Recent Review: Work was done in a timely manner and they were very considerate of my needs (getting in and out of house, letting dogs in and out). They answered my questions and were very polite. The estimate was well done with a breakdown of costs for each portion.

Recent Review: I hired Watershed Underdeck Systems for several reasons: 1. Greg Boyd came out himself to evaluate my deck and provided an on-the-spot estimate (the others I contacted provided a ball park estimate via email). 2. His product came with a lengthy warranty (50 years on material, 1 year labor and unlimited on leaking). 2. perfectly matching colors of my house, embossed surface that looks very cool and seamless trim. The installers, a father and son team, arrived on time and went straight to work. The were friendly, respectful, conscientious and very professional - hard working self-starters. They successfully tackled all of the challenges my rather complex under-deck presented, leaving a perfectly installed system. They worked until evening to ensure the job was done (all in one day), answered my many questions without rolling their eyes and cleaned up their work area to my satisfaction. It is raining hard as I write this and the system works perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I would gladly recommend them to anyone considering an under-deck drainage/ceiling system. It certainly made my space usable.
They did a wonderful job. I love my new deck and I am so pleased with it. Williams is honest and prompt. You couldn't ask for a more honest and reliable company.

AArchadeck Of Augusta
I was mostly satisfied, but they lagged on the follow up for some small details. There were some popped nails here and their and they said they would come back and fix some of the work, but it was all phone tag. The guys who came out to fix the work were sort of the "B" team. Overall I was happy with them though.

AR T Carter Contracting
This project was a totally pleasant experience. The old deck was removed in a day and a half. No shrubbery was damaged in rhe process - a feat which truely amazed me. The new deck was built in apporximately eight days. Ron Carter checked with us at every step even going so far as building mock-ups of the seating and side rails for our approval. His crew worked very quickly and with a high level of professionalism. All debris was removed and our new deck is beautiful.. His crew even planted a little gem magnolia tree that was on our old deck in the yard. The tree had grown to the point that it was too heavy for us to handle. We have already talked with Ron about a bathroom renovation in the future and his ideas are wonderful. We would definitely recommend him for any major building project around the house.

DE L Salazar Inc
I had Mr Salazar team build my deck in 2012. In 2015 the boards started curving/cupping upwards. This year we were able to financially afford to upgrade and found out that no one would touch the deck without a complete rebuild. We found out a permit was never gotten to build the deck (which Mr Salazar assured us he would take care of), he was not up to code for Columbia county (or GA for that matter), a step was required for code - none was installed and we were never told that; nails were used throughout-we were initially told they would use screws (all of the nails are coming up/out); there are absolutely NO brackets anywhere on this deck (underneath/ hidden or elsewhere; the deck was never truly braced down (one contractor literally lifted it up and showed how dangerous and unstable it truly was); they nailed a piece of wood to my house -I'm assuming to brace it since there are no brackets - just a small lip of wood to hold things up; one nail was placed in the middle of each board-which causes them to curve and lift; and we found out it was completely unlevel. I did and do not know a lot about decks, but I am learning that this one was not done correctly. I received ''this contractors info from a client that got a room added on - maybe that work is different but I do not recommend this contractor for ANY deck work, especially not to build one. We now have to spend $6000 to get a brand new deck built.

ASmith Built Construction
Eric Smith, owner of Smith Built, spent time with me, offering ideas for the deck and went to the supplier to order the materials needed. Eric and Gary removed some bushes, moved others to be transplanted elsewhere. The new deck was built totally from the bottom up - new concrete pads, support beams, etc. They also installed lights under the deck to help with pool upkeep, as well as lighted steps.THey laid some landscaping cloth and edging from planks that remained, and put out lava stones. Smith Built is flexible, accommodating, courteous, and helpful in every way. Occasionally it is difficult to reach them by phone. The Trex deck is fabulous, and everything was meticulously measured and constructed. THey always leave a clean work site and hauled away debris upon completion. Both of these men are trustworthy, honest, and a pleasure to work with; I highly recommend Smith Built Construction. We have already reserved some time with them in late summer for another upcoming project.

Could not have ask for a better contractor than Larry Keel.Him and his crew went out of their way to insure that we were pleased with the work being done,. Our happiness and satisfaction with the job and their performance in doing the work was always his main concern. He was always a phone call away and never had to leave a message, took care of issues immediately.Again our happiness and satisfaction was always his main concern.Him and his team cleaned as they worked and cleaned up prior to leaving for the day. It would be my pleasure to have him do any and all future work should it be needed.

The end product was excellent. The team is responsive and kind. We are so glad we used them for our home. It's amazing how fast and responsive the owner is.

They were very responsive to come out and listen to what we wanted, and give an estimate on the cost. They started the job on time, and even though the pool guys were behind their promised time, the deck guys worked the weekend to finish on time. The deck was built to specifications and is very nice!

Russell Holsenback of R.H. Builders, LLC and his associate, Jose Reyes, just completed a screen porch replacement and replacement deck at our home. Their workmanship is excellent and we are extremely pleased with the resulting changes. They also built a drainage and outflow system effectively eliminating a water runoff issue away from the house to the outer yard. They are pleasant individuals who make a dynamic duo with their skillset, experience, knowledge, and expertise. Russell’s experience in his craft is extensive and is reflected in the first cut of wood, the first screw placed, and the first nail pounded. He listens well, makes sound suggestions, and is amenable to design/build changes. His skillset has been honed through the years by sheer practical participation and encountering events in his trade. He has a “can do” attitude with a great motto that he lives by, “there are no problems, just solutions”. Among the many talents of Jose is one of being a tile setter. He is meticulous in measuring, thoughtful in design ensuring precision cuts with clean edges and straight lines, and he seeks your opinion along the process. We are indeed happy with Russell and Jose and their craftsmanship in our remodel project.

This was the second time they coated the deck. The one good thing I can say is they actually stood by their warranty an tried to make it right. On the first go around, I was promised in the contract 3 coats, received 2. Even made the technician acknowledge that they did a short cut on the contract since I was home and witnessed the event. After 12 months (into a 10 year warranty) the deck was a mess, peeling, The came out and replaced a few pieces of rotted wood and recoated the deck. This time the deck is holding up a little better, but not much, still will need repainting, and repair work soon. For the cost I could have replaced the whole deck with Tek wood and been done with it. The owner is is great with regards to customer service No bad customer service, super nice and honest, he did everything he could to make it right. This is just not a a good product for decks. I can not comment on the house paint part, but I can say I used them based on a reference from a friend who used the house coating and they still love it.
