. Rock is an artist with his sprayer and when he is done, you can be assured he will paint the client a masterpiece of cleanliness. Definitely would hire again and am singing his praises to all my neighbors.
Recent Review: Went Very well, they were very nice and professional. The driveway looks good, they even power washed the mail box post. The house looks great, the storage building looks good. They even power washed my UGA statue. I would use them again.
Business Description: I started my own company in 2016, but I have been painting for 30+ years. I do interior/exterior painting. I pressure wash houses, driveways, side walks and fences, I install and paint wooded fences.
Estimate and service were provided in a timely manner. All deck furniture and plants were moved from the deck before the work started and replaced exactly as found when the work was finished. The deck looks like new and we are pleased with the result.

Good. got an estimate of 350.00 and I would provide the paint, and materials for the gate. Gate was completed quickly, deck washed and painted. I was told the price could go up slightly.. It went up 200.00. That was to include a senior citizen discount. The cost went up when his brother the painter got involved and nothing was said prior to the finishing. Just not right.

They broke the window screens. I had talked to my colleague and they said before they do the power wash they should take window screens off before they wash it. I guess they didn't do that and I got four or five windows which broke at the screens. I think the price was a good deal. They were responsive.

CBudget Pressure Washing
My reason for this review is for Mike (since he did not perform the work) and his future proposals. You were punctual in making the appointment for an estimate to do power washing for our Hardi Plank siding, columns, gutters, soffits, etc. You brought samples of your work in a binder which explained your companies past efforts which looked to be great. You need to provide a written estimate of the work, not a verbal quote. BTW, your quote was three times the average of 5 other bidders. For these reasons, I did not hire you.

Went well. Everything was done as promised. They did a quality job on an old deck that hadn't been maintained in years.

APRESSURE WASHING PLUS
I was very impressed with Mr. Suttles' work, his courtesy, and promptness. When I first inquired about the work, he returned my call promptly to let me know when he could come by to give me an estimate. After the estimate, we scheduled the work for about 10 days later, and he called me two days beforehand to confirm the day and time. He and his wife did the work and they did an excellent job. There were stains on the bottom surface of my gutters that did not come out with a previous pressure-washing (by someone else), which he removed. Also, he did not break the seal on any of my thermal windows, whereas the previous people had broken the seal on three windows. The cost was very reasonable, and the result looks great!

Overall the service was not satisfactory. They promised to do a white glove cleaning and they were far from that. First, they didn’t come when they were scheduled, they were supposed to have people cleaning the outside and inside of the windows at the same time and they did not do that. They did things piece meal so some things like certain windows were never cleaned most window sills were not wiped down. It took multiple time before the roof that had mold on it was removed properly. The product they used for the roof was supposed to keep the mold off for years and now in less than a year after the service the mold is back. They needed to come back multiple times to clean the deck railings. When they sprayed the deck sealing solution they were not careful in how they did it and there is overspray all over the deck railings and lawn furniture. I have hand and foot prints from the deck sealing material all over my property. The window rescreening was really an issue. The screens are now warped beyond fitting properly into the windows and a number of the screen fasteners have popped out making it impossible to attach them to the window. We have chosen to not even try to put the screens back into the windows as the gaps make them useless as insect screens. The house and deck rail cleaning was no better than I could achieve with our garden hose and house wash from Lowes. The exterior of the windows were very spotted and some of the windows never even got washed. I opened up all of the interior windows and washed down the sills myself which was supposed to be part of their service. They had to come back a number of times and when we first contacted Will Bruce said he would doe the entire service in one day. I believed Mr. Bruce when he said he would make things right which he never did. He mentioned coming back this year to power wash the house for free which he never did. I contacted him a number of times to ask him to refund the parts of hisservice that was below par and after multiple calls, emails and letters, Will Bruce has not returned any indicating he is willing to return the money for the unsatifactory service or finish the service he promised. At this point he should return all of the money I paid him for the poor work he performed, ruined screens, products that didn't perform as promised and reluctance to even return my letters or calls in an attempt to resolve the issue. I would certainly never recommend this contractor to anyone and hopefully you can help resolve the issue.

AllXteriors sent a team without adequate supervision. The owner's nephew was the supervisor but he did nothing to ensure quality. Specific examples: 1) The workers cut corners on second floor windows they did not think I would see such as layering Bondo on a window sill in a way that resembled peanut butter spread thickly on a sandwich. It was not smoothed at all. They must have assumed I wouldn't see it but I climbed the ladder and witnessed the shoddy work. 2) Another worker replaced a section of dry rot on my front door frame but did not attempt to make the replacement wood flush with the old and it was visibly raised. I insisted they re-do it the right way and got a snarly attitude. 3) Another worker attempted to rebuild a section of ornamental wooden molding with Bondo but it looked bad. I called Richard Herman, the owner, afterward to complain but he stopped returning my phone calls so I had to leave a voicemail. He switched to texting to respond and made an excuse about a sore throat. Richard sent out his son-in-law to re-do the repair to my front door frame. He worked diligently until it was back to original apearance. His son-in-law is a good worker. At his own expense Richard purchased a replacement piece of ornamenetal molding and replaced it himself at no extra cost in order to fulfill his promise that he would return the house to its original appearance. However, the front door, one of his main selling points when we met to discuss contracting, did not look better so I eventually replaced it (using another company). Two years later (2013), dry rot has returned to some of the window frames they repaired in 2011. Should it have returned so quickly? For $3200 in repairs I would think not. On the bright side, his son-in-law pressure washed my deck for $250 and resuscitated it so that I could get a few more years of use out of it. Richard herman, the owner, called me on 4/25/2013 to discuss my original review. I have since amended it so that it is not so derogatory. However, everything cited above was my actual experience.
