Business Description: Carolina Lot Care specializes in environmentally safe land clearing, forestry mulching, brush cutting, undergrowth removal and eco-friendly land clearing. We offer state-of-the-art brush clearing equipment for Contractors, developers, governments, co-ops, and property owners.
This land clearing equipment leaves a park-like effect and there is no burning or hauling. When compared to traditional methods (bulldozers and excavators) our light weight and efficient equipment leaves less of an impact on the environment and eliminates damage to the tree roots, bark and the terrain. No wet land study is needed because we do not remove or alter the root structure saving you time, money and hassles with permitting. We use a system called “Selective Clearing” removing only the underbrush and unwanted trees while leaving the natural features of the land.
Our equipment grinds trees and stumps flush with the ground returning the nutrient rich mulch to leave a park like appearance. The mulch left behind helps with moisture retention and erosion control once again reducing the overall cost of retaining walls (silt Fence) and seeding.
We are now offering Flying Pest control to Contractors, Governments, Local Municipalities and Home Owner Associations. Our early morning system is completely safe for humans and is extracted out of the Chrysanthemum flower vastly reducing the number of Mosquitos, No-See-Ums, Spiders, Ticks and Snakes allowing employees to work more efficiently and visitors to enjoy their stay.
Recent Review: He is a good, Christian person. He is nice and kind. He is quick and fast. He always charges a fair price. If you do not have enough money to pay him, he will let you make payments to pay it off. When he comes to someone's house and they need a lot of stuff removed, he doesn't go out and tell everyone about it. He keeps his mouth shut and doesn't spread rumors about a person's house or yard.
Recent Review: He worked hard and did an excellent job, including hauling away the trimmings. I'm going to hire him again to touch up the paint on my house and stain and seal my fence. Highly recommend.
Recent Review: The experience has been very good. His prices are very good. No matter how long the work took, he honored the price quoted. He’d give me the receipt for the materials, too. Jaime also arrived on time, was very polite and respectful. I’d recommend him to others!

He came an hour late and didn't have the correct equipment to do the job, he wasn't professional at all and no manors at all. And I wouldn't use him in the future.

I have a 1.2 acre lot that needed a cleanup of debris. Initially I called Mark to haul away debris from a tree that was cut down and cut up. The price was $200. The grass was high because the County dug ditches along the road before paving without giving me a driveway onto my lot for months. Mark said he could bush-hog the dense areas and clear an area around my septic tank (2 trees and saplings) for $300. Okay. Then he said he would rake the lot and burn the dead leaves and dead limbs that had fallen from the trees over time, for $500. Mark is a self-admitted perfectionist, a good worker who did a fine job for me. As a businessman he does what is important to be a success. I like that. But, in my financial position, I just couldn’t justify or afford to pay $1,000 to clean up my lot. Considering the offer to rake and burn for an additional $500 distressed me for days so I cancelled his offer to do something that I was capable of doing myself. If you want a job done with excellence, you will be happy with Mark.

BWell Done Trim Construction
very professional easy to talk to was very quick we chose not to go with this contractor because they did not do itemized list for pricing but when asked where they get there supplies and then compared to details of what the job consisted of the price was over double what the material cost estimated would be and was just out of what we planned on for this job

Very good. This was pre-finished hardwood flooring that had tongue-and-groove joints on all four sides. So even though the scratches were predominantly in two areas totaling about 10 sq. ft. both the manufacturer and David of Upstate Remodel said that all the flooring from the last non-scratched board all the way to the wall would have to be replaced. Resulted in about 34 sq. ft. having to be replaced. David quickly found the materials (which originally had to be special ordered) in two different stores and returned to replace the flooring. Job was completed quickly and professionally. The reason for the B on Price: I thought the labor costs were high for the amount of work. However, our house is located in the mountains and required a drive of more than an hour from David's office so it is somewhat understandable that labor charges here have to be above normal. Overall, we were more than satisfied because David does excellent work.
