Recent Review: I called this company after I went with another company that came out TWICE to resurface my bathtub in my rental... after two times it was still a disaster. I decided to cut my losses and go with someone new. My tenants were a week away from move-in and I didn't have time to waste anymore or confidence anymore in the first company. OH HOW I WISH I HAD FOUND THESE GUYS FIRST and CALLED them FIRST!  They did some damage control for me for the immediate need but I am sure the tub will probably need to be stripped completely and re-done from scratch. (The first company did such a number on it) The owner came out to see me himself and he is a great guy with an awesome product. It reminds me of my mom having said all my life "if something is worth doing it's worth doing right...the first time" I look forward to working with this company, the owner and his sweet wife. They are more $ on the front end but what it cost me with a cheaper company on the BACK end... wasted not only my money, but valuable time. I have my own residence and a rental that I keep in excellent condition, so I like to develop relationships with good people and good companies that I can use through the years for both homes and recommend with confidence to colleagues and friends. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about the owner, his wife who does the scheduling and his assistant who came out to help with the work.

Recent Review: The bathtub faucet and the pipe inside were broken when someone fell in the tub.  Josh initially thought he would have to go through the closet wall behind to do the work because of the extent of the damage, but he was able to work around that and replace the faucet. The response by this company is amazing - i was called back when promised and never expected to see someone on a holiday, but Josh finished an 'emergency' job and arrived late in the afternoon.  This is my second experience with this firm and I would not hesitate to call them or recommend them.  I live in a condo that was previously an apartment and I know there will be plumbing issues for years to come, but I feel secure knowing Servant is there to help.  I trust these people completely and that goes a long way to making me feel confident that I will be treated fairly.

Recent Review: This company is the one to use for your older bathtub resurfacing. Mine was in a rental house built in 1950. It used to have shower doors and had definately seen better days. He came on time, did the work and even replaced some hardware without an extra charge. The edge of the tub had cement-like ridges from the old doors and a previous renter had painted (?!?) the tub...it was in bad shape. Now, it is smooth as a baby's bottom and beautiful to look at.

The crew came in and removed the old tub.  The new bathtub kit was installed.  Then the contractor repaired the drywall.  Then the glass doors were installed.  The plumber and his team were very professional and punctual.  When we had a problem  with the glass doors,  Chris came out the very next day and fixed it.  I would highly recommend him.

The price was good. The quality could have been slightly better. They were covering a pink tub with white. When they were done there was some pink tent you could see coming through in some spots. We were in the process of seeling the house so we did not have a chance to have them fix that, they did offer to work on it more if we would like to though. We were overall satified with their service.

We called for service on the morning of October 11, 2011 and the plumber came early that morning.  Extremely responsive!  We had a kitchen sink and bathtub not draining - the kitchen sink plumbing drains through the same plumbing as the bathtub directly below it.  The plumber cleaned the drain out of the bathtub and found bobby pins that he believed was preventing water to flow through the pipes.  We paid him and he left.  Immediately after he left, we ran water in the kitchen sink and it continued to back up and not drain.  We then realized he must not have testing the sink drain as well as the bathtub, assuming the bobby pins in the bathtub was the only problem.  We called back immediately and the scheduler stated she would have him come back out.    An hour or so later, the plumber called and said he would come back out and that he would charge us $99 again to clear the kitchen sink.  We told him that the sink and the bathtub drain through the same pipes and we expected both would be clear for the $99 charge.  We also shared that we should not have to pay $99 again for him to come back out again, as he should have checked the kitchen sink to confirm his work on the bathtub drain solved both problems.  He reluctantly came back out to check the kitchen sink and did not charge us.

I was a bit wary of this advertised special. It fell in the "almost too good to be true" category, and in today's world, that usually means bad news. BUT, I needed a repair really badly, and my budget was having a bad month. All of the fixtures in my house are crazy old and not always well installed. I am used to repairmen with crazy stories of why it is going to take the price of a college education to repair something. However, I have also learned there are some things in this house that are bad candidates for DIY projects...plumbing being pretty high on that list. In this particular situation,  I thought that since it was just a tub faucet, the one hour of service I purchased should cover the project, but the fact that I had never used this repair company before made me a bit worried. The repairman was on time and very professional.  However, as I feared - it wasn't a simple repair...there were two big thing-a-ma-jigs that had to be replaced, and because of the age of my system, the repairman didn't have the parts and would have to go some where to buy them. Some years ago, I had a similar situation with a sink faucet...only the repairman never came back!! There I was with water to my house turned off...the sink plumbing disassembled...no parts...and no plumber!! I had to call in a favor from a friend and did manage to get things up and running again - but I was afraid this time I would really be in a quandry....AND...I had only paid for an hour of this man's time!! Worst case scenarios were dancing in my head as the plumber drove out of my driveway. Well...some businessmen are just awesome!! This repairman made it back to my house with the required parts, quickly and cheerfully made the necessary repairs...and left me with a properly working faucet in the bathtub!! And best of all - when it came time to settle the bill, he charged me the original $39 for the special, and an extremely reasonable amount for the parts. I feel pretty sure there was no profit built in to that particular charge The repair has worked very well, and I am so very happy with the entire transaction. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!! (And, I am quite sure I will!!) Thanks, Plumbing Pro, for a really great experience!
